I was in a pickle yesterday and needed some sort of travel bag pronto to carry a suit on the plane. Not wanting to overpay at a big box store, I called to see if they had any travel bags. I even offered to pay. She was very nice and said to come by, she had one for free. She even fixed it up a bit for free. That goes a long way with me.

I drive over 30 min to use their services. Admittedly, there are plenty of alteration places near me, but I didnt want to take my wedding dress to just anyplace. That was over 3 years ago and I still use them to alter my clothes. They are reasonably priced, very kind and Ive not had any issues with their work. 5/5 would highly recommend them.

I bought 4 woven and stretch shirts, had them dry cleaned and pressed, and brought them to Stitch and Taylor to be embroidered.No problem with the stitching but the shirts were folded and bagged... the creases pressed in. Where are my hangers and why was this necessary?!

Stitch and Taylor has successfully altered two dresses for me now, one being a wedding dress with 4 layers. I was distraught upon taking it in because the other alterations person (from a different store) quoted me $450 for my alterations. Stitch and Taylor found a crafty and efficient way to not only do this is about two weeks time, but also saved me $350. They are amazing people and really hear you and do what they need to make their customers happy. Thank you so much!

Absolutely impressed with my experience. Brought my wedding dress for minor repairs, but I was expecting more trouble because it has a difficult mesh/lace material that I thought would be hard to work with. Tried it on after it was finished, it fit perfectly! Excellent customer service, affordable, and timely!

Would give zero stars if I could. Took my bridesmaids dress here. When I got it back it was 1 week before the wedding (they had it roughly 2-3 weeks) and it fit horribly. The first red flag is when I went to pick it up they just handed it to me, didn’t ask for me to try it on. I’ve never had someone alter anything for me and not have me try it on after it was altered. With only 4 days left until I had to leave for an out of town wedding I took my dress to someone else who I knew did good work and she told me she would get it done in 2 days for me. Stitch and Tailor told me to bring the dress in to “look at it” almost like they didn’t believe it was bad. They couldn’t have fixed my dress in time anyway. I asked for a refund since my dress was not altered to a wearable condition and they refused. They told me since I had someone else fix it they couldn’t give me a refund. Which is ridiculous because they messed up and couldn’t fix it in time. When I explained this, they were rude and just replied “Like I said we can not refund you” any place who cares about their customers would apologize and refund them.

I am so happy I found this place. They do wonderful work and are very professional. I love that they text me when my clothes are ready. I highly recommend this business!

I went to Stitch and Tailor because I read good reviews on Google and Yelp. The reviews were right! They have great customer service and were able to accommodate my short time frame needed for pick up. They were even a day early and sent me a text message when my dress was done! I will definitely go back again.
