Laz was a gem. He did his best ( And was effective in getting them to authorize their services before things got worse And mold formed)to interface between us and the insurance company. He was caring about my 90-year-old father who is living there and really considerate and helpful to him. Honest and communicative and effective characterizes Laz and this whole company

This was a day I would never forget. My washer leaked everywhere only a few weeks after having a major flood in my condo. James and his crew where very punctual when first arriving to access the damage. After reviewing everything they discovered I had asbestos under my flooring. They sealed the area making everything safe for my daughter and myself. James called my insurance agency and took care of everything to ease some of the burden. On November 1 we woke up to a water line rupture that flooded out our basement as our kitchen. Laz and his crew were here within a few hours with all the demo done and fans set up. It took 5 days total to dry the basement but they showed up every day (including Saturday and Sunday) to check on the status of the drying and removing fans each day as needed. They couldn’t have been more professional and efficient. There’s nothing worse than an unexpected flood and this company from start to finish made us feel completely comfortable that everything was going to be ok. I highly recommend this company for any restoration needs you may have. 5 stars.
