Came in with my 7year old daughter, she got the basic I got the spa...lets just say we both got the same rushed service. The place seemed clean although I noticed the did not sanitize the stations after every client. My daughters pedicure looked better than mine & I got gel. And lastly I asked for a square shaped nail & got round unfortunately. My tech didnt save any room to file at all b/c the nail was cut so low. I am not happy with my pedicure at all.

Fist time visiting this nail shop and never again as I told the owner. Had a pedicure service $35 and all I got was my feet soaked. They did not scrub my heels, shape my toe nails or polish clean up. I had only powder dip w/o manicure which was told $15 and cash out @ $50. These damn people are crazy. I don’t mind paying for get service but this was ridiculous.

Wife had a manicure and pedicure done and they didn’t do what she asked the first time so she requested that they fix their mistakes. They became rude and unprofessional. She has said she will not return and recommends others choose a different salon if they want a pleasant experience.

The people are nice and the place is clean. However, my nails were a disaster and didnt even make it 12 hrs. It almost looks like they used a crackle type top coat that made the nail polish chip and crack off. I went back and they redid them with no problem BUT the same exact issue happened again. They offered to do them a third time which was nice but I did not go back because I felt it would just be another waste of time. Also, on the second time she filed the top of my real nails roughly with a very course file that now has my nails extremely weak. Before this they were long and strong. Not good.

Always great. They recommend their favorite products if you are unsure, but listen if you know what you want.**update: the quality of work started declining... after 3 poorly done attempts (2x with lady and once with the man), Ive decided to find somewhere new.

Went in around 2:30 for a full set. My nails came out different shapes and sizes. My thumb nails are different lengths. The bottom of my nails start of thin and by the time you reach the tip they see twice the thickness. This salon is more expensive then others so I thought I would get better service and boy was I wrong. My nails look the worst they have in years!!! I felt like it was rushed because they close at 4pm on sundays and had people waiting! Would not recommend.

The man wax my eyes and took Half of my eyebrow off and didnt care and try to say its my eyes.. thats not true. And my daughter had her nails done and he charged me 35.00 thats ridiculous. She is 10 years old

I love it here! I’ve gone to so many nail salons and they cut my fingers up and burn me with the drill but nothing like that ever happens here. Whenever I get my nails done, everyone is so nice and speaks great English and they’ll talk to you the whole time and not make it awkward. Joe always does my nails and he’s so gentle and takes his time. Everyone there is amazing. Truly impressed with this place and will go there every time!

My girlfriend called and asked how much a manicure and pedicure would be... the guy that answered said $43. That sounded fair, and asked if she could bring her own nail polish (due to sensitivity.) So when she paid they said it was $59... said she had calluses on her feet and charged her for bringing her own polish. Nails didnt even last 20 minutes...she had to fix them herself.

Mia is my go to nail tech! She is very patient, detail oriented, and never in a rush (even if there is a long wait). My gel mani always last 2 weeks or more with no chipping/peeling! Highly recommend her, she genuinely cares for her customers and takes great pride in her work! Thank you Bella Nails!

If I could they would get negative 5, they are money hungry, desperate as all get out. I told them I want a certain service, they insisted to try....I mean try... to pressure and upsale me. If my wife wasnt getting her nails and feet done, I would had cussed them out. They suck!!!

Went in for a manicure. Nobody was there except workers. I was told they were too busy and could not get me in. She said they had over booked and since It was close to closing I should try another salon. It was four hours before closing. A man walked in and she quickly asked if he wanted a massage. He he looked surprised turned red and said no a pedicure. She looked at him and said yes, we have an opening. She walked away with him. We were both walk ins. I wonder what type of place this really is!

I had sculpture nails done and they started falling off two and three at a time with the first four days. The head guy was the one to do my nails and said I would have have to play for him to repair they. I will not use Balle again. Bad business!!!

My wife went to Bella nails at Southpoint about 2 weeks ago and was told it would cost $30 for a gel manicure but when she went back to have her nails done was charge $35. She called today for an appointment to have another gel manicure and was told by Joe that Julie would no longer do her nails because she had written a bad review on Google. If you’re smart don’t go to this nail shop. They charge too much and they do very quick and poor work. You would think if they charge more they would do better but instead they do worse. There are plenty of other places to get nails done and that is what my wife is doing. It’s not about the extra five dollars. It’s about being quoted one price and being charged another. Again, if you would post your prices where your customers could see them you would not have a problem with discrepancies.

Julie, the owner, takes very good care of one of the few men to get a pedicure. Strongly recommend her as she makes the experience exceptional.

So rude and couldn’t understand what I was asking for. Tried to explain the shape I was hoping to have her file my nails by showing her an example and she threw the nail file at me and said “you do it”. I complimented one of the nails in hopes that she’d have an example to go off of and she came back and slammed her things around putting them away and informed me that someone else would finish since she didn’t know what I wanted. Like most nail salons there’s a language barrier... super frustrating. Will never go back!

So I went to get my nails done yesterday and they messed them up so bad.my nails are so uneven and they are all deferent leangths and the paint is cheaping off. I went back in there and they told me there is nothing wrong but my grandma cant see and she told me that the are messed up. I will never go back there ever again.

I have been getting my nails done for over 10 years and never got Fungus on my nails. I moved here about a year ago and started going to Bella. I’ve gotten Fugus twice since I have been going there! I don’t know why I even gave them a second chance! Makes me very upset because the owners were super nice and my nails always looked good. But I will never give them business again because that is not exceptable! I’m hoping to find somewhere new to go to!

Dont waste your time. I went in for a fix and fill on Sundays. I explained that I was having a visit with my regional director and DM on Tuesday. Monday I picked up a small shoe box and the first nail popped off. Nothing I could do about it. Today is Thursday and the nail she replaced is cracked down the middle. I paid to have them done and now I will have to pay someone else to fix their mess.

Great service, but HORRIBLE work ethic. my nails were better off getting done at a Walmart nail salon. the shapes of my nails were all different shapes & sizes. the color that was put on my nails was sloppy & the design I asked for looked nothing how I imagined it, when the lady messed up she didnt even correct it, she left it there when I complained to a manager about the problem he tried to help but still didnt fix the problem fully. I felt like I was being rushed out the door. I went back to the salon to get a refund & all they could do for me was put another coat of polish over the clumpy polish they put on before. if you want clean, pretty, & neat nails I would go else where bc this isnt the place for you. very dispointed.
