Wish I could give them 10 stars! Theyve helped me in the past, and I probably should have given them a great review then because theyve always done such a wonderful job. Today I fired up my personal laptop that I also use for business and was locked out due to some Windows 10 error. This was a FULL BLOWN emergency situation because my entire calendar is only accessible from this computer. My whole work day was about to be shot! They were able to walk me through how to fix this over the phone without even being able to log into the computer. Who does that??? They did not even ask for payment, as they were clearly content to simply be of service. This type of business is very rare, and I cant thank them enough. Thank you so much Sara, and the gentleman who was also assisting in the background. You guys are nothing short of awesome, and you saved my butt this morning! My 7 year old broke her screen again, so Ill be bringing it in soon, lol!

Took my bricked laptop there as a walk-in. They looked at it immediately, and found the issue. We determined a new laptop was the most cost effective route to go.They are honest, knowledgeable and very personable. I highly recommend their services if youre ever in need. GREAT PEOPLE!

I have had to bring in computers a couple of times and I have been happy with their service every time. The staff is so friendly and they dont talk down to us non-nerds with all those techie words. When they discovered that my motherboard was dead, they even offered to deal with the warranty for me, something that I loathe entirely. I highly recommend them for your computer needs.

I had a question on a computer I was upgrading. I called the general line and spoke to Sarah who gave me the owners (Van) contact number. He spoke with me for 5 minutes and gave me recommendations to try before I brought it in which worked like a charm. He certainly didnt have to so that and I will definitely use them for any computer issue in the future.

I tried to change my 8 year old MacBook Pro battery by myself. Terrible idea. What was a good idea was going to ITNeedsHelp in Frederick. Apparently I disabled my keyboard in the process. I had my computer back in like 24 hours good as new. Will be going back for sure. Highest recommendation.

Fantasic, fast, and affordable service. My laptop had suddenly stopped charging. Like most people these days, my laptop is a critical part of my business in the COVID-19 era. ITNeedsHelp took my call on the first try at 0700 before office hours, took my laptop, and had it back to me next day. Fortunately it was a minor issue and the charges for labor reflected that - very affordable considering what I was expecting to pay elsewhere at other shops or Geek Squad. Very professional, friendly, and honest. Will be using these guys for future needs with no doubt.

These people really knew their stuff, helped me understand the problem, and supplied the parts needed to make the fix as fast as possible. I was most suprised by the final price, which was half as much as Id seen in the past at other places, who did half the work, and took twice the time. 5 stars from me.

Our work computer died right before my weekly back up. We had to purchase a new computer. ItNeedsHelp was able to recover all of my work from the previous week and restore it onto our new computer, plus they helped reinstall programs for printers, etc. They did it fast. This post is long overdue. Been going to this great group of individuals at ItNeedsHelp for almost 2 years. They are always available to help, whether a visit to your home, by telephone, or going to their location. Prices are absolutely reasonable. I would never consider going to another business for my laptop concerns. Itneedshelp provided the best tech support experience that Ive ever received. After being told by my laptop manufacturer and Best Buys Geek Squad that I would need to replace my motherboard, I felt helpless. On a whim, I went to Itneedshelp for one final opinion. Jimmy immediately invited me to sit down so that he could carefully dismantle the laptop and see what he could do. He was very savvy, fixing my issue within 10 minutes, and charging me next-to-nothing for the repair! Amazing business, amazing people, please trust them with your tech!

I cant say enough good things about these guys! There is no one else I would take my computer to. Theyre really knowledgeable, kind, and very committed to providing excellent customer service. They replaced the keyboard in my laptop -- a keyboard that wasnt made to be replaced -- and got my laptop up and running again like new. When I had a minor issue with it a month later, I called them up and the owner took care of it himself. First-rate people. I highly recommend them.

Absolutely brilliant work.

I was directed to ITNEEDSHELP by a friend who sang their praises. My laptop had died and my son advised me just to buy a new one. But I wanted to see if some of my data could be retrieved. After finding them, they are on the second floor of a sportsplex, I presented the laptop and Van quikly determined that the power cord was faulty. He had a new one for $15 and I insisted I pay him for his time. I was there less than 30 minutes. Effecient, honest and Knowledgeable service .

I brought them a 10 year old MacBook with a broken keyboard to look at in person, because Mac Business Solutions was closed on Monday. They were very generous with their time and I felt at home. On the spot, they helped me evaluate if the repair would be worth it. They helped me figure out what all my options were.They did not charge any money for their evaluation in person, and offered reasonable prices on other things I may have needed, such as data transfer, system performance testing, or purchase of another unit.In the end, for this particular Apple situation, they referred me to MBS in Frederick because the Apple providers have better access to certain parts. MBS by contrast was much more frank with me.
