Dental Bliss helped me immediately when I had a dental emergency. I called about a half dozen other offices prior to coming across Dental Bliss and they all said I had to wait anywhere from 3 days to a week.Well, I have been loyal to Dental Bliss since that happened a few years ago. The clinical excellence and compassionate care is top notch.On top of that, you feel like youre walking into a spa. The office and grounds are beautiful. Everyone is friendly. No better place for your dental needs. You wont be disappointed!!

The staff at Dental Bliss are the best and friendliest I’ve come across at a dentist. They always greet you by first name and make sure you feel welcomed. It was 5 years since I’ve been to the dentist so I was a little nervous to go. I had to have some pretty intense fillings done but Dr. Megan was so gentle and sweet and made sure I was comfortable and I didn’t feel a thing! Everyone who worked on my fillings were great! I’m so grateful I found a long term dentist that I can trust!

We were lucky enough to find Dental Bliss after moving to the area 3+ years ago. We had a great dentist in Michigan, so we were very picky with our next choice of dentist. The Dr.s and Hygienist at Dental Bliss certainly fit the bill. They do everything in their care to create a relaxing atmosphere so that there is no need for nervousness. The setting is very much like a spa, the views are most certainly not like a dentist office, the relaxing mood music isnt the typical radio stations. It seems that they went out of their way to make going to the dentist as enjoyable as possible, which is extremely appreciated. Thats not to say that the service is lacking either. They do a great job with the cleanings and leave you feeling better than when you walked in. Dental Bliss is a top-notch dentist office!

Let me begin by saying that I was cautiously optimistic as I drove down to the Dental Bliss offices in Franklin. Over the years, many of my encounters with the world of dentistry have challenging to say the least. However, I was pleasantly surprised open my arrival as I was greeted by the team of smiling, receptive, genuine professionals who immediately made me feel at home. Truly, I felt part of the family with the relaxing music, the ambiance of the design of the facility and most importantly the services. Dr. Megan Girmscheid was the consummate professional as she provided me with the most excellent evaluation and treatment plan to fit my specific needs. As a musician and vocalist, she was supportive of minimizing the oral challenges that I face as the artist known as WOLFF. I highly recommend the team at Dental Bliss assist you with your dental needs.

I moved nearby and a coworker recommended Dental Bliss, which looked more like a hotel than a dentist office. I had a bad experience at my previous dentist and here they ensured that I was relaxed and knew what to expect during the procedures. Between the environment and professionalism of all the staff, I was in and out before I knew it and did not have the pain or stress that usually follows a small operation like a filling.

Spent years and thousands of dollars here at dental bliss. Bringing all my children to what previously was a tiny gross independent dentistry. Once the new location opened attitudes completely changed. They no longer accepted children out of the blue, re-accepting children later on once they weren’t making enough $$$$$, and were outwardly rude and showed no loyalty to someone who supported them at their worst.

Such a great place to go to. Very welcoming and wonderful staff. I felt very comfortable when I went in for my procedure. The staff is very knowledgeable and makes sure to explain and answer any questions that you may have.

To start with I truly hate dentist!!! From my first visit at this office I knew I would be able to come back and not be worried, Angie greeted me at the door and was so bubbly! Dr. Megan was so sweet, and caring, knowing that I was scared to come in, LOVE that they have a massage chair while you wait! and the coffee and fire place was so warm and cozy nothing like other offices Ive ever seen before, you dont feel like a number and rushed!

What a perfectly named office because this place is pure BLISS! This office and the views from the dental chair look like an actual quiet, getaway retreat. The inside is beautiful and so elegantly decorated. It doesn’t feel like your typical medical office waiting room - more like being in your favorite cozy chair next to a fire at home! 😍 As if that weren’t enough, the staff is wonderful. From reception to the assistants and hygienists, everyone is so helpful and professional. Dr. G is a wonderful dentist that takes the time to listen to all of her patients’ concerns and requests. She’ll put any dental anxiety you may have at ease right away. Coming from someone that has seen many dentists, she’s truly the best of the best!

GO HERE WITH CAUTION. From Feb-Sept 2020, I underwent the process of having an old crown removed, a cavity in the tooth underneath repaired, & a temporary placed while I waited for my new crown. I went in to get my new crown. The temporary was removed and it was noted at the time that they had the wrong crown. No one had checked beforehand to be sure everything was in order. The temporary was replaced. A 2nd new crown was ordered. The office closed for the pandemic. During that time, the temporary came loose & I was experiencing pain on and off. I called the office to explain. I was told how sorry they were I was having an issue during this difficult time, that the doctor was only following the CDC guidelines, and there was nothing they could do until the office reopened. When I asked what I was supposed to do as I was experiencing pain, I received no acknowledgement to my question. So, when the office reopened I went in and got the reordered crown placed. Throughout this process, I mentioned some inflammation and discomfort and was told to continue rinsing with warm salt water. My new crown was still not feeling right so I went in and they ground it down some attempting to make it feel more comfortable. I was not feeling confident about the care I had been receiving and had a consultation with another dentist, including x-rays which revealed an infection surrounding the tooth under the crown. I was immediately put on antibiotics to avoid any infection getting into my bloodstream and possibly going to my heart. As you can imagine, I was fairly angry at this point and arranged a meeting with Dental Bliss. The outcome of the meeting was that, first, I was asked if I had been happy with them up to this point. The other thing I was told was that they had given me the second crown free! No-it was their error and should not incur any cost to me. Basically, they accepted zero responsibility. I am now out the cost of the crown & will have to pay almost triple to have the tooth extracted, a post put in, and a new crown done with my new dentist.

Dental Bliss in Franklin is by far the most friendly, personable, clean and welcoming dental office that I have ever walked into. The front desk staff is incredibly kind. The girls that care for you once back for dental cleaning, exam, x-rays, etc are so understanding and cautious to your specific needs. Dr. G is one of a kind and I never see myself going elsewhere as long as she is in practice. I highly recommend Dental Bliss of Franklin!

I think it’s very rare for most people (especially myself) to say “I’m excited to go to the dentist!” Personally, going to the dentist usually feels like a task and it’s something I absolutely dread due to my anxiety from past trauma with my teeth. But, at Dental Bliss I can confidently say “I’m excited to go to the dentist!” From the first call I made to make an appointment, I felt like family. The receptionist, Heather, is absolutely amazing and really makes you feel at ease with her friendly/positive attitude. Honestly, I couldn’t wait to meet her even though we had only spoke over the phone (she was just as amazing as I expected in person!) When I walked into the office, I was shocked to see how beautiful it was- I looked up pictures on Google beforehand but never expected it to be as serene and beautiful as it was from the inside-out. It’s the most calming dentist office environment I’ve ever been to. My entire dental team were all angels. They took time to sit with me and discuss every single concern I had and explained everything thoroughly. I never once felt rushed or uncomfortable. Each person took my anxiety from my past dental trauma into account and made sure I was comfortable from start to finish. I can’t say enough great things about Dental Bliss- I would highly recommend them to everyone and anyone. I know I will be a patient for life there. So, if you’re looking for a new dentist, definitely give them a try. I promise you won’t regret it!

I’ve had a lot of dental work and I just had the best dental experience today, getting a few fillings. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by Heather’s smiling face and taken back to the chair by Kendra who made sure I was completely comfortable. The music, the lighting, the view...the entire ambiance is so relaxing and feels like you’re at a spa, not a dental office. Dr. G truly has God given gifts of making you feel heard and understood as well as of compassion. She is so gentle and explains everything with a calm and comforting voice. As a dental professional, my expectations of quality of care are very high and they were exceeded today. I cannot speak highly enough of Dr. G and her team. If you aren’t going to Dental Bliss, you are missing out!

My home away from home. Dental bliss is truly a blissful experience, you can tell each one of these ladies have a strong passion for caring for patients. They are always so pleasant and greet you with a smile. This team takes pride in truly knowing their patients, each time someone walks in that they haven’t seen in awhile first thing they do is catch up. They take their time and don’t get caught up on the technical pieces of coming into the dentist. I hope you know you deserve a dental office like this.

Very friendly staff, very helpful, and Andrea especially is the best! My wife loved her experience with Dental Bliss when she went to her appointment and now my kids also go there as well. I wish I could rate them higher than 5 stars or recommended. It should be 10 stars and highly recommended.

Today was my first appointment with Dental Bliss and I had a great experience. I had to wait 30 minutes before my appointment but Candice, the hygienist kept me updated and apologized for the wait. I didnt mind waiting, and it was nice to have the communication. The office is like a very relaxing spa and everyone that works there is friendly and inviting. Candice cleaned my teeth and she did a great job, very gentle and thorough. I could tell she takes pride in her work and she was very personable. Dr. G was great too!

I just started working here a week ago and I could not be more pleased with Dental Bliss Franklin’s office. Every person who works here is so kind, comforting and caring with their staff and ESPECIALLY with their patients. My favorite part of interactions with our patients is being able to ease their nerves and assure them they are in the best hands possible, because they are. Dr. Girmscheid (née Hord) is an exceptional dentist and the Dental Bliss team is incredible. I was previously her patient around 2013-15 and after a move and mediocre experiences with several other dentists decided to seek her out again. She recently replaced an old amalgam (silver) filling with quick and gentle care. And, I was fitted for a night guard which fits well and was ready with prompt turnaround. Misty is a great hygienist who has given me excellent care for many years including prior to Dental Bliss. These are very capable professionals and genuinely nice people. I enjoy my time in the dental chair as much as possible!(I received no special treatment or incentive for this review.)

I was recently in as a new patient for a cleaning and checkup. I was pleasantly greeted by Linda who was very kind and made sure I was taken care of as soon as I walked in the door. I then saw the assistant Andrea and Dr G... They were both extremely friendly and knowledgeable about my concerns and questions. After xrays and talking with them, I then saw Lara the hygienist, and she was very gentle and thorough during my cleaning. The whole staff was patient and took the time to make sure I was comfortable throughout my entire visit. Highly recommend!!

Great place! Not your normal dentist experience. Linda at the front desk is so sweet and offers paraffin hand treatments while you wait. She also is so patient while scheduling appointments. Lara is my dental hygienist and is thorough, friendly, and makes my teeth so pretty. Dr. Girmscheid (formerly Horde) is always so honest with treatment plans plus does a great job at executing them painlessly and stress free. I think the wonderful lady in billing is Jessica. She never makes me feel rushed and let’s me know what my specific dental plan covers and at what percentage. So very informative. I know I’ve dealt with other people at the location and everyone is so helpful and friendly, but these are the ones that have helped me multiple times over the past two years. Dr Atchley, whos been my dentist for 30+ years, along with D.Assist, Angela, removed my decayed tooth and prepped it for a temp crown. The T crown fit well. Permanent crown was placed by Angela. She was great! Did a minor adjustment, as she described everything she was doing. Permanent crown fits great, feels great.

My crown broke and they saw me immediately late in afternoon as I was going to be traveling out of town next morning, super considerate and stayed late to get this done. Have gone there for many years and through all the changes in staff, still feel they are the best in town.
