American landscape replaced a walkway for us last Fall, we love it!! Aaron and his team were very professional throughout the whole process. They showed up on schedule and worked diligently until the job was complete. They even raked out my mulch bed which was not part of the contract. My husband and I were very pleased with their work and attention to detail. We have recently signed up with Lawn science this season as well and cant wait to see the lawn improve on the program. We will definately use them again in the future if we decide on additional landscaping.

We contracted American Landscape for both landscaping and a lawn care package. From the time Aaron met with us we felt comfortable. His ideas about what to do and how the project would be executed instilled confidence. The landscaping portion was finished this week. It went above and beyond our expectations! As others have mentioned, Aaron and his crew did fantastic work. Aaron also checked in afterwards to ensure we were satisfied with the work. Not only will we be contracting with them for additional landscaping work in 2022, but we will also HIGHLY recommend them to friends and family. Thank you!

We have been using American Landscape for many years now and have been 100% satisfied. They not only maintain our lawn but also have helped redesign some landscaping as well as help with the area around a new pavilion. Everyone that works there is nice, helpful and hardworking. We cant say enough good things about American Landscape and Lawn Science.

We started out with an absolutely horrendous lawn. There was barely any grass and lots of weeds. We were cautioned it would take a couple years to show improvement. We saw results after the first year and it has continued to improve. It has helped tremendously. We are very happy.

If you do not start with a great lawn, they will not help. If you call and tell them you have weeds, they will eventually get around to it. They really dont care about the customer. I would not recommend you use them, do your best to take care of your lawn and save your money..

Aaron and the crew did a fantastic job with my project. We had them design and install new landscaping around our home and install new stone steps to one entrance. Both projects were total transformations and exceeded my expectations. I love the steps and trusted their judgment on what to do here. The result was so much better than I imagined and I thank the crew every time I use them. Regarding the beds, they took great care to not damage the yard as they worked and did a great job installing the plants. Excellent customer service overall. I’ve been using Lawn Science for years and my lawn has never looked better.

After I wrote this angry review I called the office and asked to speak to Steve. He was out of the office until today so I left a message asking for a return call. Steve called me back this morning, we talked about the issues, I apologized for the review and explained that I am extremely happy with the condition of our lawn and hope to continue doing business with him.I’ve had Lawn Science for the past few years and was so happy with my lawn that I’ve also paid to have my mother’s yard done as well. I’m not sure what changed this year but something isn’t working. Every time I receive notification of their service I have to call to find out which property is scheduled, once this past summer my mother’s yard was scheduled and they treated her neighbors yard instead. This year I mistakenly took their “professional” opinion regarding lime, I believe the deadline was sometime back in August. My charge card was charged, also back in August, one month later I received a bill for Lime. I had to call in again and was told “Oh yeah, those went out by mistake, you’re all set”. Last Thursday I received my last treatment for the year, they ask you to keep your gates unlocked and pets in the house, but they don’t tell you when they’re coming. They were at the house before 8AM and of course my dog was out. On Friday I was scheduled for my HIGHLY RECOMMENDED Lime application so I kept the dog inside and worked on getting my yard leaf free for 4 hours. When nobody showed up by 1:30PM I called Meg and was told “Oh they’ll be there”. At 4:00 I called back and was told “our guy had a family emergency, we’ll have to reschedule “. That’s when I had enough, I said “credit my account”. Monday I got a call from Chris stating he had someone available now to apply my Lime. Gee, I thought I was the customer but he was so rude customer service isn’t something they practice! They lost 2 accounts today! Seems as though the credit doesn’t happen as quick as the charge either 😡

I lost my entire lawn this year mostly to grubs. After 18 years of I can do it myself, I finally called American Landscape and Lawn Science. These two pictures are about 45 days apart. The first one is the day after they slice seeded and fertilized. Almost December and the lawn is just as green.

Poor customer service and shady work. Prepaid for the 5 step process this season after seeing they were slightly less expensive than TrueGreen. Dont let the few good reviews fool you. I worked from home due to COVID and finally watched them apply the last treatment. The girl did one pass around the circumference of my back yard and nothing else. I went out after she left thinking the machine had a wide spread....no such luck. I called LawnScience and spoke to Meghan to ask nicely if she can reschedule the treatment for the spots she missed. After a short while, Meghan called back saying she spoke with the tech and if I had taken the time to walk outside I would see there are pellets. I explained half my yard and the lower lot was missed but Meghan said theres nothing they can do and its my last treatment anyways. Im sure this is a common complaint as she seemed pretty comfortable telling me Im SOL.Unbelievable...I will pay the extra for ANYONE else to service my lawn and never allow this scam of a company back.

Chris and his team are the best! They will get your lawn to its fullest potential. If you need to put up privacy trees, re-sod, take care of bugs, they do it all and more and for a fair price. This is not a run of a mill company like so many others out there. They have been in the business since the early 80s and have a very knowledgeable staff. Give them a call; youll be pleased with the results!

Love working with a family run company that keeps their promises. Have seen neighbors yards that were brought back to life and decided on using them. My law is springing back to life as we speak. I also have had the experience of seeing them plowing a friends condo. They always kept their promises for the association.

We love your company are lawn was a mess we had such bad mole damage it was awful!! Now we have absolutely no moles!! I also don’t have any tics or fleas on My dogs anymore!! I love that you use organic I don’t want to worry about my sweet dogs getting sick. Thanks for saving our lawn !!

Going on my second year and I cant believe how good my lawn is doing. I have friends who are very happy also. One friend had lost her lawn to drought and moles.. I just drove by her place, it looks incredible.. she did have them seed it..but it looks almost as good as mine..:) I think Ill upgrade to the top service.. i did drop back to the middle package thinking i can do some of that stuff like tick control. Its much cheaper and easier to pay a little extra and have them do that.

We contracted with these folks to fertilize a newly seeded lawn at our newly built house. We asked for a contract for next year as well and paid for the fertilization in advance. Despite our telling them when the fertilizer for the new lawn was optimum, they did not come, and balked when we called to ask them to come asap. We were told that they could not say when they would come. We also never received the contract information for next year even though we were prepared to buy the premium plan. Then we were accused of being rude when we pressed them to get here. Mercifully, they are as anxious to get rid of us as we are of them and called to say they were sending our money back. We are so relieved, having already made alternative arrangements. I cannot speak to the quality of their work, as they never provided us with anything but unfulfilled promises for service.

We began your service the spring of 2017 with a lawn that was in need of care, to say the least. I had grub damage, chinch bug damage, and a good deal of weeds. Looking at my lawn now, in the fall of 2017, it is lush, green, free of weeds and beautiful. The service at American Lawn Science is awesome and the products are superb. The employees are friendly, knowlegable and responsive to my concerns. I will definitely be using the service in the coming years.

American Landscape and Lawn Science is a very progressive company. Their level of customer service is exceptional. The knowledge base within their staff on lawn and turf is second to none in the industry.

I have called this company and was promised a call back from Steve. No call back as of yet even though I placed 3 follow-up calls. The office staff is very friendly, but where is Steve? At this point, I have lost all hope for doing business with this company.

Our experience with Lawn Science was a flop all around. Not only did they over fertilize the lawn (fertilizer still visible in chunks 8 months later) and thus burn out large sections, their equipment went over areas we specifically told them not to (and continued to do so after we mentioned it again.) destroying entire areas of lawn, Our lawn is a wreck after a year with them and we are paying substantial repair costs to another more reputable landscaper. I tried to address this directly with the owner (several calls and email), Steve, and when he finally got back to me, was treated quite abruptly and told he would not do anything. Zero customer service, which is really what a business is built on. Also, the frequency of their sales calls borders on harassment. If you care about your lawn, I would not recommend Lawn Science at all.

They were knowledgeable, prompt and courteous. The Lawn Science tech was professional in every way, and I would recommend this company to anyone.
