By far the best customer service around!! I have been a photographer for about 5 years now. My worst nightmare happened when I lost very important images from my external hard drive. My hard drive started clicking (Ive heard this is the click of death!) and I knew I wasnt going to be able to do anything to save the images. Best buy wanted an outrageous amount of money without a guarantee to save the images. Steve, from Doc Com Computer Repair, was open and honest from the beginning and very optimistic! He made me aware of the status of repair every step of the way!!! He was able to recover the images from a wedding that I thought were gone forever!!! I just delivered the gallery to the Bride and Groom and I am happy to report they LOVE their images and are so grateful for Steve and his services! I will forever use Steve for my computer repair needs for my business!! And I will also refer everyone I know to him!! Thank you so much Steve!!

A few weeks ago I put an SSD in my Dads computer. Lo and behold, I had no SATA cable. I went into to this store offering to purchase any extra ones that they may have had lying about and the gentleman there insisted on NOT taking my money. Its often the small acts of kindness and generosity that reveal a persons character, and I have every confidence that that holds true in this case. Recommended.

The owner was exceptionally polite and knowledgeable. I appreciated that he was upfront about costs and called to discuss possible solutions to my situation. Very happy with the service and would return here and highly recommend this business to others.

I took my computer into Doc-Com. I’m not very tech savvy so I wasn’t sure what was wrong with it. When I went to pick it up Steve took the time to explain what was wrong and my options. I learned so much that although it would not justify fixing my computer I feel with the knowledge I can make a more informed decision. I’ve told many friends and relatives what great service I received.
