Don of JNC Environmental positioned himself as a general contractor that could help us manage several other various home updates in addition to mold remediation. He said he would provide us with estimates for the work we needed via his contacts or pay out subcontractors- no problem, does it all the time, he said. However when the time came to hire electricians and plumbers, Dons guys never came through. We went with contractors we found ourselves and again Don said no problem he could pay them with the money we gave him after he completed the mold work. 2 months later we had to pay the plumber out of our own pocket because JNC still had not. JNC owes us a significant amount of money back and after many delays and excuses we got a check...that bounced. 3 times! Each time Don said that there was money in the account and that the check was good. Now we want a certified check- but again more delays. At our wits end. Contacting Don everyday hasnt resulted in repayment. Please consider our negative experience when picking a contractor.

He owes Future Sanitation THOUSANDS in disposal fees. We provided him with dumpsters for multiple jobs between the dates of 5/2013 and 10/2013. Refuses to answer phone calls or emails. BEWARE !!
