Hes helped us: (1) go through unique impacts of nonprofit company regulations on employment, (2) set up *out-of-state* Dept of Revenue/Dept of Labor accounts for the states where our remote employees reside, (3) advised on how to properly hire one of the three employees *out-of-country*, and what the tax situation would look like for both our company, and the employee, (4) worked closely with our employees to help them understand each of their specific situations, to make sure they could file their personal taxes properly, (5) helping catch mistakes, whether *I* or an employee made the mistake, or other parties like contractors, and getting the mistakes fixed while being educational and not pointing fingers, (6) provided frequent forward-looking advice, such as planning for payroll audits, estimating budget impacts of employee activities, and has even recommended things such as notifying our company that it would qualify for a small tax exemption, but that the exemption would be so small as to make the paperwork an undue burden.All of this is to say: AF COM will walk through hell with you to make sure you succeed, and even have fun doing it!My company did consider other providers, such as ADP, before deciding to go with AF COM.
