Gannon is a great instructor, with great jiu jitsu. Hes an active high level competitor and has a very technical game. Very kind and laid back. Def recommend.

I attend Nexus Martial Arts for Brazilian Jiu Jitsu under Ganon Lang. Every school is different, but Ganon is an excellent BJJ instructor and the other students have been nothing but great to study with and easy to befriend. Every week has a focused set of moves. This allows you not to feel like you might have missed out on something if you couldnt make it in on 1 of the 5 days. Simply put, great instruction, great people, and one great BJJ environment. Go see for yourself if youre interested.

Gannon is an extremely knowledgeable instructor who works to teach you the fundamentals while also pushing you out of your comfort zone. I’m a purple belt, and have been training wrestling/judo/Brazilian jiu jitsu for about 7 years. While I’ve have learned a great deal in my years of training, I can say the few months of instruction I have had at nexus have shown a huge leap in my skill level. Coach Gannon Lang is an accomplished competitor, with the medals to back it up. While being a great jiu jitsu player, teacher, and coach, he also manages to be a great human being. People of all skill levels can learn from Gannon, and make a great friend in the process. I cannot recommend nexus BJJ highly enough.Whether you are a seasoned player, or a newbie wanting to learn the gentle art, nexus BJJ has something for you.

I have visited many of the academies in the area and Coach Gannon, by far, provides the cleanest and most concise technique.
