Good quality work done. Replaced shattered glass on my ipad 7th generation and installed a protective screen for a reasonable price. Better than what Apple would charge and it took less than 1hour and a half. Technician very friendly too. iPad looks like new.

Honestly, the best phone repair place. I had a shattered camera and when Samsung said it was a $400 fix, they fixed it in 20 minutes for $60. Amazing pricing, great friendly staff, and a quick fix. Overall good experience. Highly recommend.

I spent 100+ dollars on a screen replacement and screen protector. The mall was about to close, so after it was fixed I didn’t check to make sure it was working fine. I had many problems with the touch screen and my camera was very blurry and cloudy, which has never been a problem before. I went back to report the problem and get it re-fixed. Afterwards, the camera was much better than it was before, but it is still cloudy/blurry compared to how it used to be. To add on, my touchscreen will randomly stop working, but I can press the home or power button and it works fine. I have to turn it off and back on again for it to work, but sometimes it still won’t work, so given I try to completely shut it down and back on. But, since the touchscreen doesn’t work, I’ll have to wait for it to die and then turn it back on. Or, I could accidentally hold the power button for it to shut down, and my touch screen would stop working and I can’t cancel it, so the swipe to power off screen will remain there, and I have to wait for it to die and then turn it back on. This has never been a problem, and my phone is still relatively new, only 1-2 years old. Needless to say I’m very disappointed and never going back.

Do not go to this place or allow them to touch any of your devices! Had a screen repaired and deep down I knew I should not have allowed them to do it since I read prior reviews! Daughters phone was fine until screen was replaced, camera wouldn’t work, now phone won’t hold charge nor stay on long even on charger! Stay away!

Went after COVID and spoke to Murat. Needed my SIM card changed from old phone to new phone. Told him I would pay him for it. He did the job for free and explained everything to this technophobe. Very professional! I will be going back to him in the future!

Went in the store for a screen protector. Paid $20.00 cash. No receipt was given. The Screen protector was too thick that I was not able to use with my phone. I went to Best Buy and got the screen protector replaced and the phone worked just fine! I contacted the store manager and he said that I had to keep pushing the screen protector to fit the screen better because it was a glass screen protector. I explained to the manager that that didnt help... and thats why I had to get a new screen protector. I requested for a refund or a store credit. The manager refuse to help me with my request. I lost my $20.00 because the glass screen protector did NOT work well with my phone.

Be very skeptical of this place!!! Many people have had good experiences here and many have had bad experiences. I assume that some received what they paid for, but I can only speak to my own personal experience. I brought BOTH of my sons phones in because they would not charge properly (Both boys used incorrect chargers which ultimately damaged the charging port. That is clearly our fault and the very reason we were recommended to cell doc). After about two weeks and over $125 later, Cell Doc handed us phones that would charge, but they broke BOTH microphones in BOTH phones not allowing us to transmit during calls. We figured maybe we were the crazy ones and we took corrective action to clear any and all orifices of dust and we ensured that all settings were appropriately set before contacting Scam Doc, I mean cell doc. When I called them, I asked if we could return the phones to be repaired. They refused to even let me finish describing the problem. I then sked what they were going to do to fix the issue that they created. The Middle Eastern Gentleman became accusatory and ultimately hung up on me. Needless to say I disputed the charge on my Discover card. Let scam doc figure it out. The customer service at this place is horrible as there is only one person who actually speaks English properly. Be very wary of the store and its broken promises. Very disappointed and I will surely discourage others from wasting their time and money as I did. BE CAREFUL!!!

Originally went to apple store in the mall--they would not fix my cracked screen for reasons you dont want to know so I found this place in the mall not wanting to waste more time. They fixed my screen--so far no issues--everything works great-its been about a month. There is a tiny tiny scratch that the man pointed out on the glass to me but I did not make him replace the screen again because it is hardly noticeable and does not bother me at all. At least he was honest enough to show it to me and ask if it was okay. The price was fair (he gave me $10 off standard price) and he was quick and pleasant and the phone is great. I would return if I had a cracked phone again. I have an iphone 6S that I needed the screen fixed for.

Broke my IPhone 6 Plus that I use for work. Could not get an appointment with Apple for 5 days. Happened to walk by them on my way out and talked to them for a bit. Very profesional gentleman fixed my phone in about 25 minutes. Works as good as new. Paid $100 and my phone started cracking all over the place within a few days (I got a new screen and the protector over it). The same thing happened to my husband and weve never dropped our phones or anything. Unfortunately, we were out of the country for weeks after getting it done, so we couldnt go back to try to settle the issue. Maybe it was an anomaly or the person who did it wasnt their best, but the quality of product did not match the price at all. Hate to leave a bad review since it looks like everyone else has had good luck, but just double check your phones for a couple days after getting the screens replaced. If Im ever back in NJ Ill try to make it in and talk to the employees.

I got my phone fixed there two months ago. Bought the extra case and screen protector that was recommended. The first time i dropped my phone on kitchen floor the whole replacement screen and broke even with the case on. Feel like I wasted $145.

Although my screen was fixed perfectly, they damaged my speaker in the process. I now have no ringtone, no alarm, no notifications alerts and cannot play music. Emailed them with no response as well after paying $260 for the screen

After replacing the broken screen of the iphone, the phone is having another problem were it continously restarts and is in that state of restarting with apple logo screen most of the time. We were asked to take a walk and come back. We have a strong feeling that this person must have replaced some original parts when he replaced the broken screen. This place is not trustworthy. Go to this place at your own risk. Even if you unfortunately have to go there then stay there during the process of repair.

Dropped my phone in water in the morning, it wasnt working, kept trying to reboot. So I took it to CellDoc in the evening. The gentleman at the store said there could be screen or battery damage and would only charge me if they needed to be replaced - he opened it up, dried it out and fixed it like nothing happened to it and for free!!!. It took him over 30 minutes to do this and he still didnt charge me. Where do you find service like that these days?

Did a bomb @ss job at fixing my husbands phone. I mean he threw his phone against the wall with the otter box on and still managed to shatter the back of the phone and punched the camera lens out. Cell doc guy was able to completely refurbished it like its brand new!!!! Totally recommend for anyone to come here to get their phone fixed!!!!!!

My phone was a year old. I broke the screen after the phone took a bad fall. I brought it to celldoc. The customer service was certainly nice, however, i paid $180 for a new screen . The replacement screen is of low quality. It is certainly not the Gorrila Glass screen that I had. It is also prone to double tapping, making navigation on the phone difficult. This however is not my chief complaint. My battery used to last 2 days. My phone is known for its battery life. Now my charge lasts a mear 2 hours. I believe that my battery was swapped out for a older one. Its honestly the only thing that makes sense.

Stopped in for my daughters phone with a broken glass screen. Although we deciding to go with a new phone rather than repair, the Cell doc was really kind and gave us a more than fair estimate to do the work.

Very disappointed with the work they did. $300 and and 24 hours after, the screen stopped working and screen protector came completely off of the phone. When I brought the phone back to them, they claimed they had done the job properly and there was nothing they could do for. I took the phone to Verizon. In just one glance, the rep coups attest to the shottiness of their work. Too bad I cant add a pic to this review. Youre probably better off going to one of the kiosks in the middle of the mall.

Paid $80 to get screen repaired. Went on vacation the next day and phone wouldn’t stop dialing in my pocket or trying to unlock itself. Locked me out for 15 minuets multiple times. Had all sorts of issues trying to type and dial. My daughter broke her screen on vacation (some luck) and when we returned I regretfully returned to Cell Doc to see if they could fix my phone which he said he could. I figured I’d also give them a shot to fix my daughters phone, another $80. Well within 2 days my daughters phone wouldn’t do anything and mine kept locking me out and placing unwanted calls. Do to family emergency had to rush and get 2 new phones and wasted $160 at cell doc to have a pretty screen put on two phones that don’t work anymore.

Stay Away!!!!Had my Iphone 6 screen replaced on 11/20 ... was sold a screen protector that was too small for the phone. After 6 days, I noticed a small crack in the bottom left corner of the screen ... and went back to the store to have the screen repaired under their 30 day guarantee. I was told they would not honor their guarantee ... as this must have been caused by physical abuse. There was absolutely no physical abuse ... the screen that they used had to be either defective, of terrible quality, or both.Stay away from this store at all costs!!!!!!!!!!!

Absolute junk products. Purchased 2 cases wth Key Rings on it and they broke within a week. Young immature clerk refused to acknowledge the problem and referred to Best Buys store policies regarding returns. Clearly I purchased the product from them not Best Buy so it had no bearing on the situation. They have a No Exchange No refund policy written in marker on a piece of paper (so unprofessional).

Theres a big sign that says we buy broken phones. I tried asking for a price for Galaxy S7 with the cracked screen and the guy shook his head and said only iPhones. I asked him if they only resale iPhones and this guy replies I wouldnt buy any other phones. Then immediately start talking to the other workers in some other language... Pretty rude.I wasnt asking about his personal preference, and if they dont buy other brands just change the sign to say we only buy broken iPhones. Clearly their leader is an apple fan boy.

They make false promises to get ordered parts on time. Took my deposit with no receipt given told me part would arrive in 2 days I ended up waiting almost 3 wks.
