The job was fine. How ever I was I day and 4 days later it was ready. Then after Ive gone and dont live close, discover my driver side mat is gone. Sure enough, they have it. ...it was in for undercoating. Why did they need remove the mat? And take 4 days?

This is the best shop I have ever used. The front office staff super nice and always caring. The estimators (Johnny) is super knowledgeable. Took all the time I needed and never rushed. Got updates daily and explanation of everything when it was ready early. This Top Gun repair shop is the TOP. No reservations using these guys or referring them.

I must admit I was skeptical when I was rear ended and the Insurance Company would only allow me to use their body shop repair service. After me giving Jon a hard time, insisting upon a new rubber bumper, the owner helped me to you understand how these things work. There is a VIN number on the bumper. If I got a new bumper, it would suggest that the accident was more damage than it actually was. It would make my car suspect of great damage when I went to sell it.It doesn’t end there, I had my own private service mechanic look at my car after they were through and it got 100% clearance.

After getting quotes from another Collision center I went to Top Gun in Frederick for an estimate.The first thing I noticed was a very warm and friendly staff, unlike the other center where I originally went (Fitzgerald Collision Center).The Operations Manager (Travis) at Top Gun is very knowledgeable and offered solutions and options to minimize costs. I felt very comfortable talking with Travis as he is really down to earth.I really liked the periodic updates that Tia sent out informing me of the progress status. That was a really nice business touch.The work they did looks flawless and the post repair washing made the car look brand new. Top Gun has earned my trust and I will take my other vehicle repairs to this business.

I hate to admit it but I have had to use Top Guns services a few times on my Ford F-150. Every time I have been nothing but happy with the staff, the service, and the quality. This time was a little special with a crazy delay of parts because of Ford and shipping delays with all that is going on in the country. But Johnny and the rest of the staff kept me up to date and they jumped through hoops to find what they needed for my truck. Delays can happen and being kept up to date and informed on what was really going on was so great! Thanks again Top Gun team for another wonderful job!

I have a sport model jeep JK that came with the black textured top and textured fender flares. Took awhile to find the right body shop to do the work since in order to get the oem style paint, the prep work needs to be done right. Bought paintable fender flares and they painted everything to the body! I am blown away by the results. They went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the work. Will be coming back for other paint work needed!

I went to Top Gun auto repair for 3 small minor dents on the car - I had quotes from 2 other collision centers but they were far more expensive. So I went with the least expensive estimate but I’m so glad I chose Top Gun - the old adage is not always true. You can really get great service at fair price at Top Gun.

Johnny was very helpful in scheduling a minor repair for our Volvo. I knocked the letters off the rear lift gate. He gave a fair price and treated me as if it was a much more valuable job. The repair looks great and I recommend Top Gun with no reservations. Very clean waiting lounge as well.

I have been meaning to write this review, I just wanna say how thankful I am for this shop. I crashed my 2019 Chevrolet Silverado in march 2020 and I had it repaired at a shop down the street that my insurance picked. Well the shop down the street did a complete slap job. I asked my insurance if I could use Top gun to repair the truck which they refused and picked their own repair shop. Which I dont understand, because my insurance at the time was in network with top gun, and I have used top gun for other repairs before, well anyways, the shop down the street replaced the frame with a damaged frame and forced the body onto the bent frame and messed everything up, when I picked the truck up there was a laundry list of stuff that wasnt working and the man said they should have totaled it to begin with and he also said they used a recycled frame that was bent but they apparently straightened it out but the paperwork showed no frame time on the machine, just assembly. My insurance at the time wanted to stick me with the truck when it was a horrible repair and the truck looked twisted. Well my insurance paid 19000 dollars on a repair to my truck and kept telling me to take it back to their shop that did the slap repair. Finally I had enough and told them I was getting a second opinion and I will pay out of pocket. I took it to top gun. The main guy there come out, walked around the truck and could instantly tell how messed up it was. He said leave it here, Ill put it on the frame machine check the alignment of it and Ill call you in a few hours. I notified my insurance what I was doing, which they didnt seem happy about. A few hours later I got a call to come get the truck, and not to my surprise, the frame was extremely bent and out of alignment. Top gun even waved the fee to check it out. Top gun then faxed over that paperwork to my insurance proving that the truck was beyond repair because how they shoved the truck on a damaged frame. So my insurance then had to pay the loan off on my truck which was 35000 left as well as the 19000 dollars they paid for repair at the other shop. I just wanted to say how thankful I am and what a financial headache they saved me, from having to pay for a messed up truck repair.

It’s never a good thing to have to visit a body shop, but these folks make the process so easy. They were recommended by a fellow car enthusiast a couple of years ago and I just finished dealing with them for the second time. Both times were flawless and friendly. Car looks great. As long as I live within an hour or so of this place, it’s the only shop I’ll use for repair.

I took my Range Rover Sport here for a minor cosmetic paint job on the bottom of the lift gate for a scratch. Three day job to repaint it and replace the Sport letters. I pick up the car and the Sport letters are crooked and there are other tiny indents in the paint that werent there before. The tech claims they were already there. Umm ok. My fault for not taking pictures before. I bring it back the next day for it to be corrected and still one letter is off and doesnt seem straight to me. I also feel like more indents appeared in the paint from them trying to fix the letters. I didnt even bother to ask to fix it again, as it seems to be creating more issues than solving. I went here due to the high reviews. Unfortunately I wasnt so lucky to get such a great experience. The staff was nice and they were cheaper than the other body shop, but I guess you get what you pay for.

I used Top Gun for body work. I had a long scratch on my driver door and it dug into the panel. When I picked up my car, I couldnt tell where the scratch used to be. Top Gun did a great job.

Clearly an anti-mask business as both times we went in there were several employees with no masks, including the person we were forced to deal with behind the counter. Not only is this wildly inconsiderate (they had a waiting room full of masked customers both times) but its also illegal under current local and state laws.If you want to support a business that values their misguided politics above your health this is the place, if youd like to do business with folks who actually care about their customers and community look elsewhere.Edit: Now a few days later I find out they didnt return the rental car properly and nearly got me charged $300+ because they failed to do their job. Seems theyre as incompetent as they are inconsiderate.

Absolutely terrible experience. Ive had to bring my car in three times now because Top Gun did not do the job correctly. When I expressed concerns to the manager I was told I was being ignorant and she walked away. The repair team member I worked with was thorough, polite, professional and also kind. Both members helped me juggle car seats and babies between my car and a rental, took time to sort out rental details for me that insurance overlooked, checked up on me, and communicated thoroughly throughout the entire process. They even made sure my car would be ready ahead of schedule so we could leave town for a trip. The repairs are beautiful- car looks brand new. They even cleaned it inside and out for me. What a welcome surprise of an accident related repair experience. Highly recommend.

Top Gun repaired my brand new 14 Camry to the T. The overall quality of the repair was flawless. From the time of the original appraisal, to picking up my car, the customer service was great. I was very impressed with the staff and office environment. Totally different than the typical body shop I have used in the past. State Farm had offered them up and I am glad I followed through with their referral.Once again, Top Gun came through with a top hitch repair on my limited f250. $9k repair and looks perfect. Can’t say enough great things about the Johnny and the team over at Top Gun. I was unfortunately backed into a few days after buying my new car and they worked with me through everything. The person who hit me had commercial insurance so they were very difficult to deal with but Top Gun kept me informed through everything and my car looked BRAND NEW when I got it back. I have a white Honda Civic hatch, and even the paint matched PERFECTLY which I was worried about.Fast forward to now, two months after the first accident, I was the victim of a hit and run while my car was parked. On the same side that was fixed the first time....I immediately thought to take it to Top Gun for this as well. My insurance company has been extremely difficult to deal with, as they are trying to prove me at fault for this incident, but Johnny has been on my side this entire time and understands what I’ve been through these past few months with my car. I can’t thank him enough for the reassurance that everything will get worked out. I would recommend them to anyone and will never use another shop.

I took my wife car to top gun I usually take my cars to the dealership for any bodywork but I took a chance on this place I have to say that they did an excellent job on my wife’s Chevy Equinox . I was blown away by Top Guns results! My car was hit hard by a van door with only 1200 miles on it. It was a pretty big dent that crossed through/over a crease in the body. In a matter of only a couple of days the dent was gone and the result was flawless. There is absolutely no way of telling which side is the undamaged one... so my car is quite literally as good as new now. The crease is perfect. And the cost to do it was much less than I expected!The staff was great both in person and on the phone. Johnny was good about updates and letting me know about timeframes and costs. Anybody asking me where to go for bodywork will get the same answer... go to Top Gun... Full stop. I will be using them for any/all autobody related work I need.

This is a top notch organization from top to bottom. Every time I have auto body work done here, they go above and beyond. All of their staff are professional, kind, and honest. Its clear that theyre a customer service focused company who respects their clientele. Rare these days. Everything they do seems to be centered around making the experience as smooth and convenient as possible. Oh, and they do an AWESOME job at what they do! I mean their work is flawless. I was also super impressed at how fast they get the job done. When I was making the rental car arrangements with the insurance company (which they make easy for you as well by coordinating everything with the car rental companies to have them drop off and pick up the rental right there on site), they were estimating it would take Top Gun 3-4 days to get the work done. It took them one day... And to top it off, they do a high quality cleaning of the interior and exterior of your vehicle every time at no charge. Businesses like this are hard to find. If you need auto body work done, do not hesitate to to use this company. Really, look no further. You will not be disappointed.

I took my 2015 Jeep Wrangler in and they worked with StateFarm to get my Jeep fixed. It looked as good as I bought it when it was done and they got it back to me in a very timely manor. I also took it to them to put a lift kit, front and rear bumpers on and rims and tires because they handle that stuff too and it looks amazing! Thanks Top Gun!

I was not impressed on how shady their billing quote was. All I was asked was how much was my deductible. No one quoted how much I was to pay on my way out of Top Gun Collison Repair back to pick the car. The gentleman who was taking the pictures mentioned after asking how much the deductible was, mentioned that he doubted whether I would pay the whole amount,(BAIT & SWITCH).They were not clear but were very excited to take the payments. The explanation I got was that the pricing was more than fair and if I would have gone somewhere else I would have been billed more.Prior to that I went around asking for estimates using images I had on my camera on quotes from their competitors, in town, Hagerstown and Montgomery county(more expensive because of the zone) and I was astonished at how much more they had quoted. I did this without revealing that I had already dropped my car off there.Irrespective of how minor the damage is you will be billed at a higher quote on your insurance deductible irrespective of whether your damage was a minor scratch or a major fender bender. They will get you on the amount of hours they bill you on paintwork and bodywork***.I understand you are running a business Top Gun Collison Repair . But there is a way to respond to customers without blaming an insurance company you have a contract with. Run a smart business. You have great potential to satisfy not just customers but more customers.Other than that they did a nice job on the paintwork and bodywork,Thanks Top Gun Collison Repair for the nice job.Still not happy.

Horrible experience. No integrity. Had the company fix my car after hitting a deer. When I got the car back, the car locked itself with keys in the ignition. People there denied the responsibility and told me to go through my insurance to prove it was them. No integrity. Find another place and dont waste your time.

Anticipated trading it in but looks new again so keeping it. Courteous and kept me informed on work status. Delt with other body and repair shops only to be let down. You know the deal where paints dont match or a door repair where now the locks dont work properly or windows dont operate properly or the body lines no longer match. They offer a lifetime guarantee on repairs but thats an unnecessary offer as the they do precise work and apply true craftsmanship in their trade. My work truck returned to me looking like a luxury vehicle. Highly recommend them and been looking for someone to restore my 97 Landcruiser. I know who will be getting that job. Thanks Top Gun...

Went here for a quote for repairs, after having to wait for 20 mins in the office and almost walking out i finally got helped but its been umm 3 months now maybe and i have yet to hear back from Top Gun with the 3 quotes i asked for. Thanks guys you wont be getting my business.

RESPONSE TO OWNER RESPONSE.My fiance wrecked the Mercedes in 2015, NOT ME THATS WHY MY NAME ISNT IN YOUR SYSTEM! We brought the vehicle to top gun to repair it, it has never been right since. There was a whistling coming from the HVAC system, we took the vehicle to Mercedes and they said top gun had used aftermarket parts, we filed a second claim with insurance and had top gun replace the HVAC system with factory OEM parts and again they bend the pipes going to the condenser. The work here is questionable to say the least. We took it to the certified Mercedes body shop in Arlington, VA and they corrected all of Top Guns mistakes!

If you need to repair your car this is the place indicated the people in that place are kind and friendly, good deal to me repaired my car in the estimated time and did an excellent job ....

I tried this body shop out, but couldnt get passed how rude the counter help was! Nicole actually yelled at me. When I went back the next day, wifey didnt yell but wasnt much better as she refused to give me one straight answer. I have since found a great body shop elsewhere.
