This is a veteran owned company. From top to bottom this a friendly, courteous group of professionals. The drove me home and picked me up when the work was completed. I received an oral and written summary of the work that was completed. I trust this company. Theyre honest. I will continue to bring my high mileage car to them for service.

After spending 30 years owning auto dealerships, I appreciate and know professionalism - Zach and his entire operation is as great as it gets— from the office staff to the technicians, all backed by the owner Zach exceed any I have ever seen !! As someone who knows little about auto repair I very much appreciate the patience Karen showed me in her verbal and written explanations. When warning lights come on I am concerned. I believe Zachs provided thorough and competent service on my Pilot and I feel comfortable that I can trust them to work on my car. I also appreciate the suggestions for maintaining my car.

We have been taking our car and truck to Zachs for several years now. For major repairs and for oil change / tune up - I would be hard pressed to find as good a service team as I have found here. It starts with making the appointment, the follow up with estimates and through the execution of the work. This is a small shop so everyone is there to speak with if you have any questions or concerns. The bonus is I do not have to be the expert when speaking with Karen or Zach - they take me through step by step to let me know what can and can not be done. I personally have high confidence that only the work that needs to be done is done, never feel that I have been upsold on something not needed. They also do not take you for granted, they earn your support / loyalty each time. This is a rare find and I could not be happier with the work.

Dont be fooled by the name. They do everything. Your vehicle will receive the attention and skill it deserves.When I received my invoice I was amazed by the amount of detail. Karen is awesome. Zack I saw is also a master problem solver with hybrids.Leave your baby there and know she is in good hands.

This place is a joke!! They are very rude and unprofessional.. they took 2 months to fix my car. Then we they finally were done with it gave me 2 days to pay for it.. if I didn’t or couldn’t then they threatened to put a lien on it.. who does that?

Theydo very good work. You can find cheaper places. But not sure with what youre getting. Here you are sure they did the job right

What a great repair shop

Were full-time RVers traveling through, and blew a transmission hose on our towed vehicle while in Fredericksburg. The local Dodge dealer couldnt even look at it for a week, so we called around and had Chassis by Zach recommended from a local RV repair shop. Zach towed us in within an hour, and they were able to check the problem that same afternoon. Turned out that the hose that blew had been part of the aftermarket lube pump installation to make our vehicle towable - not warranteed by Dodge. Zach recommended a modification to the hose installation to prevent the hoses from popping off again, and had all the work done, and transmission checked out, by noon the next day. We were impressed, and happy with the final cost. We were also impressed with Karen, who processed all the paperwork, but went above that and confirmed that the new transmission fluid (and the oil change we had done while they were at it) matched manufacturer specs. She also gave complete instructions about monitoring things, and altering the service routine short-term to insure no problems. We took a few business cards to pass out to neighbors in the campground, and scheduled an upcoming maintenance session on our motorhome with them. This is the kind of place to keep on file, and if were ever in need of service within 100 miles of Fredericksburg, well definitely return.
