I brought my vehicle in to repair an exhaust leak. I was charged for the repair and new parts were not installed nor was leak fixed. When I went to retrieve my vehicle I was in a hurry and didn’t take time to look over the “repair”. What did happen to be certain is my brand new battery was cooked due to something that happened between drop off and retrieval of vehicle. I was forced to purchased another battery, and also payed for a service that was never completed. Their ability to complete a repair comes into question as well as their inter company communication due to myself being charged for a non-repair. I’m very disappointed with my experience here and would definitely not recommend doing business with them. I wonder if this is the standard we should expect? My standards are higher.

Great coustomer service Brandy was very attentive and informative.service did cost but it was well worth it.would definitely go here again if Im ever in the area. Pete did a bang up following job.

10/10The team of guys here are absolutely fantastic. Charlie and Eddie were the ones that helped me specifically and Eddie went way out of his way to help me when my truck was brought in. Paid $2200 for brake inspection, oil change, radiator flush, transmission fluid change, replace filters, annual service. Later, an additional $1000 for a/c diagnostics & more brake service (their inspection didnt find a problem, but driving sure reveals one) on a diesel pusher Itasca RV.The engine overheats, the brakes still have same issues, they couldnt even provide a gauge reading from their a/c testing. We still have no dash a/c. New levels of incompetence for us. Unfortunately Im required to give at least one star; they dont deserve that.

I came in for a second opinion after service with another local shop. It turns out the other shop was trying to upsell me what I didnt need. Thank you for being honest and upfront. Ryan is a great inspector and I appreciate the entire team and their honesty and integrity!

I was traveling home in my RV and started having issues. I had to stop driving and stay at a local campground. Next morning my husband called and Mark got me an appointment ASAP and they fixed it and got me back on the road the next day. They were very friendly and knowledgeable about their work. I was traveling alone with my three dogs and they really took care of us. I would highly recommend this repair shop !!

Weve taken all of our vehicles there for inspections for over two decades. The occasional small repairs to pass inspections have always been fast and reasonably priced. Their staff is awesome.

Liberty was very responsive to a request for help getting our RV started. They sent a mechanic out to the site it was stored at and it took them less than two hours to diagnose and fix the problem. Great service all around.

Four years now I have been taking my RV to Liberty for various work. I was in today for exceptional service as usual. The people at Liberty have always treated me well and I’m not anyone special. See for yourself.

I read the bad reviews and decided to give them a call anyways. Sunday afternoon I had a check engine light come on. I limped it to a hotel in town. They were the closest repair shop to me. Called them they said bring it in and they would have a tech look at it. They got me in at 1pm and had me on the road by 4:15 PM. Ben was my tech he diagnosed and fixed my issue promptly. Ive been on the road for 35years and been to a lot shops and would definitely recommend and use these guys again. Its been over a week and truck is running great. Thnx guys.

I broke down on 95 in Springfield va....I was panicking because I immediately thought my truck is down and some mechanic shop is about to take me down through there...I call liberty and spoke with Bobby and immediately I started feeling better his good customer service and his willingness to answer all my crazy questions put me at ease...when the tow truck guy showed up he assured me that these were good people...he was right..Monday came around I started dealing with Anthony...overall these are some good people and he took in consideration that I was in a hotel and got me rolling asap...I definitely recommend them

This place is a complete rip off ! Went to fix my A/C in my Freightliner and this guys were asking for $1,500 . I could get 2 A/C units for trucks for that price down in Tampa FL thats a crazy price for an Air compressor and the air dryer . They charge $145 an hour . I dont recommend this place at all . Good thing .....they have a good guy behind the counter that tells you everything straight up and thats about it . Prices way to high !

Have been getting my vehicles inspected at Liberty Equipment for 20 years. Knowledgeable, honest, respectful staff. Big John is awesome!

Dont go there. We took a radiator in to be tested late in the afternoon, it was too late for them to look at it but they would do it in the morning and call me. The fee would be between $25 and $50. OK I understood that. The next day I still had not heard by 11 so I called them. Joe said, I saw him working on it but I dont have paperwork let me call you right back. 1 1/2 hours later he called and said they cleaned it up and tested it and there were no leaks. It could still have a bad baffle but they did not have a heat gun to test that. That will be $50. We had brought it to them because another place told us they could do a pressure test but not a flow test. I would have thought they would have told us they did not have all the Equipment they needed to test it.

Don’t make the mistake and use them.They could not find the simplest problem with a pump injected cummins. The truck was ran out of fuel then jumped with 24v instead of 12v.The truck was dropped at the place and a week and close to a thousand later they still can’t figure it out.

If i can give them 0 stars i would...took my truck there to do a forced regen, they claim they couldnt get it started still charged me $150 for the regen...then they tried to say it had catastrophic failure to the fuel system and wanted to replace the entire system...$25,000...i got another shop to clean the fuel lines, tank replaced the fuel filters was good to go...they are absolute crooks!!!!

If you are a small business I highly recommend NOT servicing your truck with this company. They cater to conglomerate corporations. I serviced my Freightliner with them and the experience was an absolute disaster. They doubled the final price of the work from the original estimate because they kept finding more problems; they delayed the completion of the work by one entire business week because in their own words they had to service their six figure customer; AND to top it all off, I had to get my truck towed and repaired again in the middle of a long distance transport because the fuel filter needed replacing. The mechanic who replaced the fuel filter said it should have been replaced a while ago. The fact that Liberty did not even make me aware of this made me realize these guys either deliberately want your vehicle to break down or they are simply dishonest. Regardless, Id rather pay more to take my vehicle elsewhere than to deal with them again.

Took my truck there for a cluch droped it off on Monday was told i would have it back on Friday, They called on Thursday said the truck was ready.I picked up my truck it was the same as it wes whin i droped it off. Liberty Equipment chared me over $600.00 to put a slaver cyilnder on my 3500 DODGE and DID NOT FIX THE PROBLIMIf you DONT want it FAST or RIGHT take it there
