Beware this is not a locally owned franchise. It is part of a 500 unit operation. Also beware Miracle Ear is having software issues with their devices. Received my two devices on 10/27/20. One unit failed to hold a charge. Replaced on 11/6/20. Same problem. Was told it was a software issues. Received two new devices with upgraded software on 11/19/20. 90 days later, 2/15/21, one device totally failed. Told it would take a week to replace. Another software issue. Two weeks later I called to ask for my money back. Store Mgr, passed me to Virginia state Mgr, who passed me to Regional Mgr. Answer is no because it was past the 60 day money back period. They will just keep giving me new devices. Also refused to treat as Federal Lemon Law issue even though they have been able to fixed the issue. Well beyond the 30 day repair period outlined in the Federal Law

Outstanding service and the best place to go. The personnel are very knowledgeable about their product. I was first in 3400 Genius 2.0 and upgraded to 5500 Genius 3.0. I was advised there would be a very big difference between the two hearing devices. They were right!! I was amazed how big of a difference between the two. They havent missed lead me at all. I would recommend this establishment to everyone. Theyre patient, professional and really take the time to explain any and everything to you for you to understand. I met and was tested by Diane who makes you feel like you have known her forever. She was very knowledgeable and patient. She explained things that made the experience more satisfying. She is terrific and I would recommend the Plank Road Office.

In April my hearing specialist recommended an upgrade to the new digital hearing aid. I was skeptical at first, but under her advisement I did upgrade. I have been so pleased with her suggestion and my new hearing aid. Dianne is not only a great hearing specialist, her warm personality makes four month check ups a pleasure, not a chore.

Jennifer and Dianne do an outstanding job helping my 88 year old mother with all of her hearing aide needs. They are both so patient and kind. Diane worked to help me come up with a way to easily put Mom’s hearing aides so they are appropriately placed and both she and Jennifer are always quick to assist when a minor repair is needed.

Dianne did a fantastic job assiting me and setting up my hearings so I could hear clearer. She is an asset.

I wanted to wait until my experimenting was over before I gave a review. I have the Genius hearing, and the bluetooth Audio Clip and MEControl for my Android phone. I wore the hearing aids every day and experimented with the different setting. I did this while riding my motorcycle. I turned the volume down before I got on the bike, it worked perfectly and I turned the volume up when I stopped. I had the Audio Clip in my shirt pocket under me vest and could change what ever I wanted using my left hand to access the audio clip. I traveled 4,370 miles didnt have any problems at all. These hearing aids are great. Last but not least, the staff at the Miracle Ear center on Plank Rd, Dianne Hewitt and Jennifer Henderson go out of their way to see that you are satisfied with your hearing aids before you leave. I highly recommend these hearing aids and Diannes Miracle Ear Center.
