My former company Liberty Mutual advertises that they customize our policies to only our needs. I had been a client of them since 2007and my agent never called me to review my policy coverage. My rates were growing every year, and the service was diminishing. The company had become very automated and never felt like it cared about me. It always felt like an imposition to speak to my agent or any other human.I decided I wanted an agency that had human contact and felt like they cared about me as a client. I was aware of The Leigh Agency, and my friend used them and was very happy with their service. I called and to my relief they customized all my insurance, found much I was being overcharged for and saved me over $1500.00.I called Liberty Mutual and my agent sent an email that she was working on it and and found a $1000.00 savings. This was over a month ago and I am still waiting for her return quote. She never got back to me.I love the human contact I get with The Leigh Agency.
