I purchased a $2,500 Honda generator for my house from these guys and almost walked out. I guess these guys never saw a non-caucasian before and do not know how to deal with a brown skinned individual. I was treated poorly at the register and I, being upset, almost gave reality check to the fool/tool behind the register. But I did not stoop to his level. I will never purchase anything from them again and do not recommend buying anything from them unless you resemble their expected appearance.The only reason I went to them for a generator is because they are apparently an authorized dealer for Honda and carry certain models that other stores do not. Honda will be kept abreast of the matter.

Truly a place I can say service with a smile. Knowledgeable, nice and friendly.

We have brought a perfectly working machine here for service and they some how managed to ruin the engine on it leaving us with the burden. I’ve heard a lot of bad things about the place from anyone I’ve talked to. Not one person had anything good to say. I’m leaving this review so others don’t make the same mistake.

Major do not bring your tools here if you want them to ever work again. This is possible the worst repair/service shop in the state of Nj. Heck Even rented a push blower here years ago and 2 Wheels feel off it. What a joke.

All the guys at Major Tool know what theyre talking about. If they dont... They WILL get you an answer. Turnaround for service is above par. Im going to make more purchases, and rentals from them!
