With short notice the laptops were received earlier than anticipated enabling us to start set up sooner than expected. All materials were included in the amount we needed with extras just in case, the computers worked well. Labels for return also included and a date scheduled by Rentacomputer for pickup and return. All in all it was a good experience. We would certainly consider Rentacomputer again for any future computer rental needs.

The rates were very reasonable (much more economical than most other computer rental services.) The computer arrived right on time as promised, and the return was also very simple. The I Mac was exactly what I ordered, and my on site video editor had no issues whatsoever with the machine. I am based on the west coast and needed to go to corporate headquarters back east. I couldnt take my 27inch iMac obviously so I needed to find a laptop rental for just one week so I could be productive while on the road. Rentacomputer sales rep was professional, polite and very helpful. He made the process so easy. The price was amazingly affordable and I needed to use the computer late into the day on Friday at the end of the work week. I was supposed to ship it back Friday and asked what the charge would be to ship it back on Monday. They said no charge. THAT is great customer service. Highly recommend this company.
