Lab services are extremely reliable. Low level employees are usually friendly, competent, and reliable. These “boots on the ground” appear to be overworked and under compensated. Middle management leaves a great deal to be desired, often deceptive and unknowable about services. Upper management seem very friendly, but are outwardly motivated by money.

Although this seems to be a very lucrative business that continues to grow the treatment of employees is well below standards. The management continue to excel while other employees are not recognized or compensated for the hard work their job requires. Time and attendance has no bearing on being recognized as a dedicated and dependable employee.
