The employees at this company are unusually courteous and efficient! They handle the billing and insurance submissions for the several physicians I see, and have been amazing to work with! One of my doctors rebilled me, claiming my insurance denied payment for a procedure, but the folks at Franklin Billing went to bat with the insurance company, and found that the doctors office had made a clerical error in their billing code. They got it corrected, and the bill was paid by insurance. This is so much different than a bad experience I had with another office, who handles their own billing. They kept claiming my insurance denied payment, which created quite a mess that I had to follow up with many calls placed on hold to the insurance company. Ugh! After a year of this nonsense, and their threats to turn me over to collections, we discovered the doctors office messed up and had billed the insurance incorrectly! Thank God my current doctors use Franklin Billing!!!
