The staff were knowledgeable and friendly. The service was fast. I had to reschedule a couple of times but they always found time to get me in. The windows turned out great. I got the ceramic film which is great for reducing heating and blocking out UV rays. Because I travel with a lot of dogs this will help my fur babies travel more comfortably. Perfect work! I would recommend highly.

Giving them 1 star because I asked them to tint the windshield and after charging me $185 dollars which was more than half of what I paid for the rest of the car they cut a huge square around the inspection sticker without even asking me or advising that thats what they do. As a military family we moved around a lot and our home record is GA and they dont use the car inspection stickers. So now I paid 530 dollars in tints to have a huge square cut out of the windshield, because they didnt even do it smaller around it. I call them to explain that I am dissatisfied with the way they did that and not even asked and all they kept saying is we didnt know about you would change to GA tags, well I didnt know you would do such a wanky cut on the window either because it was not explained when I first came in. I have been getting my cars tinted for years in multiple states and never have I ever gone through this bad experience. I paid for a full windshield and that is not what I got. I got the usual response of we will talk to the owner and let you know on Monday but basically dont expect nothing. So I am $185 dollars short now plus whatever I have to spend to have it re-done. I should have taken a look at the car before paying, guess thats what you get for trusting people to do you right!

I had my windows tinted here...I had to do a bit of independent research to get the explanation of materials I wanted, but opted to go with these guys. Its been about 6-weeks, but very pleased with the windows...Would repeat. Due to Covid, they wouldnt allow me to wait in the lobby, so that was a bit much, as it was a cold day, but nonetheless.... Price seems a bit high, but as they are really the only top-tier provider in the area, they can get it.

I go here for all my vehicle tints. Have had 4 done so far. The best around. Fast, good quality product and install. The tint is so close to the edges of the window it looks like the glass was installed on the vehicle with the tint already on it. Professional job.... always.

Great place to get your car/truck/vehicle tinted. From the first phone call to schedule...to leaving with newly tinted truck, my experience couldnt have been better. Ive had 5+ vehicles tinted in various places (e.g. California, Montana, Mississippi) and this was by far the easiest place to deal with. I asked a ton of questions regarding pricing, darkness, and quality of tint films. They answered every one of them with patience and detail. Further, they did great work and they did it in under three hours. I will fully recommend this place to anyone in the local area. I would even recommend it to someone willing to drive to it. My husband and I own a small business and had recently bought a new truck for work and wanted to get the windows tinted to keep the UV rays out (and maybe also because it looks sharp having all the windows tinted). One of the few shops Ive been too that actually cares about state tint laws. They wouldnt go as dark as I preferred but it wasnt a deal breaker. Craftsmanship is unmatched. They did an excellent job. Courteous and professional. I wouldve give 5 stars but the fact they wouldnt go below 50% on the front windows was annoying.

Contacted Jeff about PPF and window tint. He gave me a good price and combined them both to get done in one day. I called to pick up my car earlier than expected, but he told me that it would mess up the curing process and he didn’t want to send me back with an unfinished product. I really appreciated his honesty and care for my vehicle. PPF looks good so far, as well as the tint.Only downside I’ve had is that the water-based residue that they use to apply my tint dripped down all four doors, dried, and looks kind of bad now. That is just being nit-picky, but it would’ve looked more presentable if they took a few minutes to wipe it off with a microfiber cloth.Other than that, Action is a great place. Will always recommend and will bring all of my cars here. Thank you!
