Doesnt matter if I spend $8 or $13 (with token of course) my truck still does not get cleaned very well, the car wash runs the same length of time (although it says if you get the Ultimate it runs longer) no matter which one you choose. The dryer starts as soon as you hit the rinse so kiss 15 to 20 seconds of dry time goodbye. I liked it better when they had a brush thing instead of those heavy black curtain things that wash the top of the car. Bugs still remain on the windshield. There are better car washes out there.

Great place for me to go and clean my trailer for a reasonable price. $5 get you 15 minutes in the self-service bays.

Very relaxed environment, able to wash your car, vacuum, listen to music, car meets happen here.

What can I say? $5 for 15 minutes. Cant beat that deal. 5 stars if they ever offer free vacuums like the competition down the road...

I’ve been coming here for awhile and normally get the cheaper wash, which is decent. I decided to go for the $18 wash and my car is so streaked. Not sure if there was something on the brushes or the surface protectant just... sucks but super disappointed.

First time using this car wash last week and was *very* disappointed. Went with the $10 wash and have gotten a cleaner car for $3 at a gas station! The back of the car was gritty after it was done.Very confusing instructions - when you get the to the rinse and dry part, its not clear which signboard you are e=supposed to be paying attention to.Went back this week with a pick up to use my $2 token (what a gimmick that is). At 2 pm in the afternoon, I could not see the monitor at all. Employee in the area was no help at all and since he had no mask on, I didnt want him that close. In the end, I stabbed at a button and can only I hope that I hit the $5 or $10 wash. The wash job on the truck was better than car last week but just fair.This time through, I noticed that the rinse and dryer have a timer but there are no instructions if you are to wait for them.

Car looks good after going through the wash. My child lives to see the colors during the wash. Only complaint would be that it doesnt always dry.

This place is great to wash your car. You can go through automatic car wash or do it yourself. They also have a blower to use after you are done washing to dry your car quicker and with out spots

Self serve part of the wash is great, I very rarely get to use the vacuums because whenever I go theyre 90% blocked off by car meet guys, additionally, I was heading back from washing my rental and 4 of the dudes there just flat out decided that it was cool to run a red and speed off, really not cool, keep it on the track.

Excellent location and clean facilities. You will not be disappointed and I really like the use of the self car wash bays, as everything you need including a dry is in the bay.

Robs stays pretty clean. The staff always helpful. If anything doesnt work properly, they are always ready to make it right. The service they provide is what makes this a good place to keep your vehicle clean.

The gentleman assisting me was friendly and gave me decent instructions on what to do going through the car wash. It had been a while and its sometimes hard to understand instructions when anxiety is high, even good instructions. I probably should have gone through the last part slower but it did the job and I had a clean car for about three days... yay snow!

$5.00 dollars gage me 15 minutes. I didnt need the whole time to get my car clean.

Only used the shop vac, but ots was very powerful and easy to work!

I have been here quite a few times and usually my experience is good but this last time that I went, I was robbed by the vacuum close to the exit. I did as I usually do and used my car wash coin for the vacuum after driving through the car wash. The vacuum seemed like it cut out early and so I had to pay the extra $ for the 4 minutes. WELL............, I timed it and I only got ONE MINUTE. So..., I obviously wasnt able to finish vacuuming and didnt want to get robbed for another $!

Used the drive through wash, which is the only wash center to get the rear spotless without needing to go through a second time.

Great place to get your car clean. They have very good equipment and appliances but lack all-weather doors on their wash bays that would make this a truly superior facility for this area. This place is very busy on weekends in good weather, so if youre an avid detailer plan accordingly. There is plenty of room adjacent to the main lot to do your fine detail work that will leave room at the vacuums for the other patrons. It would be great if we all could be courteous to others.

Great little spot & one of the only actual self service places near me. Robs has 5 bays for washing, a drive thru if thats your thing, & several more vacuum stations. Its always clean, & with ample parking next to it, if your gonna go full wax, you dont have to move far too make room for the next person.

Its fast and quick and the general area is always clean.

I own a monthly subscription. Sensors stop the soap and dryer due to truck gaps the sensors cant see. Asked several times for them to fix but no fix. Nice staff with plenty of room. Truck and car cleaning is great when the wash is working.

Jason was so helpful and personable, if he’s not a manager he should be! He was wonderful, genuine, saved me a few dollars, and totally sold me on the membership! He made my experience great.

Rob’s Car Wash is a wonderful place with friendly staff and very clean. I will definitely be going back since I bought a wash pass for unlimited monthly washes.

Great value for the time that you pay for. The vacuums are also very powerful and my car is always much better off when I come here. I now travel from Stafford to come down and clean my car when I have chores to do in the area.

Horrible experience. Apparently some of their car wash bays are $5... I put $3.50 in change in when I realized I needed $5. Okay, fine no big deal but of course I could not get my money back because of it being after hours. So I went ahead and swiped my card... it took my card and said $5, but then went back to reading $3.50 and will not let me start the wash. So now I am sitting here with almost $9 in this machine and cannot even wash my car. I have never delt with anything like that at a car wash in my life.

Easy and convenient

I just had their high speed exterior services done on my 2010 truck that had a lot of hard water spots from getting hit by the sprinklers where I park it everyday and I couldnt have been happier.They gave me a good estimate and scheduled my appointment. They did a fantastic job on my truck and it looks brand new again! I would recommend their services to anyone. Their detail shop is really nice!

The automatic wash is good, but they have spray booths next to it. Always well kept. Spray booths do take credit cards so you dont have to worry about lugging quarters with you.

Great unlimited washes for low monthly payment. I never wait when I stop by on my commute to work during weekdays. Weekends are busier of course but most often the wait is short. Wait is worth the wash.

Customer service is horrible wash quit halfway through washing my car had to pay for a second wash called several times left a message finally got through to someone explained what happened said they would credit my card which never happened

Great value friendly workers

I would give this place a 5 for comvenience and good service but every yime i gp there, whether i get the express or the most expensive service, the machine never washes my car well enough. It always leaves streaks of dirt not just on the wheel tims but on both sides of the car. I wont get a full service again till this gets gixed cause i dont like wax going over the dirt and i certainly dont like having to scrub down my car at home before I take it to a car wash. It defeats the whole purpose of going there in the first place. If I know they will fix this, I will change my review rating to a 5 no problem.

Largest, best equipped self service car wash in town. Multiple wet/dry vacuums. Always busy but little to no wait time. Always plenty of room on the large lot to detail your car. Robs is a car wash complex.

Not sure if the car wash portion is worth the price, the detail team does a GREAT job. I am always impressed with their work. I live in North Carolina now, but still make the trip up to Fredericksburg to get my car detailed every few months.

Pretty good wash for just being a automatic car wash

I took my NEW car thru the drive thru wash last week after reading the reviews which all seemed pretty good. So sad to say it came out with at least 5 scratches, all on the right side. Now i will have to pay a detailer to attempt to buff these out. Wouldnt recommend the drive thru services.

Went to 2 different places to vacuum and neither worked. I know it’s a couple bucks but dang u would like stuff to work.

Good prices but usually pretty busy location.

Top notch place if you can get past all the teenagers with their riced out cars. Every time you go there, there will be a minimum of a dozen tricked out cars with their owners just standing around not washing cars.
