I paid $40 for a pedicure, that was not worth even $5. It took her less than 10 minutes and she was done. I was absolutely cheated, literally robbed in the day light. The total customer service was horrible, no one cares even if you complain. Extremely disappointed.

Horrible place to get anything done, don’t waste your money and time. They don’t know what they are doing. Very very dirty and rude.

I really hate the nails they did. The simple v-line at the tips were crocked and uneven. Some looked too slim or too fat. The almond shape was uneven for all the nails. My nails werent taken care of well. Even my cuticles were not trimmed. What upset me more was the nail painting. The nail polish was streaking and blotchy on some nails, and they didnt have enough colors. Overall a poor job done. Its not deserving of $55, and I wont be returning. I definitely didnt get what I asked for or even close to it. Very disappointing work for a scam work.Edit: Definitely dont go there. I just realized that to fix her poor job, she overfilled my nail and broke my skin, and the tension between my natural nails and the acrylic is too much! Actually hurts!

I spent $55 on a full set and it looks like a child did it. My nails are not even the shape is horrible. Horrible service

I cant say enough positive things about the staff, services and treatment my cousin and I received. I had a previous set by another salon that was just horrid. They were thick, uneven and the polish color was full of air bubbles (gel polish). I found this salon by LUCK. I had my fill in service by Amanda. Both Amanda and my cousins nail tech were FRIENDLY and DETAIL oriented!! SOMEHOW Amanda evened out my nails, matched the shape AND gave me a beautiful coat of polish. Its safe to say I will be going to this salon for good!!!

Dirty, they don’t sanitize their equipments properly. I got fungus on my toe nails and feet. Horrible place don’t go there

Went here because I couldnt make it to my regular nail tech. Look at my polish the very next day! Smh, plus she charges twice as much as my current nail tech and the work isnt as good. Never again.Update: the thumb began to peel two days later.

Very rude staff. I walked in and the guy there with the arm tattoos was very brash when all I was asking if they accepted walk in appointments. He said “we’ll see if we have time for you.” I was confused, maybe they closed soon (no problem, I’ll come back), or they just don’t accept walk ins? He got actually kind of loud, saying “no we have appointments and they need to go before you.” Just very rude and unprofessional, wouldn’t recommend.

Super sweet and my nails looked beautiful. Downfall was that I could not pay and sat for forever waiting. I made an appointment and the woman who came in after was able to check out before me? I guess since she was a repeat customer she got more attention.

NewThe last time i saw Shante she was pleaseant and provided good customer service. I thought she had changed her customer service skills but she is the same snippy person as she has always been. Go to her at your own risk. You never know which Shanta you will get that day.She was not on her nail game today.

As a nail technician myself I would definitely recommend Nail Time, its very sanitary and all of the employees are very kind and wonderful to talk to. My nails look and feel great every time I go

The staff are nice and sociable but if you are expecting good work for lashes DO NOT GO! I paid over 50.00 for a full set of and in less than a week they were coming off! Typically lashes if done right can last anywhere from 3 weeks to a month and with half the price that I was charged... I know this because I have getting my done faithfully for years! NEVER AGAIN

I do not give out bad reviews. But , this place was terrible! $50 completely wasted. Never ever get your eyelashes done here. Please save your money. I came back immediately after I got home and took a real look at them to have these ridiculous things removed and it took about 20 minutes which is more time than they took to put them on.They may be good with nails(Ive never had mine done here) , but its a big NO on the eyelashes.

Nail time is the best place to go for nail services. Ive been a loyal customer for years now & only been happy with them doing my nails. they treat their customers very well & go above & beyond to fullfill their clients wants. I get my nails done every 2 weeks and I get at least 5 comments on my nails... I would refer anybody to go to nail time if you want satisfaction!!

I have been going to Nail time since I was in 8th grade... I am 26 now. They are absolutely the best. My nails always look amazing. I began running out of ideas for new designs about a 2 years ago so now I let Andy do whatever he wants and he never disappoints. By far the best Nail salon in Frederick!

Here at Nail Time getting nails done by Andy as usual. He is my go to guy. I have tried many places here in Frederick which shall remain nameless. This is the only place that does what I want everytime with the perfect shape. Also designs are perfect, they even have a book of past designs. I highly recommend coming here. Waxing is great too

Took a very simple design in for them to do. The lady said no problem, this lady here can do it. They couldnt even do the base French right. 3 hours and 90 00 for the worst service ever. Left with ridiculous looking pedicure and nothing on my nails. With all these salons in the area, I would NEVER recommend this place.

Any moms day out, when you get to be pampered is always a good time. The staff were very friendly and polite. I asked for a gel mani/pedi rose gold chrome. This review would have been a 5, but it was a little expensive and my manicure didnt last as long as Im typically accustomed to.

I have no idea what the quality of their service is. They may be fantastic for all i know, however, when i was limited on my time and jeeded my feet scrubbed smooth they told me i needed to get a full pedicure. All I wanted was to doak my feet, and have my feet scrubbed. Simple. They wanted to charge me full price and make me do it all. I have a place in hagerstown that is flexible with services and price. I would have gone their but i dont have the time. Hope this helps.

30$ for lashes that stay on for two days, I explained to they needed more glue to last longer, they didnt obliged, its a rip off.... Disappointed rather drive bmore to get them done...

Disappointed in service maybe because Ive never been here but staff was not friendly at all came in no one spoke to me just looked at me then asked what I needed was told it would be a 20 min wait which is fine however someone came in after me seems to be a regular due to the way they interacted with them they asked what she needed and she sat in a chair and the started working on her immediately I should have just went to simply nails in Germantown:(
