Requested a quote for a large commercial order. Spoke with someone on the phone. Followed up twice and never heard back. If they arent reliable enough to call you back or provide you with the requested quote, chances are, they wont be reliable with delivery or service. Ended up going with another outfit.

Horrible experience, Ive been trying to call for days, every time I wait for hours on hold until either the call drops, they close, or I cant keep waiting because I have other things to do. All these troubles could be avoided if they had a website that actually worked, but you cant start/terminate services using their website, its absurd. Im moving and need to transfer my service address, but I cant because of their single point of failure.

I’ve been having issues w the county waste for the past 2 months. Where they are suppose to replace a broken recicle bin that finished breaking up after 2 years them been aware that it was broken when we moved into the home. I was told end of July (no pick up) in the beginning of Aug that it’ll be picked up Aug 17th, that was the 2nd reschedule time and we are on the 24th and today It was not picked up bin is full. This is my 4th time calling and I get placed on hold for over an hour to be hung up on today I called twice and at 30mins I got hung up on TWICE, I tried scheduling a one mattress pick up and I was told to call back because that department was closing in 5 mins and I asked to speak to a manager and the manager already left for the day.While I’m typing this I’m currently on hold ONCE again for over 36 mins now. And I know they close at 5 I just spent the last 2 hours trying to get a hold of someone and I can’t. I’m frustrated at this point.

I am moving and Ive called over 5 times to cancel my service at one residence and set up service at my new address. No one has ever answered the phone and Ive waited on hold for an excessive amount of time. Ive even tried calling the corporate number to connect via a different location, tried billing services, NO EXTENSION works to call them.

2nd week of missed trash. Was on hold for the better part of 2 hours, then gave up. I messaged them on social media, no response there either. Today, 8/23, the truck stopped at our can, driver looked at it, and drove off. No communication whatsoever. Dont bother with the corporate number, no ones answering that number!

Over the past several months they’ve been raising my bill each month by a dollar. This has added up to a significant amount of money. Only a very shady business operates in this inappropriate manner. There’s been no customer service because I’ve been trying to call them but no one answers. I’ve been on hold over four hours repeatedly until I gave up. Nightmare.

I have been calling for over a week, Ive emailed with no response from them. Someone stole my garbage bin and I havent been able to get anyone to help me. Ive been putting my trash in my car and taking it to the nearest dump. Im shocked at how unresponsive they are. Its unprofessional and Ill definitely be using another company.

I normally don’t write reviews, but this place has the worse customer support ever. Tring to get my recycling bin change to a trashcan. Called three weeks ago, was on hold for 50 mins and place in a waiting list starting at 45. Next week nobody came by for the exchange. Called again the week after (same wait time) and was told it would be delivered on Friday. Well Friday came and went. Tried calling again that following Monday (Aug 30th), both times at (21 mins) the call get disconnects. Tried calling today (Aug 31) at 8AM, was place on hold for (3 mins) and surprise surprise, the call disconnects. Tried it again same results. WORST COMPANY EVER!!

Randomly increases the the rate by a dollar anytime they want. Without a notice. I started at $17.25. After a few months, they increased it to $18.25. I didnt think that was a big deal. But on my statement for this month its now saying $19.50. Only lists $1.00 increase but says nothing about the quarter. Really shady.

I called 3 days in a row to inquire about new service at my new address. The first day I was told someone would call me back to setup, no one ever did. The next 2 days I called, I waited in que (#14 each time) and when I finally got to #1 it was a busy signal. I also went to the website to schedule new residential service and no one ever called me back in regards to that. Its ashame Davis Disposal doesnt come out as far bc we had an amazing experience with them at our previous address. They were cheaper and came twice a week. I think Im better off taking my trash to the dump then relying on County Waste who cant even contact back a potential customer.

Scheduled to have service 2 times a week. Haven’t seen them in over a week. After being on hold 2 times for 20-30 minutes each time They say it’s because of the weather. It only snowed 1 day. Well it’s been a week and still no service. Dumpster is over flowing. Time to get new service. I do not recommend the his company. By the way, this isn’t the first time

I will say that if the weather is dry, sunny, and not a holiday, theyre fine. But if theres a holiday or any sort of inclement weather, youre pretty much SOL. It snowed a half inch on Friday (trash day), and now its Wednesday, the recycling was picked up today, and our trash (and that of everyone else in the neighborhood) is still sitting there. I pay for a service, I expect to actually get that service, even if its a day or two late, but not a completely skipped week. If its a holiday, theres no rhyme or reason as to when the trash/recycling will be picked up. I dont understand why theres no communication, you have zero issue taking my money and emailing me my billing statement every month. How hard would it be to mass email hey, it snowed yesterday, bring your trash in because were not coming this week? Its a bad way to do business.

Consistently fail to pick up trash/recycling. When you try to contact the office, you cant speak to anyone. I was on hold for 30 mins and started at number 34 in line and when I hung up the phone I was still number 34. The online chat feature is not a chat; it is an email system. After missing my pick up on Wednesday, they sent an email and agreed to pick up my trash/recycling on Thursday. They were a no show. Friday, no show. Finally on Monday the next week they sent another email saying they would come on Wednesday, which is my regularly scheduled pick up day. This has been an ongoing problem for over a year. Several months ago, I was told that I was not receiving service because my bins were not out on time and the driver made note that the bins werent out. I always put out my bins the night before so County Waste started taking pictures of my bins each week. Suddenly my trash was getting picked up. Then it stopped again but no pictures. When I asked the office about this, they said it must have been a mistake because my service was marked as complete (it was not complete). My neighbor kept finding their trash bin turned over in their yard each week. They reviewed their ring doorbell camera to find the county waste drivers were kicking the bins into the yard. This company is absurd and unprofessional.

We have County Waste and are scheduled for pick up twice a week. They have not been out since 2/5/2021 and it is now 2/22/2021. There has been no phone call or updates, they do not answer the phones and they do not return calls. I understand there was bad weather but most trash companies will delay pickups by a day or two. However, County Waste has just skipped our entire neighborhood since the 5th. Trash is over flowing in my neighbors cans and the birds and animals are getting into the trash.

Just like all of the other reviews, I am also experiencing the same issue. Our street is also cluttered with trash cans and bags. Today is February 19, 2021 and County Waste has not been to our area to pick up our regular trash since February 5, 2021. In fact, we were informed today that County Waste would not pick up our regular trash until Monday, February 22, 2021. I completely understand that they may not want to chance anything happening to their employees during moments of bad weather; however, the snow did not last for 17 days straight. The real question that should be on everyones mind is whether or not we will be charged for a service that never occurred? In my opinion we should all be prorated. Why should County Waste receive payment for not completing their contractual agreement?

Im not sure why everyone else has had a bad experience but I have had a good experience using County Waste. They are always on time picking up my trash and recycling. I also like how if there are snow delays you can look on the website to see when they will come out to pick up the trash. The pricing to use the service is also great as well. Overall I have no complaints.

They raise their rates every six months with no advance warning. It’s only a buck or buck twenty-five but not notice. When asked about it they point out that the bottom of each bill states that this bill may include and increase. Can you believe that. They are in the right business, they are what they service.

I used this company for over a year. They would go a couple weeks every once in a while and not get the trash. I let it go. They tore up the yard with the can once, I let it go. Then, three weeks in a row they misplaced my can, once on the middle of the driveway, twice two houses down the street. I called to inform them the first two times, including pictures, and the third time customer service was completely apathetic regarding my problem, then downright rude when I decided to cancel and at no point ever apologetic. I honestly cant comprehend how this organization stays in business other than customer inertia. I have lived here for a month and they picked up my trash only one of those 4 weeks. Not being one to bother, I just gave up and switched to Schiffletts who actually PICKS up my trash, oh and for a significantly lower cost. Now I cant get County Waste to come get their decrepit cans, despite having filed a formal request over 8 days ago and leaving the cans at the bottom of my driveway. Continuing to get the run around from customer service about how challenging it is for them to send someone around and that it will now be 4 more days with their detritus on my property.

Hello, I am not a customer, however, whoever has the Old Blockhouse Ct route has a lead foot. I know he is going more than 25 miles per hour and this is not the first time I have seen this. This is a safety issue and should be addressed. We have people who walk up and down this road, as it dead ends. Called about our recycling not being picked up for 2 weeks. I have a different color can (from our previous trash service that was bought out by CW) I guess the drivers don’t know which cans are there’s? This has happened before and picked up the follow week so no big deal. Unfortunately our conversation was disconnected but all of the important information was give, such as all of the above, plus my name and address and phone number. No call back from the rep to ensure when pick up would be, pure laziness. (I couldn’t call back because the call was connected from an online chat rep because CW phone tells you to contact them via chat) My recycles are still sitting at the end of my drive way. Mind you the trash was emptied but not the recycling bin that has 2 weeks worth of recycling and is clearly full.

County Waste has been terrible. They routinely spilled trash when picking mine up, and they are not consistent in their pickup times. Ive dealt with these issues for a long time now, but this past week I finally cancelled to them.Last week they completely missed my pickup. After missing it, I called the office and someone confirmed they would be back out by COB the next day. When I called back, they claimed I didnt have my cans out (totally false - they missed my neighbors as well), and would not be making a pickup until the following week at the normally scheduled time. No offer to knock a couple of bucks off the bill or arrange another pickup, just sorry about your luck and that was it, leaving my with overflowing, stinking cans in the middle of the summer heat.All in all, this is a junk company with very poor customer service.

I recently got service with them when I first bought my house. The reason I got them was the previous owners had them. They first said my can would get there in a week. After two weeks I called and ask about my cans. They didn’t have me in the system. Then they said just put my garbage on the street and someone will get. I did and can got delivered the same day as the pickup and they only checked my cans instead of grabbing the bags. Then recycling day came and left then can out there, no one again grab the recycling. 4 weeks now with garbage to have for Monday.

I pay them to pick up my trash and then they refused to pick up my trash. It’s truly bizarre. I placed my trash bags next to my trashcan. When they did not pick up my trash I called County Waste and they connected me to the manager of the route. When I spoke with the route manager he made the argument that my trash, that was contained in trash bags, smelling like trash, and sitting next to the trash can, in the location where you pick up trash, on the day you pick up trash, could have actually have been my personal belongings and that I was moving at five in the morning. But wait it gets better. I live in a log cabin on 50 acres and my driveway is a quarter of a mile long. What else could the trash bags be other than trash? I don’t know what the companies burden of proof is for trash but apparently it’s limited only by the route manager’s wild imagination. Seriously, what do you do with that kind of stupidity other than cancel your service? Maybe I could have made a large sign that says “trash” with an blinking arrow pointing to the trash itself, but then the route manager might think he somehow wandered on to the set of a movie and the bags of trash are not trash but actually movie props. Who knows?

Stay away from this company. There are far better alternatives. County Waste is running scared because they feel threatened. Weve had them for over 10 years and service has done nothing except gone downhill. Competing companies offer lower prices (including additional trash pick up days) and respectful customer service. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this trash.

I am writing this review after years of being a customer. I wouldnt recommend. In the years I have had this service they have cut down the pickup days from 2 to 1 and raised the rates which I went with because I understood Stafford County raised rates and the trash pickup would happen so I didnt complain. Other trash services started promoting in my area offering one free large pickup (such as furniture) to new customers with sign-up. I. contacted County Waste to see what their price would be for a large pickup as a paying customer and they quoted me $20. High I thought but I gathered a few large items and contacted them to schedule a pickup date. I spoke to the representative this past Thursday 06/01/17 and the representative asked what items were going to be picked up then started rating each pick up item separate as: $20 for loveseat, $30 for couch, $20 for box spring! Outrageous!!! so I explained to her I am a paying customer of years and just signed a new contract and stated other area services are offering 1 large pickup to customers in which she replies I wish you would have called before signing your new contract and maybe we could have done that for you. WOW! In a service that doesnt think of the customer doesnt need my money every year. I will no longer be a customer after this year.And the communication on Holiday pickups are never consistent sometimes they let you know sometimes you dont.Youve been warned!!!!!!!

County waste is a joke of a company. The driver literally stopped at my house (which I was watching out my window) never picked up my trash and took off down the road picking up trash. I called and they said he listed my house as no can outside. Im sorry my cans are sitting outside and theres trashbags on the ground around it. They refused to come out without a $25 charge. The week before the recycle sat there and I called and they sent someone out several days later. But thisbtimenshe said theres no notes on the account that its happened before.

How do you find someone who cares that your service is so unreliable? Every few months when you change drivers on my route, it takes months to get the trash picked up reliably!! It has now been 3-4 weeks of calling twice a week, once for trash and once for recycling and they just continue to tell me at dispatch... I have talked to a route supervisor and they will send someone out to pick it up and this will be resolved but it never is.

Finally cut ties with County waste after the fourth time they didn’t pick up for the week. We are on auto pay so it definitely wasn’t because of lack of payment when we called they had zero explanation and said they would send someone out the next day who never showed up. When we spoke to the customer service rep she was rude and said we should’ve called right when they missed our stop rather than waiting till that evening because she could’ve sent the truck back while they were still in the neighborhood. I sent the following email to county waste on 7/12/2019 and received no response. I also sent this to them via Facebook message on their business page. I can see that they viewed the message but have received no response. My mother attempted to file a complaint but her call was forwarded to a dispatcher.Hello,I’m writing to notify you of a customer service issue experienced by my 60 year old mother on 7/11 during her trash pick up at————.She was rushing to bring her trash down as the truck approached her house and fell down in her yard, injuring her neck. The driver in the truck watched her fall, remaining in his truck. She asked for help rolling the trash can the rest of the way to the truck and the driver begrudgingly assisted her at which point he demanded that she help him dump the can into another can in order for the truck to be able to lift and dump it, stating that he couldn’t do it himself because “he had been working all morning.” My mother later ended up in the emergency room as a result of her injuries.The lack of general decency demonstrated by your driver is disappointing and quite frankly despicable. While the driver isn’t to blame for her fall or injury, he lacked any compassion and demonstrated a lack of competency to do his very simple job, requiring her help after just watching her fall and hurt herself because he was tired from working all morning. All of this after he was barely willing to even help her roll the can to the curb. Residents in Fredericksburg choose their own waste removal companies and this lack of even marginally decent customer service is truly unacceptable. I hope that you will address this incident with your employee and provide some continued customer service training to ensure that your drivers are able to more appropriately handle a variety of different circumstances on their jobs, not just with professionalism but also with basic human decency and compassion.Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Took three phone calls to get my trash and recycling bins delivered - even after being charged for service. So far the pickup service has been fine - only been a week. Most folks in the neighborhood use County Waste, so it was an easy decision.

I have been a customer for last four years and service has been good until the last couple of weeks when Wednesdays recycling trash has not been picked up until Friday when I notified them. Tuesdays trash is usually picked up on time. I contacted the customer service about this and they let me know that it will be resolved. Im hoping that this trend will not continue.

Service is decent for the most part as far as I experienced. but I know a friend who worked for this place and said it was a pure hell hole to work for. The supervisors are rude to their employees and are constantly stressing you out by lecturing you saying youre not moving fast enough/not working good enough` etc And he gets harassed by the co-workers. and nothing is done to them.. I say avoid working for this place unless you desperately need money.

Terrible customer service. They pick and choose which trash they want to pick up and instead of just leaving it in the cans at the end of the driveway they put it on the driveway and leave trash cans flipped over because they are too lazy to get out of the truck and pick them up. You call or email to complain and either get no response or no apology. We just cancelled our service after 7 years and I will be finding someone else.

I have been a customer for over 9 years and until about 3 weeks ago I was extremely satisfied with my service. What transpired over the past 3 weeks to get additional cans at my residence is utterly terrible. I should not have to wait 3 weeks - 3 consecutive Mondays of leaving my cans at the curb for a SIMPLE delivery of new cans from County Waste. I am at the point of moving to a new service provider. My trash has not been picked up 10 times since April! I email them and get the we will talk to the supervisor blah blahblah. continues to happen. last time no pick up mid-december now again no pick up Friday. told them I felt I deserved a credit for the constant inconvenience still had to pay my full bill. never got a response to that request. once I had maggots in my trash! disgusting. I work full time and take care of my elderly father with dementia I really do not need this hassle.

I posted on the corporate page not realizing Spotsy had their own page. Overall corporate seems great as I have had County Waste at several locations, but the Spotsy branch is difficult to work with and rash. Cans are out at the road and driver misses them, not only will they not come empty them but they still charge you for the missed service. I’ve been in trucking and distribution for 13 years and understand mistakes but you should always right them and provide the service you are charging for otherwise it’s just theft and breach of any contract. I think the customer service and dispatchers(Amanda) could benefit from some corporate intervention.

I had good service from them for 5 or 6 years, but they skipped some weeks and the “ladies” in the Fredericksburg office have been extremely rude since January. I stopped service in writing twice, but they pretend they didn’t get them. They won’t pick up their cans and told me they will continue billing me. We have no choice but to wait for trash pick up a day late because of holiday hours. Now, after 7:00 PM, on the day they’ve said they’ll be here, and we’re still waiting. We’ve been skipped over, trash has been left behind, and there’s been no consistency in time of pick up. The kicker? Our neighborhood insists on using this particular service with this particular company, so we don’t have a personal account with them. Our neighborhood does. Service for 20 plus years. Pick up is scheduled and predictable. If I fail to put the can out on time , County Waste picks it up next day. Equipment is modern and clean. If im in front yard, drivers toot the horn and wave. Price is low, service is great.

I like their services, the problem I have is the holiday pick up service, on the website it say if your pickup day is a holiday then they will pick the next day. I thought 4th of July was a holiday and it’s on a Thursday (2019) so my day would be a Friday but not for county waste . I fell like they could had listed on their site pick up for 4th of July week would be on regular schedule. I guess if the holiday falls on a Thursday they will pick your trash up.

So disappointed. I had excellent customer service from them all along and their drivers go the extra mile to make sure all of the trash gets collected. I was set up for auto debit, and then out of the blue I get these letters and calls that I owe 4 months of payments! I call and they say they did not have it checked off on my account correctly and that one of their associates must have unchecked it. Now I have to pay 4 months at once, and they didnt care. SO frustrating that they did not take the time to call me and let me know sooner-- thats the right thing to do!

The representative, Tatonya (?) was extremely rude and the information she provided me over the phone was not the same information when I presented to the office. I was told by her that I would not be charged until after the job was completed. I currently have pickup service at two of my houses. She blatantly lied to me once I went to the office to sign the paperwork. I had no option but to pay for the rental at that time. $405.00. NOW I am being charged a fuel surcharge which was never mentioned to me. County Waste needs to send this representative to Customer Service classes immediately! At this point, I will be looking into transferring my current services, at both locations. I would highly recommend, that anyone seeking waste services, do not use this company.

County waste is subcontracted out by Waste Management to serve residential customers over on 218, White Oak road. Since October 2018, I have called 2-3 times a month for missed service. Ive filed BBB complaints on WM and today I called County Waste looking for answers for the Thursday missed pickups. Explained the 9 month problem, and was promptly transferred to a sarcastic, nasal, speaking women who first wanted the street camera footage sent to her, than abruptly corrected herself and told me ; YOU MUST GO THROUGH WM(Waste Management). Reciting lies from their driver, can wasnt out....when its put out Wednesday, the day before. No reputable company to see here.

Contract trash company! Wont allow us out of contract unless we provide proof that we are moving. Also it says on the contract that it automatically renews and they cant cancel it with out a 60 notice. So I said ok and they still want proof that Im moving in order to cancel. I strongly recommend you do not use this company or any of its affiliates. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau!

I dont know why I still have this service. The miss my cul de sac more often than not. The recycling picks up early every Wednesday and then the trash continues to miss. I see and hear it drive by our area in the evening and never picks up our trash. I think its been picked up once in the last two months.

If I could give a negative rating I would! We ordered a small dumpster to be emptied twice a month on a specific day . They would show up on a different day but yet were charging us as if they provided the services. We have been trying to get them to remove their property but the refuse because they say we owe them money for services they DID NOT PROVIDE!! I have never seen anything like in all my life. DO NOT USE THEM!!! Terrible terrible policy and customer services and down right criminal!!!

Spoke to Tony today to resolve issues with the company (County Waste). Tony was very apologetic. We had a remaining contract with them and he canceled for all the inconvenience. The worst garbage service I’ve ever had!! They Picked up our garbage one time in a month, and it was supposed to be a weekly service. I called to cancel and they said someone would pick up the garbage container the following week and to leave it out by the street. Well that was 3 weeks ago and the container is still out by the street and I’ve made 4 more calls to the company. They keep telling me someone will be there in a few days to pick up their container and no one shows up. Do yourself a favor and don’t waste your time with this non-responsive company!!!!

Dont do it. They pick up trash about 3/4 of the time and then lie to you telling you the trucks go out earlier. This somehow applies to 1 of 2 trash cans not being picked up, cans being put out the night before, and when you watch them drive past your house to the neighbor. I wish there were options in the sticks.

I am having a terrible experience with this company. They leave my cans half full, and when I call to complain of course it is my fault. I called a couple of years ago in November to cancel my contract which takes at least a 60-day notice to break or else youre paying $150 dollars to get out of it. At that time I was told that I was too far ahead to put in my 60-day notice. So, when I called today to complain about the trash being picked the representative told me to call back in, you guessed it NOVEMBER or December to make sure I get my contract canceled in time. I feel that I will always be held hostage by this lopsided contract with no set date to cancel. Anyway, be warned run away from this company and never look back you will be thankful.

I had an issue with recylables being put into the regular trash in 12/2013. The company was receptive to the problem and advised the driver to leave all boxes for the recycle truck in the future. Excellent customer service. Good company.They want to do the right thing.

Wow! Called two weeks in a row to try and get the trash from the previous tenant picked up so we could have the cans picked up or start service with them.Was told they wouldnt pick up the trash from the previous owner because there was no service contract so they couldnt empty the cans...and if the cans arent empty, they cant pick em up.Spent more time arguing with the driver while I had customer abuse on the line than it would have taken to simply empty the cans. Then they could pick them up or I could start service. Nope, they couldnt manage that.The driver was adamant that he wouldnt pick them up because dispatch didnt have the address on the route. The customer service lady wouldnt let me finish a sentence and had no solution or answer for how I should get the bins emptied so they could be picked up. Same response at the corporate customer service number. All could have been resolved in about 28 seconds by anybody at the company but instead, Im going to spend another week with month old trash in my bins because these people are too ridiculous to deal with.Update for 23 July- after assuring me they would get the bins emptied and picked up, county waste sent the owner a bill for $150 because they had CWs bins...the bins both the owner and I requested they empty and pick up. Owner asked me to make sure they were out for pick up today. I put the bins out (like i have the previous two weeks) and county waste failed to empty them again.Way to keep a losing streak going county waste!Well, there are several dates, but at least- 02 and 08 July at 5:00ish and 16 July to both the Fredericksburg office and corporate office around 3:15ish. If you want to resolve the issue, get someone out there to get the cans as both the owner and I have requested without wasting more of my time.

We only went with this trash disposal service because of convenience... their cans were left here by the previous owners of our house. County Waste only gets 2 stars from us because of their polite phone customer service the many times I had to call to have a simple problem fixed. However, theyre lousy at following through with the service their customer service reps promise and they trap you into a contract that I feel they themselves dont uphold. Their drivers wont do you any favors if they see you rushing your trash can up to the road as they are coming. If its not already up at the edge of the road, theyll drive right past you. Sadly, it seems, chivalry is dead more often then not. I plan on submitting my request to discontinue service with them 60 days prior to signing our contract with them next year. I wouldnt recommend them.

We cancelled this service in February. We switched back to SchliffetT and they cancelled the service to County Waste on our behalf. County Waste still sent us a bill for March. We have documentation that verifies their service was cancelled in February. Six months later, this company still says we owe them. We were NEVER late paying our bill, NEVER. This is a bad company and they try to cheat people. They turned the bill over to a collection agency. BAD, BAD people.

You would think residential trash service would not be something a customer would have to actively manage, but I’ve found that I have to call County Waste frequently because trash was not picked up.Most of the service representatives are rude and incredibly unhelpful.The worst part though, is that the company locks you into an auto renewing yearly contract. So in order to cancel service, you have to do so in a small window of time each year, otherwise you will have to pay $150 to end the contract.I should have put it together when I signed the contract that if a trash service forces customers into such an awful contract, it’s probably because they don’t have good service and a good reputation to stand behind.As soon as I can, I will be canceling my terrible service and switching to Shiffletts.

She was pleasant and thorough, answered all my questions. I just finished reading reviews, and all I can say now is perhaps these reviews refer to counties other than Spotsylvania. Be a good neighbor pick a different trash company. Twice within six months this company has destroyed something on my property. I left them for Shifletts. My neighbor still has them. They backed up and destroyed my mail box and less than 6 months later have completely demolished an Apple tree I have. I have only lived here for a year, and the neighbor that has them told me they hit my cherry tree before I moved in. All I asked was if they killed the tree can they replace it. They told me if there are no tire marks in the grass they’re not liable. There are tire marks, but my point is that’s not how you treat people.

Horrible company! Not consistent with pickups! Half the time doesnt even show up.. They forced us to once a week pickup and if you want twice a week the price is outrageous for 33 bucks a month! If you call customer service they are rude and completely unprofessional! Even the supervisor himself, customers do not come first! Switching immediately!!

We live on the west edge of Fredericksburg really out in Chancellorsville but Fredericksburg mailing. We moved here two years ago and have had County Waste for service from the start. I have nothing negative to say about this company. They have always answered the telephone and have been pleasant to speak with and always helpful. They cant be beat for the price and just about everyone out here uses them. Some folks like to take there garbage to the dump on their own but for the price I pay for weekly service of both trash and recycling its well worth the cost (which honestly is cheap go elsewhere in the country and see what you pay).All in all happy and will continue to use their service. If something changes Ill be happy to update this post.

We live in King George. Prior to County Waste we were with another trash removal company that did do pick-ups twice a week, but charged more than twice as much and did not pick up recycling. Given the large size of the recycling can they provide and the amount of recycling we do, once a week is just right for us. Some of our neighbors who generate more trash utilize the 2-cans option. Whenever they are going to miss a day due to holiday or weather, they call the day before and leave a pre-recorded message informing us. In the four years we have used them, this has happened fewer than 10 times. Their rate has stayed right around $20 per month the entire time we have used them.
