Staff was nice and building was clean. Made an appointment for 6 PM and didn’t get called back til 6:30, which I then waited another 30 minutes before even seeing anyone. Didn’t get to see Dr. Ansari, saw a nurse practitioner that left the door partially open for a majority of my visit so I’m sure everyone within listening range heard what I was there for. Was not asked about my medical history. Definitely going to be switching PCP.

Dr Ansari is arrogant and dismissive. I went to him and his team of Drs over 20 times in 1 year because they couldnt figure out what was wrong with me. The breaking point was when Dr Ansari told me in front of another Dr that there was nothing wrong with me and I was a hypochondriac. I finally went to another Dr and after explaining the progression of symptoms over the last year , she immediately tested me for Lyme disease which was positive. By this point I had been infected over a year and a half and did not receive timely treatment. Please DO NOT go to any practice that Dr Ansari is part of

So. This CHAIN is horrible. There is always this rude woman at the desk that rolls her eyes when you walk in like you aren’t supposed to be there. Then I waited 45 minutes in a room with no one to come and say “hey sorry it’s taking so long we will be right with you” the lights turned off on me, twice! Then when I expressed my disappointment in a constructive way the new doctor proceeded to tell every staff member about it instead of fixing the problem. It’s very sad that these people think they are helping in anyway. Needless to say I will NOT be back. Please just go to Bettermed or Patient First.

We like the doctor, but it is nearly impossible to get a prescription refilled in a timely manner, and this has been long before Covid!!

He should just close out his facility and go back to school and learn some manners and basic learning of interacting with patients. So so disappointed and mad at em . These kind of people should put in jail for mistreating their patients.

So bad doctors and the appointment take more than three hours and I saw dr Nather was there and his nurse told me that he is busy todayDon’t go there for any reason
