My husband and I called Baileys to remodel our house. One employee and a subcontractor came out to look at the current condition but never followed up with the estimate. We made several calls to them in an attempt to get a proposal, but to no avail. Don’t waste your time with this company, as there are many other customer-centric companies in the market that are more responsive.

Chad did a fantastic job on extremely soiled carpets. He worked extra hard to improve the appearance. Family owned company who work hard to please the customer. Would highly recommend to anyone.

I highly recommend Bailey’s Square Janitorial services. I recently hired them to redo my entire kitchen. I couldn’t be happier with the outstanding work and craftsmanship. Baileys Square installed laminate floors throughout the entire first floor of my townhome. When they arrived they were polite and courteous. I discussed with the owner Ricky Bailey on how I would like the flooring laid out. I wanted the flooring to flow from one room to the next without any interruption. They moved my furniture with care and was so kind enough when finished to place pads under each leg of every dresser/sofa/table to protect floor from scratches. (I ran out to purchase as a after thought as the men were installing flooring). The project only took less than 1 1/2 days to complete. The men were neat and cleaned up after themselves. (Which is a deal breaker for me if the contractor is messy) The finished flooring...one word BEAUTIFUL!!! I get compliments on it all the time. I only wish I knew about them sooner when I remodeled my kitchen and bathrooms. Scheduling was easy. Easy to communicate. Neat, clean, polite workers. Finished project...couldnt be any happier!!! I highly recommend Baileys Square for ALL of your home improvement needs!!!

We had Baileys do our bathrooms the work was done quicker then expected and the team worked hard to meet our deadline for an event we were hosting. I highly recommend them. Top shelf workmanship and trim work is amazing. Will definitely use them to renovate our kitchen in the coming months.

Ricky did a total Reno on our first home! He took this disgusting hoarder house and turned it into the house of our dreams! He gutted our house from top to bottom. We added real dark hardwood floors, crown molding, stone gas fire place and the list goes on! There isn’t anything that Bailey’s can’t do! I recommend them to everyone and their work speaks for itself!

What an Amazing job Baileys did! We had walls removed, painting, electrical, and more done to our new home. We will be contacting them soon for more upgrades to our home!

Incredibly dis-satisfied with the professionalism and workmanship done to my home by Baileys Square. I am not one to ever complain or write negative reviews, but it boggles my mind how this company remains in business. Baileys Square was contracted by my home builder to complete a number of items at my home. After 6 months, the wood floors began to crack beyond seasonable due to heat and cold movement in many parts of my home. They came to inspect the work then began working on issues with the walls in March of 2014, since the first day when Jim the contractor has been here, I have not seen or heard from this company and they have not been back. I have called left messages, spoke to Jackie, and been told Im next on the list, will give you a call back in an Hour or call you tomorrow to set it up and have never heard from them . If I was in search of a contractor I would look elsewhere. We have numbers issue with our house that remain outstanding. I am sure they have the ability to do nice work, but they obviously do not stand behind their work or care enough about things that are not 100% with people they have done work to or for.BUYER BEWARE, LOOK ELSEWHERE if you want to deal with a professional group. It is incredibly sad I have to write this review here, but I would hate to see the same nonsense happen to another person or family. Jason Jani
