Everyone was so very kind and helpful. They made sure I was comfortable while protecting my personal information. They had no problem with my daughter staying with me the entire time. I am very grateful to all who were essential in alleviating my stress and making sure I was informed, involved and comfortable. All involved were wonderful, caring and supportive. They made a very stressful time much easier to deal with.

Had gone in for my blood work on Monday. The office had my orders. I waited about forty minutes, before having to leave without the blood work because I had to go back to work. I asked the front desk if I could return a different day to do the blood work and they said yes. Returned this morning to get the blood work done and they couldn’t find my order that was there on Monday when I went in. It was nowhere to be found, even though it was there on Monday. They told me over and over there was no order even though it had been found two days before and placed in a folder on their rack so I could be called back. Called my doctor to have it resent and they had proof it had been sent to them before. It is very unprofessional to lose/misplace a patient’s orders. I am very frustrated with this whole ordeal because I needed the bloodwork done within 48 hours of an appointment, and because they lost my orders, that will no longer happen. The wait time on Monday was also ridiculous to me.
