We needed our gutters cleaned and was interested in gutter guard installation. Fredericksburg Gutter and Lawn broken down the steps, what is included in the price, and communicated throughout the whole process. And a contactless process, so everyone is safe. The price was great and worked quickly to complete said task, everything was done right the first time. And cleaned up before leaving, wasnt necessary but a plus. I highly recommend this company for gutters but with the professionalism shown I would use them again for other services as well. Great company, great staff, and incredible work ethic.

We contacted several gutter cleaning companies in an attempt to have service done. Not only did Fredericksburg Gutter and Lawn give us the most affordable quote, but they were able to accommodate us quickly.They showed up when the said they would and immediately went to work. Guys showed up on time and did a decent job from what we could tell. They had someone communicating with me (assuming with them on the job) to let me know what was going on and when it was time to pay for the services which was great and they moved quickly (which can be a good thing or a bad thing as long as they were efficient).They did leave one of their stabilizers (the black item that holds the ladder in place) during their visit which happened to have landed on one of our flowers. Luckily it wasnt fully blossomed so no major harm done there. The reason Im giving 4 stars is because when moving the patio furniture around, the gentleman literally shoved it around with one hand. Luckily, the furniture isnt heavy but I didnt feel it showed any respect for the customers property. Theres an umbrella in the middle of the table and rather than move from the bottom, he pushed the table around and forced the base of the umbrella to go with the table so much that the rubber piece on the bottom of it came off. He did pick up the items knocked over and blew off any debris from the gutter that had fallen on the deck. There is some debris now in the drain for our deck, but again, our gutters are clean.Overall, it was a fairly good experience. I hope this review helps someone else!

These guys are fast and affordable! We moved in our house 2 years ago and it was clear that the previous owners had never cleaned the gutters, raked the yard, or done anything. The problem with the gutters is that our house is insanely tall and no one I know owns a ladder tall enough to get on the roof. These guys showed up cleaned the gutters and picked up all the junk that came out of them. They did such a good job, I asked them to put gutter guards on. They came back the next week and installed them very quickly. I cant see them from the ground totally, but I can see where they are screwed to the gutters, so thats fine by me. I might fly my drone up there and take some pictures. Thanks guys!

Had a great experience with this company. Called for an estimate for cleaning, installing gutter guards, and an adjustment to one section. They came out and sent the quote the same day. The price was reasonable and they completed the job a couple of days later. They even worked around my complicated schedule and my location is off the beaten path. They were fast and friendly, even to my grouchy pup. I will be calling them back if I need any additional work.

The pricing was reasonable and the response time to contact the team was quick. However, I called to schedule service at least a week in advance then followed up with the team a couple days in advance to confirm the date that the team would come out and the service they would provide. Unfortunately, on the scheduled date the team did not provide service as promised or notify me of a change until later in the evening. I received a text message at 5:16pm that my service was rescheduled due to a family event...I was frustrated to have waited all day expecting the team to show only to be told that a personal matter superseded a pre-arranged business appointment. If I had been notified earlier in the day I could have arranged for another lawn care service to cut my yard in preparation for an event I had scheduled the following day.

There are many small business gutter cleaning options available, but we choose FGL because of the integrity Jeff displayed the first time he came to work for us.We asked him about installing gutter guards to keep out all our pine needles, and he said he was willing to do it, but that in his opinion, they didn’t do a good enough job for the price we would pay for them. He could have made thousands off of installing those guards, but instead he convinced us to save our money. Excellent gutter cleaning service for rental houses, one in Spotsy and one in Louisa County. Finding a reliable company that provides service in this rural area is difficult - other companies we researched wouldnt come out to the Lake Anna area from Fredericksburg and Richmond. FGL worked us into their schedule to coincide with other work in the general area. Pricing was fair considering the travel distance and the quality of service. They blew debris off the roofs, and hand cleaned the gutters where needed. They also cleaned up after cleaning the roofs and gutters.

Jeff has helped us with power washing, lawn care and multiple other exterior home projects. His prices are great and he always does a stellar job. Very impressed!

After reading so many five-star reviews, we contacted FGL about installing gutter guards we had researched and wanted to buy. After owner Jeff and his team showed us a different, but similar, product that they recommend, and which was also less expensive, we took their advice and booked an installation date. Throughout this process, FGL was VERY prompt to reply to and answer our many questions, and there was no hard-sell pressure. The day of install, they texted to give us the time they would arrive. We were amazed at how quickly they got the job done. My husband, who is rarely pleased with work done by someone other than himself, was very happy. The FGL team was personable, polite, professional, and did great work. Only time will tell how well the gutter guards work, but we feel confident there will be no problems. We are also confident that should there be any, FGL will be here to fix them in a heartbeat!

We scheduled an appointment with them for a day in June. They didnt give me a time window, but said theyd give me a heads up when they were on the way. They never showed up, and we never heard back from them.
