I always come here for my pedicures I’ve had the older and younger gentleman as well as the lady who works here and they all do a fantastic job they also take walk in but I would schedule a apt just in case also they are super kind and put your shoes on for you love them ❣️

While I didnt get my nails done, I did get my eyebrows waxed. The employees were very friendly and took me back right away. I might have spent about 10 minutes overall in the place. The employee was fast and very accurate. I had a great experience here.

My husband schedule me a appointment I arrive 5 minutes early We sit and wait for 40 minutes No one Acknowledged me or why I was waiting. I got my classy lady lashes done there twice,very professional. The guy did my lashes without being distracted by his cell phone or other conversations with co-workers. I tried 2 other locations and they could not compare. Now I will only go here. He was even mindful of my hot girl wig and gave me a blanket. A true gentleman.💕

I got a gift card here for the holidays. I would have much preferred one of the other salons in the area but Im thankful for the gift. The older lady who did my manicure pedicure was very nice and gentle but for my first time I was not impressed at all with the prices for the service, the atmosphere which was not what I expected, nor the polish selection. There is no reason why there should be a basketball game on in a nail salon, nor was I thrilled with the fact the young guy stood in the middle of the floor yelling at/ talking to another employee in his language using obscenities. How do I know? They are English curse words... I grew up in Philly with plenty of Cambodian, Phillipino, and Vietnamese friends 😉... Would I recommend? Absolutely NOT! The place could also use a remodeling...

James and Jack are amazing =) !!!I always leave satisfied from my eye brows to my nails & feet and eye lashes. Yes they’re semi individual eyelash extensions are natural looking and long lasting. I was told they would last for a couple weeks and mine last for 2 months yes $55 for a great deal.

Went to get a pedicure and eyebrows done. Initially told when I went in that it would be a 15 minute wait. Which was fine, so I went next door to the beauty supply and then went back after 15 minutes. I was told to pick out my nail polish and was escorted to the back to sit and the technician immediately ran the water for my pedicure. The technician then went to the front and led 3 young lady customers to the back area. Just to make it clear I was the next in line and the ladies had not been waiting for a good 5 minutes. She took one lady to the back room I assume to arch her eyebrows and remind you I’m still sitting in the seat with my feet in the water. After 20 minutes the first lady comes out showing her new brows to the other 2 ladies. The technician then came out and barely looked over at me and then took the second lady to the back room. I sat there for additional 10 minutes, just to make it a total of 45 unbelievably minutes that I waited for a lousy first time Classy Nails Pedicure. I then got up to leave and the technician doing another customer’s pedicure, asked me “if I’m ok.” After hearing that technician, the technician I was wasting my time waiting on, peeps out of the back room, looked at me and said nothing. So I left and went down the street to a newly open nail salon (Mia Fresh Nails) and was treated like a paying customer should be treated. So no more (Classless) Classy Nails for me!!!

Umm. They were so rude I just asked how much it was to take off my polish and I left. $15 for that btw. Yea came and shamed me bc I used their nail file. Told me literally 4 TIMES, “you must ask before using our supplies.” And tried to charge me $10 for a half used cheap bottle of nail polish lol. You’re welcome..

I love coming here to get my nails and pedicure done. The technicians are kind and professional and the service is wonderful. The service is always great and the manicure and pedicure are long lasting.

This was my first and last time going to this location. My nails were not shaved the correct way. My acrylic was bumpy and distasteful. It wasn’t until I said something that the guy fixed it. Once he was done shaping my nails I noticed one thumb nail was longer then the other. I told him and wanted it fixed. In response, he said “I don’t eyeball it, everything is done mathematical”🤦🏾‍♀️ Like what? Moving on, I got gel nail polish. He did too many coats to where my nail does not look slim and narrow how I asked. It looks bulky and thick. They do not follow directions when told what I wanted very clearly, they do as they please.

Today is my second time there and i love their services, the lady on the left table no 3 shes 👌👌👌👌👌but its sad i didnt get her name.

My friend and I went here last weekend as a last resort because the other two places we went to were very busy. We both went in for a fill in and we have decided that we are never coming back to this place. My nails are very thick and bumpy. They lady who did them hardly even filed the new acrylic she put on. When she was done she went to the back to do a pedi on someone else and asked someone else to paint them. I still had to wait for my friend, I then noticed that one of my nail was uneven and when asked i the guy doing my friends nails if he could fix it when he was done he made a weird face expression and starting saying something in his language to the other worker there. My also asked if one of her nails could be filed a little bit more on the sides because it was too wide and the guy made a whole speech saying that because she didnt get the whole full set with them that they cant promise her nails to be perfect and that that nail was wider because she had one thumb fatter that the other xD While we were there another lady left very upset and without paying because her nails werent turning out like she wanted and the worker just kept on saying he wasnt done and talked over her. Dont go here, they have very bad costumer service and dont know how to do a good nail job.

I have been going to this place for over a year to get my eyelashes done by this girl. I believe her name was May. SHE WAS PERFECT. Took her about 30 mins and they will last almost a month. I havent been in about two months because I heard she quit. I decided to give someone else a try. This new guy. I dont know his name did my eyelashes. It took him 90 minutes! $55! You cant even tell I have eyelashes on! And here we are 6 days later and they all fell off on their own. I know how to take care of them because I get them done regularly. So this shocked me. About day 3 I went there to have them fix it and he asked me to come back the next day. I wasnt able to go because I got the flu so I called. I explained this to the man who answered the phone. I asked for my money back or for them to fix it. $55 is a lot of money. I spent over $100 that day because I also got my nails and feet done. I WILL NEVER AGAIN. The way he talked to me on the phone was unprofessional. Screaming at me and not even allowing me to talk! He was defending the glue, the eyelashes, the person who did it, how long they been in business. I didnt mention any of that. All im saying is if i pay $55 for eyelashes they should last longer than 6 days! It ended with him hanging up on me. They lost my business FOREVER and probably my friends and family who goes there as well!! i dont know about yall but i work hard for my money and Ill be damn Ill let them steal it for me. My next step is calling my bank! I refuse to let them get over on me!

I love Classy NAILS ! The owner does a phenomenal job (Lynn my favorite tech) ; the other nail technicians are just as talented(especially her brother ). I have yet to be disappointed in the last 5 years.Classy Nails always goes above and beyond !

Nail Tech Vincent keeps my nails and Pedi on fleek, but it’s quite expensive at $80/2 weeks for a no frills, no Champagne or upscale decor. I’m bougee, so if you’re looking for an upscale facility, this is not it, but Vincent does excellent work.

Another salon in frederick that doesnt want to do what the customer is asking for. Pedicyre here costs $25. Every pedicure i have ever had includes scrubbing feet. All i wanted to do was soak my feet and have them scrubbed. No nail stuff as i dont have time. He wanted to charge me $30 because feet scrubbing is extra. Sure. I walked out.no customers when i walked and and none when i left. Enjoy making no money.

This place has gone down hill. The original owner had more people working there. Now they only have three people from what I saw. Its not organized its not clean. I will never go back there again.

They suck so bad ! They did my designs and it looked like a 4th grader did them. When I went back to say I hated them she told me I would have to pay full price again for their mistake. I would never recommend them to anyone. The owner was really rude when I told her about it as well.
