I looked around for a good quality engine for a good price, well as good as a price I can get for a motor I can trust. Frasier offered 3 options which I chose the best one which was top notch. I gave them a need by date and it was shipped ASAP and arrived early. I can tell you this you will not find a better motor with a better warranty than this anywhere. I mean 5 years unlimited miles with one free replacement. Customer service was awesome as well and always go above and beyond to help. They still help me now even though I have had my engine. This company is hands down the best when it comes to engines.

Would be five stars for the attitude and manners of their staff but their online order form is much to general such as offering three options on the engine with no explanation. I called and was told my question would be forwarded and a sales rep would get back to me. That took twenty four hours and the answer was there was only one option for the engine I was ordering. Update your software to reflect that or let us talk to someone who can answer. That small thing cost me a day and probably delayed the shipment of my engine until after the weekend. Sounds like a small thing but this is my granddaughters car that she uses to get to school 2000 miles away. Every day counts. The staff I actually spoke with were great. I look forward to getting my granddaughter back in her car with a safe engine.

I havent yet ordered anything from Fraser Engine, but I am liking the fast response and what I have read about the remanufactured engines they have to offer. The price quotes I have received so far have been extremely reasonable. I now just need to get back in touch with the shop that has my truck and find out if they will consider ordering an engine from Fraser!

We were looking for a new motor from a reputable company. Somewhere that offered a good warranty and financing options. Fraser had it all! The number of options available to accommodate our price range and quality standards. We chose the recommended motor with the longer warranty and we’re able to finance through a 3rd party they work with. All in all, great experience.

The estimate request didn’t seem to be worth the work because of that, but kudos for at least having an honest price upfront, therefore I gave 4/5.

Well the warranty department has been leading me on for 2 months. Sent a bad replacement motor my mechanic was instructed to diagnose and they would send parts. Sent lifters that wasnt the problem Sent a head that wasnt the problem. Cylinder 2 was bad. So they sent a new motor and is installed and ready to go as soon as Fraser sends my mechanic a check for what he was instructed to do. Truck has been in shop since June 7th. I just want them to take care of my mechanic but keep getting the run around from a guy named Paul. I will change my reviews after issue is taken care of

Asked for quote receptionist was uninformed then quote came via text the next day for the wrong part. Still hopeful I can change to 5 stars, Well see

Fraser Engine’s Customer Service Representative Danielle was a breath of fresh air and exactly the type of personality a customer wants to talk to; especially when things don’t always go smooth. When it looked like there was no fix for the situation, she dug deep by making some additional phone calls and presented me with an option that would work. In addition the engine was ready in a week, two weeks ahead of schedule. Thank You Danielle and Fraser Engines.

Tell me an engine won’t be available for 2-3 weeks. But if I pay more they could get one too me right away. What?! Hard Pass!! Also be weary of them posting your personal information on without permission. I have also contacted local attorney general office and google to let them know what they are doing.To bring clarity to this posting. I requested the Recommended Options. They advise me they sold their last one and if order would not be available for 2-3 weeks. But one would be available if i paid and addition $550 on told of the $3350. They also were going to charge me the $560 upfront. Plus paid for a lift gate fee even though my mechanic has a fork lift. I stated I wanted the price quote on the website if you can send one right away. I am not trying to blackmail anyone. Didnt mention about posting a review. I have also contacted the local police and google as I did not give them permission to give out my info.

I ordered a motor and transmission for a 2008 ford f150. The engine runs incredible and like new couldnt be happier about that. The transmission had a defect or other problem.So they got a replacement sent out fast took maybe 4 days so far trans is doing great pulling as it should and shifting great. Their warranty department is a joke and a fraud and will find any excuse they can to keep for paying warranty labor claims.....update they have failed to hold up the warranty claim by not paying the labor cost for the defective transmission stating it was at fault of the installer. Was contacted and told they would resolve it to give them 2 days. I have names of who I spoke to as well as phone numbers. 2 weeks pass I called and messaged but they never responded and still denying labor claim for defective transmission. Anything to try to make their company look good and like its doing what they are supposed to do . It has been a month and still no answer. Their warranties are a joke.here several weeks later and still no return phone call so when I advised I was contacting bbb and my attorney they want to respond instantly....do not buy from frazer engines unless you dont care about the warranty or want to pay out of pocket for repairs that fraser claims they are not responsible for

I contacted frasier engines for a motor. They said they had it then sold out but they reserved one for me as they were building more. So I appreciate that. I just didn’t like some of the communications I had. They kept transferring me around when I had questions and when I went to order. The prices were a little high but I guess I should expect that in this market. As far as the quality of motor, time will tell

Bought a 5.4 Triton 2 valve motor from them, it was delivered when they said it would be delivered. The engine looked awesome, my mechanic installed it and said out of all the 5.4s they have replaced this one runs nice and smooth and tight better than any of the remanufactured engines they had installed before. So far it runs great, schedule a pickup they said they would pick it up in 2 days we shall see about my refund but so far everything has been exceptional. Customer service and the product have both been exemplary. I dont know what kind of problems other people have had, but all I can say is that my experience with them so far has been excellent.

Anthony has been a lot of help with explaining a few things and took the time to answer my questions now just to wait and see how the 5.3 purs when I get it and after it is installed I will update after break in period. Okay so 450 miles on the 5.3l now and it runs flawlessly. While inspecting the motor I was very happy with the quality of work.

They not only made sure I recieve the right engine but provided all neccessary information needed to ensure my engine is broken in property, steps neccessary to ensure that I dont do anything to cause me to lose my warranty, and step by step instructions on having my core picked up and delivered to the proper location. I was a little disappointed that I was unable to get my Tin package but it wasnt due to anything Fraser engine had any control over. I was also surprised that my refund was posted in less than 24 hours... Thank you to all the staff and all the people involved in getting my order processed and shipped in a timely manner...
