Mike and Dan and the Maid Pro team provided services to a disabled family member for over 5 years. They were thoughtful, compassionate and incredibly competent. Caring for our loved one from hundreds of miles away was made so much easier with their help. They went above and beyond in every way, including developing a trusting relationship with our family member. In the last few weeks they helped us clean out the house and ready it for sale. The Maid Pro team was a godsend. We are so grateful for their years of care and service.

Rocio and Leidy have been cleaning my house for almost 2 years, and I am very satisfied with the service and their attention to detail, as well as Mikes reminders and follow-up calls. Would highly recommend them for regular cleaning as well as move-in cleaning.

Terrible. The girls they sent where lazy, unprofessional, talked & cracked jokes the whole time. Christian is the worst. Shes rude disrespectful, inappropriate & lazy. She wasnt dressed to clean. Her shirt was alway up her back so we had to look at her sloppy back & backside. As soon as i saw them i knew they would be a problem. They didnt have the right cleaning supplies. Half cleaned my stove & fridge. Told me what they wanted to do instead of listening to what I needed done. Never again. Do not waste your money or time. I called for cleaners to clean areas I couldnt. They where awful. I do 10 times better myself. Its truly a waste of money & time. Be careful who you let in your home because someone like Christian has no respect or decency.

The service provided one girl to clean house. She spent 2 1/2hours cleaning bedroom and full bath. (Talking on the phone the whole time!). After she left I noticed that there was still dust on the nightstand beside my bed, on the dresser in the foyer, and on the electronic equipment in entertainment center!...also windowsills were not cleaned. She complained of chestpains, and I spoke to manager Michael about sending a girl to finish, he convinced her to stay and finish. She left about 40 minutes later and none of the checkpoints for the kitchen or living room were completed....I called Mike the nextbday to give him an opportunity to send another girl to finish and never heard back from him..Never again...

Terrible. I used this company for a while. Gave them chance after chance. One cleaner raided my pantry, eating my food while she was supposed to be cleaning (caught on camera!). Then they decided to stop cleaning all of the rooms without telling me, but still charged me the same amount of money. And then they decided to show up at my house without letting me know, and unfortunately my son forgot to lock the door that day. So they came in and did a terrible job cleaning and claim they wont refund my money. DO NOT USE this company. Even if your first couple of services are good, they go downhill quickly.

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE SERVICE!! Do NOT use this company. They barely did anything while they were in my home, but they did break my doorknob, steal my cleaning products, and my house key. I reached out to them multiple times giving them an opportunity to rectify the issue, which they ignored, but they had no problem cashing my check right away. So to anyone reading this, do yourself a favor and call a different company.
