Darcy has always been super nice and very helpful. When I wanted to up-size to a bigger unit, she accommodated all of my needs, and found me an air conditioned unit, just inside of the main door to one of the buildings. It made it really easy moving a large tool box into the unit. Im also consistently late on my payment and very forgetful, but Darcy is kind enough to call and remind me, if I dont pay it within a couple of days. Great customer service, and Im normally recognized, and sometimes even greeted by name upon walking into the door.

You will routinely see her making her safety checks/rounds where she will consistently acknowledge you and ensure all is well. I have nothing negative to say about this location! I started renting a space in Dec of 2020. The staff has been very helpful in helping me since Ive been with them. At one time the equipment failed and they helped me moved to a larger locker without charging me more rent since the problem was their equipment. They even help with setting up my auto pay.

Ive had a rough year and couple time Ive forgot my payment and they give me a call to remind me so I do inquire late fee. I currently misplace my storage key and they were fast to get me back into my storage unit new lock and all. The employees are wonderful caring individuals always willing to help. I highly recommend this location!!!

I have a medical condition nicknamed the fainting disease, but it has an enormous list of symptoms that I deal with on a daily basis. If you look at me, I appear young and healthy because all of my symptoms are well hidden. I do not wear a mask because it exasperates my symptoms rapidly and per the governors order that state that if a person has a medical condition that person can be exempt. If the company does not want to follow the governors orders, then they are supposed to make accommodations per the ADA. You would have thought I was a criminal by the way I was treated by Darci. I understand following rules, but when the governor makes exemptions, and I fall into that category - I, at the very LEAST, expect some respect based solely on the fact that this person works in customer service. I was already not feeling well prior to entering (not sick, but unwell from my condition). The unit was going to be in my name and she wouldnt let my husband set it up and I just run in to sign then run back out. I was not trying to make anyone uncomfortable or feel as if they were going to be exposed to covid. She also didnt bat an eye while I was mask-less looking at the unit or the other people unloading their unit without a mask. I guess Im all for consistency which clearly wasnt the case. She was rude, unprofessional, did not try to make any accommodations, and acted as if I was holding a gun to her head. If we didnt already have a truckload of stuff to unload, we would have taken our business elsewhere and honestly, I wish we had. Very disappointed in the lack of professionalism, customer service, and respect. I am human being with a condition, dont just assume I am lying because I appear young & healthy. We will never use this company or location ever again.

Pricing is exceptional. Not sure how good the climate control is on internal units, though. The damprid buckets I put in seem to get used up a lot quicker than I would expect.

We have had our storage here for almost 3 years. Darci is awesome for helping us since covid19 hit and I had to quit my fulltime job in healthcare because Im high risk (stage 4 CKD) . This facility will definitely work with you and is the best storage Ive ever had. I have moved to several states since 1986 and have never had a great experience with any other facilities. Lexus - Answered all questions, and is a very well informed employee. Genuine, kind, and on her way to management if not already.Facility- Decent, the grounds were clean, and unit shown was perfect. However, it should be noted that all units here onsite require a cylinder lock. You will not be allowed to use any other type of lock on your unit ( even in addition ) I purchased theirs for $20+. It should be noted as well that you MUST pay $25 for the administrative fee and ALL units have to be insured by paying a monthly fee in addition to your monthly unit fee.

After doing some research on the best deals for a storage unit, I decided that public storage was the best option. When I went in there I assumed that it would be a $1 start up fee for the storage unit I reserved online and I would receive the price I was quoted online. Once going there I ended up walking out of there spending $60-$70 just to start it up which is far from what was and is advertised. Now, I understand fees and other charges but the advertisement was for a $1. I was also required to purchase the lock at $23 as well on the spot. I have been with the unit for a year now and my payments have consistently fluctuated with any steady price of what I actually reserved the unit for. Then as of may 2017 I was receiving charges for the unit but $25 more than what I reserved it for and was never given any notice and the only explanation given was, we are within our rights to do that and its in your clause we gave you when you signed up. Whenever I call to get assistance to my questions they can never help me or do anything for me. There is never anyone higher than the manager that is there for me to discuss the matter and every time I try to get a corporate number it always rings back to there office. As of 10/28/2017 there back gate was damaged and broken into as I drove by and I called the local police. As of 2:22 10/29/2017 I have yet to hear anything from them about my stuff or the incident. Unfortunately, I can not move fast enough out of that unit to cut ties with this company until at least April but I will never refer them to anyone nor will I ever return as a customer once I am gone. Highly recommend not to run a business like this!

These people are amazing. We lost our house and we couldnt pay the storage unit either and they seem out wedding things,pictures,etc,and put them aside so we didnt loose them. I wasnt able to actually get them because no one told me until it was way too long but they are decent people to do that for us. Thank you so much and I dont know if you still have them, I may call.

I have been using Public Storage nationwide for many years. Every Public Storage is the same but different at the same time. What makes a true difference isnt just a clean and well kept facility but those behind it such as the daily operation employees. This specific location has the most courteous and professional attendants I have ever dealt with nationwide and therefore will continue to do so for years to come. From the moment you walk thru the doors, you are welcomed with smiles and courtesy, taken care of in a very timely manner and off to your clean storage unit you are. I encourage everyone in the area to try this Public Storage.

There was some bad experience, but I will focus and acknowledge the good. I will say that I am a customer because of the amazing customer service I received from the young lady named Kendra. We in these 52 States have really lost the importance of customer service. This lady went far and beyond to explain and step by step go over the policies, rules, expectations, neccessities, and anything else that would make my storage here safe and secured. As she took her time doing this, she also let me know that she is learning as she goes along, and that if she couldnt answer any questions I might present to her, that she will definitely get me an answer before closing. I saw a lot of my character in her. I didnt, and still dont need training in customer service because it comes natural. I saw and felt the same in her. She doesnt work for just a paycheck, she loves her job. She is determined to make her customer, happy, very satisfied, and always willing to come again if need to.
