Good morning! The service is fast & friendly. Very direct in dealing one on one with an agent or your own agent. It is way better then calling a 1-800 number & go through the key pad until you talk to someone.

From almost switching real estate companies due to a lack of response and assistance from our previous agent to having a responsive, informative, knowledgeable, caring agent like Arielle we couldnt be more pleased. I had been putting off updating coverage of our home owners policy because I didnt want to deal with the frustration of trying to work with our previous agent, but knew it needed to be done. Fortunately, once I finally decided to take care of it we found out our original agent had been replaced with Arielle. Despite numerous questions on my part Arielle was patient, engaged, and provided Outstanding one on one customer service. We are already looking at making some additional modifications to our policy, and more importantly will be staying with this office due to Arielles help. I called this morning trying to cancel my policy with Allstate. Miss Charlottehas a strong attitude stating that she works for another company and refuse to cancel my policy. Extremely rude and unprofessional Im so glad that Im not with Allstate anymore. You shouldnt have to jump through hoops to cancel your policy
