Like many people I too rarely give rave reviews. However, in this case a 5/5 is definitely deserved. I recently experienced a fire in my home and required the services of the Restronic Company. I want to thank the owner Charles, his on site staff, and Nicole, a member of his office staff for their outstanding work identifying, removing, restoring and quickly returning my electronic items. I was comforted by the sense of urgency, calming presence, knowledge and professional confidence displayed and provided to me while Charles and his team were in my home. Additionally, the interaction I had with Nicole Scarfield, and the final report she provided to me and my insurance company was timely, concise and through and well deserving of “a job well done”. I am grateful for the superb customer service provided to me again, thank you for what you do!

These guys were great. All of my electronics were handled with care after a flood in my basement. We have a huge entertainment center with multiple vintage game consoles. I thought it would all be ruined but everything was returned in working order. I was impressed at how thorough the inventory provided was at listing each item and with the reinstalling of so much equipment. Im so glad that Restronic was there!

They were very professional in reinstalling all of our kitchen appliances after the fire damage was repaired. I rarely leave reviews but I had to for Restronic. My experience was extremely positive and productive. The workers that came to my home after a flood were knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. Could not have asked for a better experience.

We contacted Restronic after having a pipe break and flood our office spaces. They were very receptive and removed all of our electronics in a timely manner. After having the pipe replaced and water cleaned up they brought back all of our electronics and placed them back perfectly. I was Leary of the process because I didn’t want any of our computers damaged but they are true professionals. The office staff was kind and courteous and kept me informed every step along the way. The field staff that came and collected our electronics and placed them back at the end were very professional and polite.

This company was asked by a restoration company to inspect the appliances in my fathers house after a refrigerator pipe burst and caused a 2-3 flood on the main level. There was quite a lot of miscommunication with this company during the process. While we were not at the home, they took all electronics on the main level (including electronics that were not near the floor), rather than just a few appliances that I gave permission for the tech to take (no one was living in the house at the time). We should have just had them return everything at that point, but we allowed them to do the inspection since they already had the items. However, the cost of the inspection on many of the items were about 4x their value, so it definitely wasnt worth it. After being frustrated with the company, the owner contacted me to try to come to an agreement and discuss the miscommunication and high cost of the invoice. He was courteous and professional while listening to my concerns and frustrations with the process.

My family and I were devastated after a fire took place in our home. Years worth of memories and belongings were damaged beyond repair, or so we thought. Charlie and the team were reassuring throughout the whole process and I cant believe what was able to be salvaged from this disaster! My family and I will be forever grateful to Restronic for giving us back things we thought would be lost forever due to the fire.

Restronic provided a professional, detail oriented, impressive service for me and my family! They showed up on time, took care of our electronics, appliances and art. When they delivered our items and set them back up it felt like we were finally back home! We are very thankful for the great job they did for us!!

I never even realized a company like this existed, but Im so glad that they do. After a flood in the apartment above mine, my laptop was ruined. But because of them I still have all my data on my new laptop. Truly a life saver.

The staff at Restronic was extremely helpful. They were knowledgeable and efficient when they came to my home to remove my damaged washer and dryer set. I couldnt have asked for a more timely service.

Restronic restored my electrical items after a sump pump failure. A lot of my stuff got wet and they cleaned/fixed things that I thought would be gone. They stand behind their work and have great communication!

Pickup and delivery went very smoothly and everything works. But it was clearly not cleaned, as our dryer drum smelled extremely nasty, the same as it smelled when they took it out, including in the lint trap. If they didn’t clean in there, what else did they miss?

Im grateful to Restronic for being the easiest and most efficient part of dealing with my fire. They handled everything without needing my constant involvement and got my home back in working order.

Company will inventory and pack out your belongings.You will receive items back wrapped with no padding or regards to their content.TV scratched and dented along with missing items. Crew had to return because they did not return my sound bar and left it with the random employee within my apartment complex.When you come back to the company and an employee by the name of Curt answers you’re in for a treat. Obviously everything is tour fault, not Restronic’s.If you’re fortunate enough to choose a company to fix tour electrical items choose a more professional company.

This business refurbishes your electronics after youve had a fire in your home and they tell you what is good what isnt pad and then you report it to your insurance company cant really tell you much about what they do other than check stuff out and tell you if its OK or badd but the people are there are very kind specially when you suffered a fire in your home

These are some good folks who are thorough and put a lot of effort into doing the best possible job. I had a major water-based disaster in my home and scheduling Restronic to come out and start the pick-up process was very easy and fast. There were a few things that were missed due to another contractor moving stuff around, and Restronic was quick to come out for a second pick-up to grab the rest of it. The pick-up crew was quick, asked good and relevant questions, packed everything securely, and was able to answer all of my questions about the process.Dena is objectively one of the greatest human beings on the planet. This is not a matter of opinion, but rather of unquestionable fact. Shes enormously helpful and friendly. If you do not agree with this after having a conversation with her, you are quite simply wrong and you should seriously reflect upon the decisions you are making and the way in which you are living your life.As was the case with pick-up, scheduling drop-off of the cleaned/restored items was easy. Drop-off was organized and quick, and all of my things had been securely packaged such that nothing came back damaged.I really only have two (minor) gripes, and in the context of the overall service they provided, I have to emphasize these are minor. First, I have multiple PCs. One of them was not repairable due to the extent of the water damage it sustained, but the Restronic tech I spoke with was not able to communicate which PC it was (the PCs are radically different with respect to hardware configuration). Dena was able to clear this up, though. Second, and this is _incredibly_ minor: They tag devices with stickers and/or marker. The marker was a little frustrating. The stickers they use are the stickiest things Ive ever seen, and getting them off cleanly is pretty much impossible. They left a sticky residue on everything I removed them from, so I had to clean that off.Again, super, super minor issues. The overall service was exceptional and I would not hesitate to use Restronic again or to recommend them to friends.
