The mail counter closes at 6pm on weekdays, and 2pm on Saturday, but there are no posted hours for the self service area/Po boxes, it seems to change every time I come here.The staff at the service counter are always friendly and super helpful.

Just went today to send a package and they didnt mind at all helping me out with my label. Their staff were the most friendly and professional that Ive seen at a post office. I will definately recommend this place. I didnt stay in line at all. Like all businesses, when you go at their peak hrs, there will be a line, which is completely normal. Thank you guys👍

At least the lobby is open after hours unlike some other area post offices. There are some spaces in the lot where you can park for up to 20 minutes without paying. But having to pay to park on public streets that we have already paid for with tax money is redundant and another government money grab.

Why is access to po boxes in the lobby denied on Sundays? Very inconvenient for those of us unable to get to the po during the week.

They never answer the phone! EVER! I have called 10 yesterday and 3 today.... NO ANSWER! Containers are broken and overflowing. PLEASE HELP THEM. They obviously need more staff. This is the ONLY location I have ever had issues with. So sad. Go to a different location if you need help.

My review is based on the mail carrier for my neighborhood. They constantly put other peoples mail in other people mailboxes. I can understand it happening a few times, but it happens at least once a week in my mailbox. Who do i contact to file a complaint. Im happy I have honest people in my neighborhood. But again, how would I know if I got all my mail. My neighbors could be like, trash it instead of bringing it and leaving it on my doorstep.

I sent out Christmas cards with handmade bracelets in them, paid the extra postage and everything and then found out they were all ripped open and the items inside taken. There was a stamp on them that said it arrived damaged so I can only think someone at the frederick office ripped them open and stole the items. I’m really upset about this since all these were hand made and took time and money.

Service is atrocious. They delay package delivery. They lose packages. They dont deliver packages to our door. They lose mail. Its a complete and total mess.

Ive had 5 packages not arrive in the last 2 years of the 6 packages to be delivered by USPS. When trying to call this place I cant get a single answer for over 4 months. Operators must not have to do their jobs. Only time I heard them pick up they immediately hung up the phone. Useless post office.

I mailed a package on December 1, today is December 11 and it has yet to leave their facility. Could of walked it to its destination faster

I call everyday and never ever can get through but at least when I do go inside the post office the customer service skills are shown

Might as well take the phone number off google if you arent ever planning on picking it up when someone calls

The clerk at the post office at 201 E. Patrick Street, Peter G., was very respectful, polite and nice. He ASKED ME which stamp I wanted for the letter I was mailing which I sincerely appreciate because it was a with sympathy card for a family member who had just lost his wife. The two styles of stamps that were closest to the register were “Celebration“ and “Celebrate” stamps, so had he not asked me and just thrown any old stamp on there that could’ve looked like a very sarcastic joke and hurt my Uncles feelings as he is now a widow. Thanks for being THOUGHTFUL Peter G. Great customer service matters!

Idk who runs this place but they are always M I A when I’ve gone up there. Not to mention upon calling was really rude. Don’t waste your time coming here. Just go to East Patrick or 7th Streets Post Office.

The staff in the lobby was courteous and interested in helping with our issue. This location is typically busy and staffed appropriately. I have had numerous experiences in the past with less-than friendly staff, hence the 4-star review.

They dont answer the phone. Ever. Not just during lunch or when the line is out the door. Never. The phone rings, then it disconnects you. Having dealt with numerous post offices over the years, I can say that this is BY FAR the worst experience Ive ever encountered. I feel for anyone who depends on them for their mail.

The entire USPS is a JOKE! The estimated delivery date is never met, 8-10 days late is the norm.!

Got stamps. Mailed letter. What else can you do at a post office. This one seemed to be well run.

We had difficulty obtaining missing mail. We woke with a supervisor named Tavon. He was marvelous, caring and took immediate action. Thank you Tavon!

I never receive my mail this is absolutely crazy!

Even when theres a significant line, staff go out of their way to help. They are knowledgeable and courteous. I go out of my way to use this post office.

I love this post office. However no matter what time of day you go there, it is always a wait and I can expect to be in the for a minimum of 20 minutes. Not a good place to go to if you have a time constraint

My mail hasn’t been delivered in 2 weeks. I call them everyday no one answers I call Usps customer service. They don’t care.

Their outdoor mailbox is overflowing with mail! Its clear they havent emptied it for many days! Im sure the letters I put in there last week are still in there. Terrible.

Staff was friendly and attentive. I would say it was a little disorganized and messy.

They never answer their phone and have lost several packages of mine. “UPS Innovations” is a service where UPS drops off a package at the receiver’s local post office and then USPS is supposed to deliver it. However, they never seem to be able to locate anything that UPS drops off with them. Then they are not available to help you try to locate it. Honestly don’t know why people still ship things via USPS at all.

I have had multiple occasions where the Postal Carrier has left packages on the hood of my vehicles. Went in and spoke with a supervisor who was very apologetic and took my information and said they would be in touch with me, I have not heard a word in five months, the only ways I got them to stop leaving packages on my vehicle was to install surveillance cameras and tell them that I notified the sheriffs department and would be pressing charges if it happened again.

No matter what time or day of the week I come here there is always a line. Very busy and not enough clerks. I gave more than one star because the staff is friendly.
