CNT saved my life!!!.The staff was very professional and really cared about my well being. They taught me the recovery tools needed for sobriety, as I reenter my life...I would recommend CNT to anyone who is struggling with addiction...I was able to return home each night after session and use what i learned immediately...it was a game changer. My family was all involved in my recovery from day one and I hope I hope to continue to learn and grow with my sobriety every day...5 Stars

The counseling center in freehold is a joke! I went there for grief counseling. They said the took my insurance which was horizon blue cross blue shield. I went to an intake counseling session. Some young woman collected all my information ( the session was an hour long!) I double checked with her and asked if they take my insurance she said yes and then she proceeded to walk my through the center and take a urine and breathalyzer test. What?!?! I was there for grief counseling! I was in distress due to the loss of my newborn daughter. I wasn’t in the right frame of mind so, I completed the test thinking my insurance would cover the cost. Boy was I wrong! I got a bill for $818 from Omina diagnostics ( the lab that they use). I called the counseling center 5 times about this outstanding bill and they gave me the run around. They did not help me at all! Considering that they are a counseling center there job is to help others! No, I had to correct the problem myself and call the insurance. Long story short the problem was corrected! The counseling center in freehold is terrible because they lie and do not help if there is a problem. You have to find a way to fix it yourself! It shouldn’t be like that!!! I found another counseling center that is extremely helpful and my therapist is a God sent! If you can find another counseling center to get help I would highly recommend you do!!!!

Counseling services not intune to young adult patient needs. Fidelity of patient testing for drug use was not supervised nor followed through with fidelity. Billing charges were skue and did not accurately match treatment. Would not recommend to bring yourself or loved one.
