I have been a patient at Wemrock Dental Arts for many years. As someone who has struggled with dentophobia for most of my life, I have to say that this practice puts me at ease. Dr. Dalessio and Tina, my hygienist, are fantastic, patient and thorough. The office staff is also friendly and helpful. Despite moving a good 50 miles away a few years back, I still make the trip as I know that my chompers are in good hands. Thank you as always!

I had to get an emergency root canal in April. I spent days in agonizing pain trying to find a specialist. I’m talking the pain was so bad I couldn’t sleep. The only way I could be in enough comfort to sleep was sitting up for 30 minutes at a time. It was horrible. There were no specialist available for at the very best a week and more likely I’d be waiting a month. The dentist here was able to take me to do a root canal and was incredibly kind. I will never forget the service I had here. I am so ever grateful for it.

I went there two months ago for the first time and even though I miss my old dentist a whole lot, dr Lara is so nice to me and very understanding to me. I stated my Invisalign treatment on Tuesday and even though I am a little sore I’m happy I’ll be getting my smile back. Thank you dr Lara I hope I’ll have my smile back during 6 months or longer . Wow, my Dentist Dr. Lara Delessio and team are the most incredible and friendly staff ever no matter when I go in or how many times I go. They are very calming and the most refreshing people to meet if I must say. To top it all, my family and I have been with the same hygienist there for all most 20 years. Tina H has watched my kids grow from elementary through High School, college and now beyond. She is the funniest and easiest person to get along with, an up lifting lady whom I enjoy treating me. I have been to many dentists in my day and I cannot say enough about Dr Lara. From the minute you walk in your greeted by a friendly staff and the assistants and hygienists are gentle and caring. I drive 30 minutes and pass about 100 dentist offices to get here, so that says a lot about how much I like this place. And I hate dentist offices. But it’s always a pleasure walking into wemrock.

Cant say enough about this office. Clean & efficient. Gentle & caring. Entered the office with a huge dental phobia and anxiety (knowing I had 2 teeth to be pulled) Dr Laura and her staff worked to put me at ease. She was FAST & GENTLE, making sure I had no pain. 2 teeth gone in 2 days and I am actually looking forward to my next visit! 3 visits down, 3 to go and WOW is all I can say!

My crown fell out on a Friday night and on Saturday afternoon Dr. Lara dalessio went out of her way and met me at the office to put my crown back in cause I was in pain and it was sore !!! She did an excellent job and going out of her way on her off day and I appreciated her so much and she is very caring person towards her patients!!! The staff is awesome as well !! Today is Tuesday, February 4, 2020, and I had my first appointment at Wemrock Dental Arts in Freehold, New Jersey.The staff was exceptionally polite, well versed in their duties and everything involving scheduling future appointments to payment was explained thoroughly. The receptionist Sasha was a pleasure to deal with and even though she was busy, took the time to answer all of my questions.I was treated by Dr. Lara Dalessio, and she was absolutely phenomenal in every respect. Her demeanor was pleasant, she was knowledgeable, and above all else made everything crystal clear what needed to be done regarding my procedure. Her assistant Marianne was well trained, and I felt very comfortable with them both from start to finish.I will be following up with their offices Dental Hygienist next week, as well as a consultation with their periodontist, Dr. Priya Duggal.If you are looking for a dentist near the Freehold area, look no further than Wemrock Dental Arts. I have tried several other dentists in the Monmouth-Middlesex-Mercer area, and there is no office that even comes close to this dental facility.Im a very fastidious person, so to impress me to this extreme means they go way above and beyond for their patients. I am very impressed with Dr. Irenas work. I needed cavities filled and was nervous about the anesthetic shot, since when I had it done at my previous dentist, it was uncomfortable and I felt alot of pressure. Dr. Irena gave me the injections and I didnt even know they were in my mouth, didnt feel a thing! She was super gentle and caring about the nervousness I had! She and the hygienist Jo Ann were very compassionate and will talk to you to make you feel at ease. Never fun having dental work but she made it comfortable and be arable.

Today was my first visit here, just for a teeth whiting service in office. I drove an hour as I seen such great reviews. I honestly wish I lived closer to use this office as primary dental office. Staff was so nice and helpful and it was a great atmosphere. My teeth looks fantastic ! Thank you !

The team of people involved in my recent appointment, remain competent and caring. They are the prime reason that I utilize WemRock Dental Arts Services. My problem is the owners of this business continue to cut costs at the patients expense. This includes removing tv cable services for patients in all surgical rooms.. The signal in each room no longer has a steady audio or video output for extended periods. This cost cutting event may have infected other operations at WemRock as well.

This is my second visit after a bad experience with another local dentist so I wanted to get to visits in. Dr. D’Alessio really has a genuine care for her patients above and beyond any dentist I have dealt with in my 54 years on planet earth! Period! The staff is on there super A game always on point with my and my wife’s wants and needs. It is a difficult field to be flawless in but this crew is a flawless as you will get and I am not a warm and fuzzy goo goo ga ga review guy so this team wowed me from the top to the bottom. My wife is my gift from God and I in trust my wife’s dental health and comfort to this team!

To be honest I was not happy when my previous Dentist sold this practice to this group. After going a few times in the beginning I didnt like the staff, making fun of the previous owner/Dentist notifications with appointments, post cards, text messages, emails. Mind you I never missed an appointment, but the first 2 times they stopped it and I missed them. The staff made fun of it while I was there, and I said kinda funny I never missed an appointment either with those silly notifications. I am glad they brought them back!!!!Then I was with a un-named hygienist that I hated, I finally got moved to a hygienist I like and trust, Tina, whom stayed from previous dentist. She is awesome !!!! And Today, since she is out with a new baby girl **CONGRATS** , I had Katilyn whom was just as good and would trust to see again. The Dentists/Doctors I have seen all have been all pretty good, no real complaints with them. I am just not too crazy with so many that you dont actually get to see and get to know just one constantly, I personally think it builds a better trust between patient and doctor. But I see that is the new way of doing business in pretty much all doctors offices. Overall I have come to like everyone in the office and recommend WDA.

My family left this practice in May,2019 in disgust.In April DR Dalessio was doing a crown for tooth 13,she took a bad impression,the permanent crown didnt fit,and had to de redone.Pieces of my gum were cut away,to make the second impression,and I had to wait a total of 5 weeks to finally receive the permanent crown I paid for in April.Chronic billing errors also were a factor in our decision to leave.My wife and I were lied to repeatedly by Melissa and Julie,waiting for work to be authorized,when it had never actually been sent to our insurance.In October of last year,they charged my son $687 for 4 fillings,and never even billed his insurance!I
