Curt was absolutely awesome! My computer had pretty much quit working. I called Curt on a Saturday and he immediately started doing research on my laptop. I took the laptop to him Monday and he had it up and running by Thursday. One of my fears was I had lost everything. He was able to get all my data back and my laptop has never run this fast! This was my first experience with Franklin Computer Service. Curt did a great job narrowing down pesky noise in my Dell Desktop. Curt Pearson has been very professional and accommodating. He has worked on several computers for me over the last few years and has recently built a new one for me at about the cost of what I could find at the local stores and without proprietary parts, which allows me to easily change out and upgrade whenever necessary.
