Living in a historic home built in 1840, we wanted to be careful who we chose to remodel our master bathroom. Mid Atlantic Tile did an amazing job from design, installation, problem solving, and clean-up. The workmen spent 8 hours + everyday working on our project. They let us know daily what the plan for each day was and the progress made by the end of the day. They treated our home with great care and made every effort to keep dust to a minimum. We are extremely pleased with our remodeled bathroom and highly recommend this company.

After spending much time developing a bathroom and kitchen renovation plan and getting project estimates from local contractors who do kitchen/bath renovations, we decoded to contract with Mid Atlantic Tile, Kitchen, & Bath which ended up in a 3-year renovation partnership. I cannot recommend Mid-Atlantic more highly to anyone looking to do a kitchen or bath project. After a really terrible experience trying to find a company to purchase cabinets for our kitchen renovation, I found their company through a Google search and reached out asking for more information. Within a day, I heard from the owner, Bryan, directly and within 24 hours he was out taking measurements and giving us ideas of the best ways to work within our budget. They are the first and ONLY company who didn’t try to upsell us at every turn or push us over the amount we were wanting to spend. Once measurements were taken, we were put in the most capable hands with kitchen designer, Sara Beam. I have so many things I could say, but their reputation speaks for themselves that they are a company of honesty and integrity and will go far to make sure their customers are fully satisfied and taken care of. I’m thrilled with the cabinet line we chose, but even happier with the customer service I received in the process. It’s so rare these days to find companies like that and if you are on the fence or considering a project, don’t hesitate to reach out and get things rolling. I already can’t wait to work with them again in the future on our other home projects!

This was our first ever remodel experience and I am so happy we went with Mid Atlantic Tile. From the very beginning I just had a great feeling about it. Lauren Mathews was wonderful with helping me pick out the materials (counter top, back splash tile, grout, and sink/faucet) and stay in budget. Even though our project was I am sure VERY small compared to others, I never felt like my project was put below anyone elses. She was super flexible with my schedule for meetings and allowed my 2 yr old tag along when needed. Bryan Boswell was also great to work with with scheduling the work - which once initiated took less than a week, and he was very responsive to the very minor issues that were found after everything was done. I LOVE the end result, and after we paint and refinish the cabinets, I will hopefully be able attach more photos... because the current wall color is not doing the rest of the work ANY justice.I will definitely return to Mid Atlantic if/when we have any other remodeling needs!

We recently finished a major kitchen remodel. James was our designer and was amazing to work with. He encouraged me to pick out what I wanted, not remodel everything in a neutral design for when its time to sell. I am so happy I listened and went bold with my counter-top choice. He gave us a few suggested contractors and we chose Albuagh & Sons. Everyone worked together and made it a pleasure to complete. We had a couple issues with materials and James was great with handling this for me and keeping me informed. I would highly recommend choosing Mid-Atlantic Tile and working with James, he helped me pull everything together and provided me with great drawings from the computer that I was able to see how it would all turn out.

Mid-Atlantic Tile, Kitchen & Bath did an outstanding job with our bathroom remodel. Sylvia helped us pick out the right materials and the work crew led by Mike told us what was going to be done that day and worked 8+ hour days to get it done. From the demolition to project completion, they worked hard and kept the work area clean each night. The bathroom looks great and I highly recommend them for your home renovation needs! Talking with Bryan, the owner, and Mike, I found out that they regularly install wood floors in other parts of the home. They will be installing our wood flooring next week!

Everyone I dealt with was professional and helpful. Sylvia helped us pick out our bath tiles and floors and was our go to person. David did most of the work on our bathroom and he was conscientious, reliable and courteous. Bryan was great support in scheduling and walking through the house and talking about the project. We had a terrific experience with Mid-Atlantic Tile, Kitchen, and Bath for our MBR remodel. Our designer, Allison, was extremely knowledgeable, understanding, and patient as we carefully considered all of the design options and then proceeded to revise the design to fit our budget. There are a lot of decisions to make (layout, materials, colors, etc.) and it is helpful to have someone that listens to your preferences and helps guide you through the process. They provide layouts, computer renderings, and pricing with no pressure or time restraints on the purchase. Allison was very professional and Im not sure the project would have come together so nicely without her expertise. Highly recommended!The showroom has plenty of samples on display, and the pricing was fair. After receiving an itemized purchase order, we did some comparison shopping. For the most part, the prices at Mid-Atlantic TKB were very competitive, if not better than the prices we found online and at local distributors.Although we did not originally plan to use Mid-Atlantic TKB for the installation, we asked them to give us a quote and they provided a competitive price. We opted to use them and we are glad we did! The installation team was diligent, experienced, and hard-working. They stayed on schedule, in budget, and kept the work site clean at the end of each day. Special thanks to Jay who was always respectful, courteous, and accommodating throughout the entire process.

We had a terrific experience with Heather and Mid Atlantic Tile. We had been talking about re-doing our kitchen for years and finally took the plunge. Heather made it so easy for us. If you are looking for cabinets, tile, granite for a kitchen remodel I highly recommend this company. Sara and Brooke were both wonderful with the design help and also worked hard to keep the job within my budget. My installer said Saras measurements were the first he had ever seen that were absolutely correct, no adjustments needed. The pricing was reasonable and the service was flawless from design to delivery. Highly recommended.

After purchasing tile from Mid-Atlantic last year, we decided to have them renovate our original builder grade kitchen this year. Brooke was our design consultant and was very helpful, communicated with us often, and stayed on top of any minor issues until they were resolved. She also offered good suggestions on design and finishes along the way. Mike was our installer and did a great job building the kitchen. We were particularly impressed by two things:1. At the start of each day, Mike communicated what would be accomplished and stayed until he achieved the goals for the day.2. Mike and his helper Dave left the workspace very neat and clean at the end of each day.We will continue to be repeat customers for Mid-Atlantic. I encourage you to check them out. They also have a good selection of high, medium and value cabinetry. We went with their mid-level line (River Run) and we’re very happy with the functionality and esthetic.

She is knowledgeable, resourceful, responsive, and an excellent collaborator for a home renovation project. Whenever I was in a pinch with a contractor and needed her input, she was usually able to get back to me ASAP so critical decisions could be made on-the-spot. I highly recommend working with Alison. She transformed our outdated kitchen, while working within our budget, to reflect our personality, tastes, and functional needs. We have received so many compliments since the renovation. When we moved into our new home I knew the bathroom was thrown together by fast moving new home builders that do not put the needed attention and care into a home. So when I was ready to invest into a new bathroom my husband immediately suggested Mid Atlantic Tile. He knows owner Bryan so we knew that we would not be taken advantage of regarding price or quality of work. I think that is the hardest part of starting a project is finding a company that will do good work, be reliable and fair with pricing.Starting the project was FUN! I had many ideas and designer, Allison was patient and open to my many ideas. She was quick in her responses to my many emails and was available when I wanted to pop into the showroom to talk in person. After materials were selected, we were ready to go and project manager, Dave was assigned. He was always on time and ready to work. He was always respectful to my home, the family and always willing to answer questions and explain what he was doing and why. Of course with any project there are hiccups and delays. The big one for ours was the shower doors that were about to be installed were incorrect. Luckily Dave caught that before they were installed! We just had to wait for the correct doors which took another week or so.All in all, the project went smoothly. Having construction in your home while living in your home is never going to be easy but Mid Atlantic and Dave made it easier. The end result is beautiful. It is so beautiful we are thinking of our next project. I am sure Allison and Dave will be thrilled to work with us again:)

We recently complete the rehabilitation of an existing 19th century house. It required new tile work for the bathrooms and kitchen. Brooke Gansor worked with us on the project. She did a terrific job. Brooke showed us a wide variety of tiles and grout colors. She thoroughly explained how each could be used in different locations of the house and what to expect. Brooke took care of all aspects of the order. Delivery was on time to meet the schedule. The rehab turned out great! We strongly recommend working with Brooke. Our experience started with excellent help in the showroom. James was able to direct us to alternatives that met our needs, and helped coordinate kitchen/foyer flooring, countertop and backsplash at reasonable price points. The installers showed up on time each and every day and were focused on their work, were very pleasant to talk to and be around, and most importantly, were focused on our needs. We had an issue with the flooring material that was swiftly and totally dealt with to our satisfaction, which was impressive. We worked with Mid-Atlantic Tile, Kitchen & Bath, LLC, from the design stage through the entire construction process and final install for our newly remodeled kitchen. While a remodel can be painful, they attempted to minimize the impacts as much as possible. One of the main reasons we went with Mid-Atlantic Tile for this project is because they do everything from beginning to end and take care of all of the coordination. It is no small task and we sincerely appreciate Bryan and all of his staff, whether employees or sub-contractors, getting us through the process. You really can’t go wrong using them to make your dream kitchen a reality! I really believe they are filling a special niche in the area.And it would be wrong not to recognize some of the other employees and sub-contractors individually as well, so... Employees first—A special shout out to Heather for all of her help and patience while designing our kitchen. We are very pleased with the final results! Mike could not have been a better lead on our project. He has a handle on all of the trades because of his experience and we were so happy to have him here to ensure things were done properly. He brought Heather’s design to life. And Christian is an up and rising star too. Sub-contractors—Tony and Randall took care of our electrical and lighting needs and everything turned out very well. If I could give zero stars, I would. I highly advise to RUN not walk away from this company, trust me you will thank me later!Worst customer service we have ever received from a company. No return calls, every time you call they are rude and act like its an inconvenience that you are calling to find out where your order is at. James was the rudest one of them all.When youre spending over $2,000 in bathroom tile, which may not be a lot to them, but it is for us, you would think that they would be a lot nicer to their customers.Numerous false promises on arrival times & tons of false promises & blame everything on the manufacturers and not on them.They LIE right to your face, even when you see the order they messed up right there in front of you & when you call them out on it, they try to blame the original order taker Yasmin, who was the ONLY one who got the order right (she is no longer there) & Yasmin wasnt the one who screwed up the 2 additional orders we needed for more tile (not at fault of Yasmin, it was on our contractor for giving us the wrong measurements).Because of their delays on both orders, the booked time we had for our contractors was up and we now have to wait for their other jobs to be done, before they can return to complete our job.All because Mid-Atlantic screwed up & wouldnt pay to expedite the order for us, they ordered wrong in the first place.Never, ever in my life have I had such horrible customer service or had store managers that didnt care that their customers order & their contracted job was messed up because of THEM.

The wife and I went to many places far and near to get ideas and prices for remodeling our kitchen. We traveled as far as Cumberland and Lancaster to places that had prices that couldnt be beat. Then we tried Mid Atlantic and met with Heather. Well, the rest is history. Heather took the time to really know what we were looking for, then was with us every step of the way as one idea morphed into another, then another.... With her guidance (and shell never admit- patience!) we ended up with the kitchen of our dreams at a total cost that was actually lower than what we were expecting, especially for the high quality of the cabinets we went with. We have recently had the pleasure of working with James Mueller at Mid Atlantic Tile (Frederick MD) in remodeling our very out-of-date and very small master bathroom. James was a pleasure to work with in helping us make selections and in ensuring that we purchased tiles and fixtures that met our needs and desires. James also provided us with a list of potential contractors, and we settled on Fred LeGare, who was also excellent to work with. We had some problems in getting the tile we initially ordered, but James was on top of it and provided us quickly with alternatives that worked out better than our original choice.We would highly recommend James for any of your bathroom remodeling needs!

We are renovating a powder room and visited many of the tile stores in our local area (Germantown, MD) before driving about 20 miles to Mid-Atlantic Tile, located in Frederick, MD. It was here that we first met Ms. Gansor, a young design consultant with the company. We met with her several times in the showroom.Ms. Gansor listened to our description of the job at hand and looked at some photos we brought along to get a sense of the project. She asked a number of questions as to our preferences, and then showed us around the well-appointed showroom. She was very patient with us and fielded a number of design-related questions, seeking to match what the store had on display with our needs. Even though she is not a tile installer, she had a very good idea of what is involved in actual tile installation projects (we will be doing installation ourselves) and when she was not sure on some technical details, she asked around to get us the information.Ms. Gansor later visited our home to make some material-quantity measurements and get a fuller sense of the project and our tastes. We particularly liked that Ms. Gansor would provide an opinion on design choices when solicited, as opposed to leaving these completely to us. After all, Ms. Gansor does this every day while we do it every 20 years or so, so we valued the fresh input. She was cost-conscious though not overly so and sought to get us the best value for the money. Due in large measure to our confidence in her, we spent about $1800.00 on tile products for our renovation.Ms. Gansor was extremely responsive when we called about certain project details. She is a very pleasant person to work with and not overly aggressive in selling products. She was extremely knowledgeable about the various products, and their advantages and disadvantages. This was most helpful to us in sorting through the options. She was clearly genuinely interested in customer satisfaction as a first priority and we would recommend her highly as a design consultant., as well as the Mid-Atlantic organization.

I was so pleasantly surprised with my experience at Mid Atlantic Tile. I went in to select a small amount of tile for a tiny bathroom and you would have thought I was going to outfit a mansion! The sales/design member, Haley, was so helpful and spent all the time I needed to make my selection. She was clear about the materials, from the thin set to the grout, I learned a lot. The materials were ordered promptly and came in right on time.I will definitely return for my kitchen back splash and I saw fabulous cabinet and drawer pulls. this is a treasure trove of wonderful things to make any remodel or new construction absolutely beautiful.And, I just can not say enough about the great service and keen eye of Haley the designers. We had a great experience with Mid-Atlantic Tile, Kitchen, and Bath. We were inexperienced with tile and came in looking for information based on our specific needs and came out with a much better understanding of what we needed and wanted. The showroom had a ton of floor and backsplash samples to view. James was a great sales consultant and designer to work with. He was very supportive and helped us greatly by listening to what we were looking for and giving us options we were looking for. We wanted to use a non-standard floor pattern other than 12x12 tiles throughout and he set up tiles in different layouts to give us some different options. Im a pretty detailed person so I asked a bunch of questions and altered some of my original decisions but James was always open and understanding to this change. The support we received was topnotch. I would recommend Mid Atlantic Tile, Kitchen, and Bath.

Heather was knowledgeable, responsive, and provided great design suggestions and guidance throughout the project. The contractor she recommended was also wonderful to work with. We ended up with a kitchen we love!

When remodeling our kitchen, Heather helped us design and purchase our new cabinets. It was a long process, but Heather was always patient and willing to answer any questions we had about the process. We love our new kitchen and are extremely happy with the service we had!

I absolutely love our kitchen! Mid Atlantic Tile, Kitchen & Bath, LLC, was professional from start to finish. Allison Lepeonka, my Mid Atlantic Tile, Kitchen & Bath rep, was amazing! Allison was highly responsive, very helpful, and sensed my needs before I did. From floors to countertops to cabinets, I love everything aspect of my kitchen renovation. While I especially love the kitchen island, a close second in my kitchen love list are the two cabinets with rolling drawers...one for canned goods and one for pans. I wasnt sure about these cabinets at first, but now wonder how I lived without them!

Weve been working with James Mueller and Bryan Boswell, of Mid-Atlantic Tile and Bath, for a half-year now. Ive been very impressed with their people, their showroom, and their willingness to do as much or as little as we wished, since we already had established relations with a plumbing company, an electrical company, and a handyman. James, who has been a contractor himself, helped design a new and exciting master bathroom with a 2-sided shower that will have handicapped accessibility. At every phase, James has patiently explained why this is better than that, or these are your several options, etc. With his fingertips on the computer, he was able to pull down a plethora of products, styles, price levels, etc for the many products you need to buy for a new bathroom. We really liked the huge tile selection and were able to put together all the finishes - shower tile, floor tile, quartz countertop, a lot of new cabinets, and gorgeous plumbing fixtures. Now that demolition is complete, Mid-Atlantic has sent 2 really skilled craftsmen to start construction. In 3 days, they have strengthened stud walls, solved small but nagging problems, laid and mudded the large shower floor, and installed the new subfloor with heating wires. Next week they tile the shower and floor, and the cabinets follow soon afterward. This project is going much faster than we expected! They are very prompt, arriving on the dot of 8 am usually. They keep in touch with you very often, and make themselves available by email or phone. I could not be happier with this rapid collaborative project, which is being done RIGHT. I highly recommend them!

Had a wonderful experience working with Allison helping me pick out tile and back splash and designing 4 bathrooms. From tile to grout to paint color and faucets Allison helped me design and pick all of it out. In three months we had remodeled 4 bathrooms, replaced the floors in the kitchen, and added a back splash. The owner even went to Baltimore to get us extra tile for the kitchen floor when we had to make unforseen repairs. I love looking at our new back splash everyday we got the Milstone Nagasaki Mosaic Tile. It is my little piece of luxury. They are a great bunch of people to work with. Made the experience of remodeling very easy.

Basically Incompetent. Needed some cove base to match existing tile in a bathroom. Was initially helped by James who gave me wrong information about tile availability and delivery. Had to make 6 trips to their shop to finally get on May 17th what I paid for and was promised back on April 19th. I have the invoice and documentation to prove the incompetence. Had 4 different people help me over the course of more than a month only to learn that I could not get my tile because they never paid the distributor for the product and the distributor would not release it to them for me, even though I paid for it up front. Overall a terrible experience. Not sure how they get the high reviews unless they are writing them or paying people to write them. Never again for me.

If you are looking to redo your kitchen or bathroom I would highly recommend Mid Atlantic Tile! We redid our master bathroom and it went so smoothly from start to finish! Allison was patient when we made changes and was also helpful with suggestions. The contractor they recommended, C.J., was excellent and we have used him for other work in our home. Our designer, Allison Lepeonka, demonstrated creativity, professonalism, and care in assisting us through the design process. We ripped out our 25-year old kitchen and purchased quality Kemper cherry cabinets, luxury vinyl tile, and an awesome tile backsplash from Mid-Atlantic. (Quartz countertops had already been ordered elsewhere.) Cecelia was my kitchen designer there and she offered a lot of great ideas as I figured out what I wanted. I definitely wanted some fun upgrades in the cabinets and she was very patient while we played around with options. She had some good suggestions about lighting and trim, as well as drawers vs cabinets. I was very pleased with the turnaround time from order to delivery and the quality of the cabinets once they arrived. They did not do the actual installation, but recommended a contractor who was EXCELLENT (Jeff Crum, Crum Enterprises). I research everything pretty extensively and always do a lot of price comparisons before buying anything and I was very happy with Mid-Atlantics prices and the quality of their products. All in all, a very positive renovation experience!

Mid-Atlantic exceeded all expectations on all fronts. I had a friend architect do a rough design of a kitchen renovation and Brooke Gansor took my sketches and proposed a new layout that gave me everything I wanted and more maximizing the space with outstanding results. I can’t say enough about the quality of their cabinets and their incredibly talented and professional staff. I feel very lucky to have found them. Thank you Brooke and team!
