I was so overwhelmed and worried about my finances and credit. This law firm took my case and walked Me thru every step. They assured me that everything was going to work and they would guide me through the process. On the day of my case I was so scared and emotional. But the Attorney called me right before the creditors meeting and calmed me down. I worked with Mr. Andrew Chen who was phenomenal during the filing of my bankruptcy. I went into the experience terrified as one hears bankruptcy and shrieks. He was professional, extremely thorough, above proficient and timely. He has an amazing team from Ms. Ambriz, Horne and Marks who all assisted in the process. The first phone call with Mr. Chen he could sense my anxiousness and walked me through the steps. After that conversation I felt a sense of relief! The following weeks I worked with his team who were not only courteous but extremely responsive. I would send an email and within two hours I had a response. The cost was also very affordable which shocked me. This process occurred during covid 19 and still ran smoothly. It took Mr. Chen and his team maybe a month or two and BOOM process over. Thank you all! Mr. Conway has a great legal group. I’m a big reviewer and picky so if I give a company 100% they’ve exceeded my expectations.

I started my relationship with Conway Law group in 2019; due to circumstances, I had to postpone my bankruptcy until this year. I reached back in Feb of this year; and we proceeded with the case. Other than communication; all was going well until I reached out inquiring about my discharge papers. I was presented with an amazing opportunity to move & I reached out to Andrew to see about getting discharge paper sooner because of the opportunity to move, & many apartment complexs would not rent without having discharge papers (if someone recently filed bankruptcy) & because I knew no one in the area I was moving to; I felt safer with my 7yr old & myself in an apartment because people are always around. Andrew gave me more than what I bargained for; he kept questioning my reasoning for moving, he kept saying, “that’s far, are you sure you want to go there?”, telling me that I would have to compromise and take a townhouse or house (which again; i didn’t want), he told me to rethink my wanting to move, he said, “there is nothing I can do, I can’t get the discharge papers any sooner so you will have to settle or see if you can rent 6months from a private owner & then go an apartment later,” & etc; I only needed to know if I could get the discharge papers sooner. Not being able to get the papers sooner didn’t make me as upset as Andrew questioning my life (that was not his place) I had to do what was best for my daughter & I and he had no right to question my personal life or parenting. I can’t say that they didn’t do a good job, but personally I am BIG on communication (If I had asked for a call everyday (which I didn’t) I feel I should have gotten it (especially when I paid a lot of money for your services) & they dropped the ball. The lack of communication & Andrew alone questioning my life choices really turned me off from referring anyone to use this company.

Very helpful and professional. Everyone I spoke with in person, over the phone, and via email were amazing people. Thats the only reason I dont have a problem posting this publicly on Google. They deserve a good review.

Called me 25 minutes late for the free 30 minute consultation. Began asking me questions that no other attorney in the same field had asked, as they did not pertain to the case, nor the pricing. I began to feel that was extremely sketchy when the attorney gave a haughty laugh, and told me I need to calm down. Conpletely inappropriate and unprofessional. I decided I would not be wasting 1 more minute of my time with this man, ending the conversation. Too many lawyers to pick from, than to have to deal with disrespect and bad service, and right out of the gate.
