Needed someone to replace the screen on our Surface Pro 5. Microsoft wanted $450 to replace out of warranty. The Pod Drop was able to order a new screen and then replace it in just a couple hours. This was a much better cost and turnaround than offered by Microsoft. Will come back again if ever in need of phone or tablet repair.

I use to come here all the time had multiple phones fixed here fast and fair price. I came by to get a quote for an iphone XR they wanted to charge me $180 to fix the broken glass on only the front glass. I’ve always paid $100 there. He tried to give me some lame excuse about limited supply due to chip shortage or whatever but it sounded super ridiculous being its only glass. I went to glass repair in warren way cheaper and very friendly, Won’t ever be back to the frase pod drop

I dropped off my iphone X 4-23-2021 they charge me 205.00 for screen and charger port less then two months 6-19-2021 sreen popped out creaked at bottom where charger port was installed refused to repare it and told me i dropped it even though i had an outter box defender case on it. The entire screen came off. There are no cracks, scratches, etc on the screen or case. This was obviously a faulty job.Prior to trying to get the above mentuoned device fixed, I brought my daughters iphone mini in veacuse it wasnt charged and the employee said it needed a circut that would $299 to fix. When I picked the phone up the front screen was cracked. I told the employee and he fixed it but the screen wasnt accurately fixed which was obvious by the noise the phone made when the screen was touched. I told him this and he told me to take the phone to Apple.I would not recommend this business to anyone for Apple repairs.

These guys are very helpful. I had a cracked screen and swollen battery on my iPhone 6, they repaired it in moments while I waited. Price required no lube, very fair. They also have product for sale like chargers and such. Behind DQ @ 14 and Groesbeck.

I dropped my 6S back in November took it to the pod drop paid $130 to have it repaired within a week the screen cracked all on its own under a screen protector, luckily they replaced that screen at no additional costs. But since I had my phone repaired there it never quite worked properly the screen would not dim while I was on calls so I was either hanging up with people or 3 way calling or mute them. This week I dropped my phone again but took it to a closer repair shop, they discovered while replacing the screen that the pod drop left out 2 screws when they replaced my screen previously, which was causing ti not to work properly and all my troubles. Now that my phones has the screws its working perfectly and Im a happy camper. Just disappointed I paid $130 for a lousy repair that cause me 4 months of not being able to use my phone fully.

The guys at this shop were phenomenal. Called yesterday said they didnt have the part in stock, called today and they hadnt received it and they took my info and called me as soon as it came in. I wasnt even there 30 mins and they fixed my screen and the glass. Super quick and so friendly! Very reasonably priced compared to anywhere else. If I ever have another issue this is where I will be going absolutely! Highly recommend the pod drop in Fraser!! Thank you guys!

Saved my GTX 1070 graphics card!!! I was in the middle of a swap from air cooled to water cooled and stripped two screws. Ryan and Justin were able to salvage the PCB for me and was astonished! Had to order a new screen for my s5 when i cracked the glass because of how Samsung made the phone to be water resistant. Part had to be shipped there first. When it arrived i dropped it off yesterday, picked it up yesterday. Price was lower than all others, except the shop that insisted they could just take a heat gun to the broken glass to remove it and just replace the glass. But this is a bad idea as the LCD will almost always be damaged and the underscreen scratched (just part of thw knowl edge this team has). Not to mention the new glass from tye other place was only a little cheaper than the whole new LCD/glass part. Like a whole new phone!!!Great service with a smile and fast!!Hopefully I never break it again, but if I do, this is where Im going!!! Highly Recommend!!!

Great service but the screens arent so great,I had one put on with tempered glass screen protector about 2 weeks ago and now the screen and tempered glass have cracked, it wasnt even a 3 ft fall and cracked unsatisfied about the product will not return....

Very dishonest and slow would not go back again they will tell you it will be a day and you wont have a working phone for over a week
