From our first meeting with Steven, in minutes he shared a vision of how our downstairs and kitchen could look with the removal of some walls. Steven and Mariya brought their vision to life for us in their office space with 3D drawings on a large screen. Together we planned, viewed the cabinetry style only Fredenhagen design carries. Cabinets that are not only high quality but have special features inside for knives, spices, baking sheets, and accessories. There are even drawers that organize and keep the kitchen clutter free. Fredenhagen team is wonderful to work with beginning with their professionalism, answering any questions as they arise and helping us choose the right countertops, backsplash, lighting and all the special touches that have made our kitchen beautiful and functional. Tommy, Scott and the working team made sure our house was never left with dust or debris during the construction phase. We will be having them back for our next project. We highly recommend this team for any project in your home.

We used Fredenhagen Remodel to update our kitchen, which turned into most of the first floor! I had a lot of decorative touches that I wanted added to the project and Steven and team were patient and responsive to my needs. I loved how clean the crew was, since I have 2 dogs and 3 kids. I couldnt believe we could walk through the site every night after they left. Crew was polite and respectful, always closing the gate, and helping with extra projects. I do admit that the planning process was long, but that made the actual construction go very smoothly. Start to finish, we were around 3-4 months, which everyone couldnt believe given we took kitchen down to the studs, had some delays with my decorative touches, and added on several more rooms in the process. Fredenhagen has its own crews, which is wonderful as they can be moved around to different sites. This was also crucial as some weather emergencies came up in different areas of the house and Steven insisted that his crews come over (within hours!) and help, vs. me waiting on my other service crews to find time for me. Including fixing the furnace at 6 pm the day before Thanksgiving!! People are amazed at the transformation of my house, using both my ideas and many good suggestions from Steven and team. I am so glad I found this team and am already planning my next project!

WOW! Yall just finished my master bath and we are just beyond happy that we went with Fredenhagen Remodel & Design! Everything from start to finish was spectacular. We used Fredenhagen Remodel & Design to finish our basement, also to relocate our lower level laundry up into our master closet and remodel our mudroom to create a seating area and additional storage. Steven worked with us to create a design to match our industrial style and was very helpful as we made our design choices. I highly recommend Fredenhagen Remodel & Design for any remodeling project! We had them remodel our basement from ‘bare bones.’ We had a general idea of what we wanted to do with our basement and met with other contractors but as soon as we met with Steven we knew we would hire Fredenhagen right away. He had very creative ideas that we loved and had never thought of . We were impressed with his ability to think outside the box and his passion for design.Steven runs a very strict schedule and commits to it from the very beginning. After our planning meetings we had a start date and schedule in hand. The project followed the schedule as best as possible and was mostly complete within the time frame given to us. During the project we were in constant contact with Steven and Mariya almost daily. They always answered questions and concerns we had immediately and if a phone call was warranted they always made time to listen to speak with us. We were not home 99% of the time that Steven’s crew was working on our house and did not have one issue. Everything was very clean each day. When we were home the crew was very friendly and respectful of our home.Even after some hesitation we trusted their process and are so happy that we did. We let Steven and Mariya work out the details of the design after general guidance of what we liked and our basement turned out ‘killer’! :) We could not be more happy with the completed project. Fredenhagen will be doing all of our home projects from now on.

For the past 3 years we have been planning to remodel our master bathroom. We went through different designers, contractors, and got different quotes. Steven had very creative ideas, but he ignored my ideas. Although things were specified in the contract, he substituted less expensive items. Additionally his oversite of the project was minimal and he does not stand behind his work. Although the bathroom is lovely I’ve had to hire others to remedy problems.

Because I only tried to communicate my concerns with an assistant andgot no response, i mistakenly assumed that Fredenhagen would not help. But when Steven learned of my concerns he promptly rectified the problems. The bathroom is stunning and I would contact him again for future projects.

Nothing short of amazing! I hired Fredenhagen Remodel and Design to remodel my townhome. They did a complete renovation, new floors, kitchen, carpet, bathrooms, paint etc. The quality or their work is second to none. I have had really bad experiences with contractors in the past. Fredenhagen was literally a God send! Steven came and quoted the work. The price was very fair and in line with the competition. However, Fredenhagen was able to complete the construction in less than 6 weeks! Other companies were saying it would take 3 to 4 MONTHS. The Fredenhagen crew worked very efficiently. Mariyah was great at communicating and letting me know what was going on with the renovation. The design ideas were marvelous! The quality of the products/materials are highend. I love my home now. You cant go wrong with Fredenhagen!
