Only T3 data center in the area. Would be 5 stars but, their contacted security staff never seems to be familiar with the facilities processes.

Terrific service. Room for improvement: organize/cable manage the crash carts.

The location is very convenient, in the heart of downtown Franklin yet on a side road that avoids general traffic issues.The staff such as account representatives & general support personnel are a total class act, although, in my opinion, not as knowledgeable as I would have hoped initially.The NOC teams are clearly the unsung heroes of the operation. In my experience they are very knowledgeable. However, and this is what keeps me from going full five star, is how it seems every small request or inquiry has to work its way through the account representatives, before arriving at the hands-on çrew. The additional time this takes is obviously time that the proper team could have already been working on, and likely gotten remedied.Security is polite, firm and strictly business - exactly as you would hope, considering the nature of the product. We need not worry about security of our data (and hardware containing such.) It cant be overstated how valuable we find it, the peace of mind that the security team would keep their standards at such a level.The facility is spotless and clearly designed with exponential future growth factored in.

We lease space at this data center and it has some of the best amenities that Ive ever seen in a Datacenter Colo they have showers and cooking facilities on site in the event you have to stay for an extended. Of time during a roll out or project

This is one of the nicest data centers I have ever been to.

Better environment for our computing than we could ever hope to provide ourselves

I called them, told them my work job was moved from Burns Flat, Ok to Hendersonville, TN. I ask if there were service in Hendersonville, they said no, just leave their equipment in the house and they would pick it up. Months later I get a bill from a collection agency for $370 +.
