I was trying to call personalized therapy aba for my son. And somehow I accidentally called this number instead and got Mr. Joshua Farrow. And I am so thankful I did. They don’t provide services in my area but from my tone on the phone I think he could tell that I just needed help. My son was just diagnosed with autism yesterday and the one thing his doctor said was he needs ABA. At that point I had already called so many places. Got turned down because of insurance or because they don’t do services in my area or the waitlist was a year or longer. I was defeated by the time I accidentally called Joshua. I’m sure his schedule is incredibly busy but he went out his way to say let me get back to you and see what I can research. Without me even asking. I can’t tell you how this saved my life. And helped my son. He is a man of his word. A man of great integrity. And he did get back to me and put me on the right path. I am forever grateful and I WILL NEVER FORGET THIS AMAZING HUMAN BEING. For helping a mom on a breaking point of complete and utter defeat. So thank you Joshua Farrow you are one of the great ones. These kids, our kids are so blessed to have you-Shannon

Every family has a journey in life. Ours happens to have Autism as part of it. Trying to find a place where your child’s needs are taken care of can be hard and even frustrating as a parent. Like any parent we wanted to find a place that would be helpful not only to our son, but to us as a family. Families need training!Paragon has been an amazing to our family! I have to admit I was very skeptical at first and was not sure what to expect. But as the first two weeks went by we saw small changes already beginning. We learned so much as parents even. Our behavior specialist has been amazing!Our son is thriving with the ABA. I love that there is an entire team for your family. The owners are always available as well as supervisors if there is ever a question or issue you may have. I love they have someone who just helps us as a family train and understand more. They even give us resources and train our daughter.They offer so many resources to us to name a few support groups, community outings with other families. This is huge! You don’t have to feel like you are the only one or alone!Another major service they offer which I am so excited to have experienced is Educational advocates. (Medicaid covers this!) They actually meet with you and even go to the IEP meetings!!! As a parent those meetings can be very overwhelming. Remember parents DO NOT SIGN THE IEP unless you have everything you need for your child on that. Yes, I learned that from Paragon! With Paragons help we were able to get the services our son needs to be successful in school. They gave our son a voice at that meeting.Did I mention they take Medicaid???? Yes, it is very hard to find a place that takes Medicaid in Fredericksburg.I have referred many friends to Paragon already and will continue to. They have helped give our family a life that we never knew we could have. ABA is amazing!
