I was not satisfied at all with the service today. The technician that came in today did not seem knowledgeable about Indian meal moths (the infestation issue I have). I had previously found meal moths in my pantry and food and such and asked the technician if I should clean out the area next time he comes and he instead asked if I had roaches to which I replied no. He said to not worry then and that it wasn’t necessary which defeated the purpose of my question and my concern for the meal moths. He did not treat the entire area of my kitchen but only one corner of the ceiling and base boards which we noted FOR him; he disregarded the other parts of the ceiling, the pantry and was not thorough in his search.I then asked what we should do if we see the larvae and he said to just kill them (like what we were doing before). But you would think that if you hired an exterminator that they would treat and get rid of the bugs for you but obviously my technician did not do that. It’s been 6 hours and I feel as though there is more meal moth larvae…The service took max 20 minutes and he said he already inspected outside BEFORE coming into my home and introducing himself to which I would have wanted him to and our cameras did not even see him outside inspecting the area thoroughly. Afterwards, he waited in his car for another 10 minutes and only left when he saw us coming outside….

The technician was educated, considerate, speedy and informative. Work was done well and on-time. He also took time to educate me about the ants - as to why they were coming in and such. Will definitely use Viking again.

The Viking technician arrived on time and was very personable. He was also very knowledgeable and explained exactly how he planned to treat the problem I was having with minor bees and carpenter bees. Very efficient. I rate him and them very highly.

As a follow up to my last post, I spoke with Jane from Viking. She was extremely courteous and helpful. She is offered to refund my $575 which I paid them for a squirrel removal, which was not successful. This is very fair of Viking, and demonstrated their business ethic.I would not hesitate to use them in the future.

Well this is the first time ever using a company to handle this problem. I was not real happy at all with the tech that came. Never introduce himself and i felt he was annoyed because the paperwork did not specify exactly what i needed. He did not explaine the different types of traps being used. He left and i was not given all the equipment that i was paying for. He told me i would have to wait two weeks until someone comes to check the traps to give me the 2 outside traps. I was really tossed between your company and another. Wondering if i made the right choice.

We had been dealing with a pest control service, with little resolve, for mice for about 2 years. Our daughter reached out on Facebook for a recommended pest control company for us to switch over to and Viking was highly recommended. We know why! It started with the customer service rep, BJ, who patiently listened to myself and my husband as we explained all we had gone thru from the onset of our problem 2 years ago and how it continued, though to a lesser degree, till now. After we explained the treatments by the previous pest control company, BJ took us thru Vikings plan and how and why it differed from what we were accustomed to dealing with. It all sounded too good to be true but we decided to give them a try. And then their technician, Stephen arrived. Stephen spent over 2 hours examining the outside, examining the inside and then implementing what BJ had assured us he would do. Stephen was extremely thorough and went above and beyond, not only addressing every concern we had discussed with BJ, but issues that came up as we walked thru the house. At no point did he rush us or indicate that he was spending too much time on us( as did the previous pest control company to which I should have replied but didnt...if you had resolved the problem over time I wouldnt have needed you to come out as many times as you did). Stephen even made us aware of a door draft stopper (and I bought 3) that would keep the little varmits from coming into our home from the garage.....I had been using old towels to block the entry points! Vikings approach was indeed very different from that of our previous pest control company and though it has only been 3 days since their first visit, my husband and I finally feel optomistic that we are thoroughly and efficiently addressing the problem . Thank you Viking and thank you BJ and Stephen, for listening and developing and implementing a plan to resolve a very unpleasant issue!

We hire this company for Mosquito and Tick control . First of all they are not treat anythings for Tick but package saying Tick control as well . For Mosquito the spray but just for sake of it . they are not concentrate main source for mosquito . Hopefully next year we will not go with this service .

We were sick of keeping up with the spiders that seemed to hang around due to being shut down for 4months in 2020 cause of covid. So we decided to get the monthly treatment anyway cause in the summer they keep mosquitos away as well and target any problems our property may have before it’s even an issue. Ps Curtis is the man! We had trouble getting our preferred time after repeatedly informing them we don’t open till 1pm he sorted it out for me quickly and has great energy always a pleasure having him stop by and be our Viking technician.
