Jenn Donaldson is an amazing realtor! From listening our house, and accepting a contract in 22 hours. That’s correct she sold our house in less the 24 hours!! Made our closing happen in 30 days, was fantastic. She always had answers to our many many questions, and being our first time selling a house believe me we had a ton. She helped me with making sure we had the correct paperwork to change schools for our boys. I have already told 4 of my coworkers to contact her and her real estate team to buy a house soon. Hello everyone. My realtor, Jenn, helped me sell my old home and purchase my new one in VA. Oh, she also helped me buy the one we just sold ;-). After my purchasing experience the first time with Jenn, I had no doubts I would contact her again for my next home journey. I have NO complaints. She made me feel as if I was her only client. She answered any questions I had and her advise and suggestions were always on point. She would be my Agent again if I had to do this again, no doubt.And...... when Jenn went out of town while we were still looking for a house, she had another agent, Iris, step in while she was gone. The date we made an appointment to look at my now new home, I had to go to my job and told her we had to reschedule. Now, think about how crazy the market is right now, you snooze, you loose. Iris asked me if I wanted her to go to the appointment and she would FT me or take videos and pictures. I told her to make an offer after I saw the videos. So, I made an offer on a place I hadn’t physically seen.I had the Dream Team, what can say!!!Wouldn’t change my Dream Team for anyone!
