Recently I had an issue with my computer and my uncle recommended this place to me. He has been using their services for about 25 years. The owner was very friendly and resolved my issue in only a few days although he initially told me it would take a little longer which was a pleasant surprise.

We came in here after my daughters laptop computer went bad. The answered a lot of our questions and definitely know what they are talking about. They did not have the part we needed in stock but I still think highly of them.

The courtesy and professionalism I received from Shayan at Computers Plus far exceeded my expectations. And I did not imagine that my seemingly insurmountable problem would be completely resolved so quickly. I heard nothing but maybe from other professionals. The service was head and shoulders above anything that Ive received in many years.

Just went into Franklin Computers Plus with a problem of tremendous significance to me,and was amazed by their immediate and efficient response to correcting the problem.They took care of me while I waited, and were done in minutes. Recommend them enthusiastically!

If you have small kids with ipad keep this number on handy. Shayan was very helpful, they fixed the multiple problems (broken screen and chagrining port) the ipad had. Three days after the screen cracked (kids fault), they replaced it at no charge because they wanted to make sure their customers were satisfied with their work. My wife and I have been customers of FCP for 5 yearsand our experience with them has been very satisfactory. Two gentlemen, Shayan and KC run the business and in my opinion both are very competent in diagnostic and repair of computer problems. For example, my wifes laptop was operating with Windows XP and Microsoft stopped updating the system. Someone hacked into her laptop. We immediately went to FCP. KC noted that the instrument had lost sound and he informed us that Microsoft was offering a free update to Windows 10, an offer which would expire in July 2016. KC was able to restore the sound and complete the upgrade to Windows 10. This saved us the cost of a new laptop. Both gentlemen spent s lot of time instructing us on how to use Windows 10. The cost of the work was established before hand and based on the time spent by KC and Shayan the cost was very reasonable.They never asked for more money and when my wife offered to pay more, they absolutely refused. When I took my computer to install the upgrade KC discovered that my computer would not accept the upgrade and consequently he went back to Windows 7 . The men at FCP did not ask for compensation for their work.Two years ago my grandson wanted a printer which would activate remotely. Shayan had a new HP Printer which would do the job and I bought it.At the FCP store Shayan provided a desk for my grandson and spent time with him to learn how to use the new printer. There was no charge for this service and the cost of the printer was less than the cost of the same printer at a local office supply store.I can only conclude that for the people at FCP customer satisfaction is foremost in their operation of the business. Compensation is necessary but it doesnt override their efforts to provide customer satisfaction..There is a saying that the quality of the work lingers long after the price is forgotten. This certainly applies to Franklin Computers Plus.

I have to admit that I thought I knew the owner of this place after talking with him for over a year as a friend because of my exposure and interest in the computer field.Last year I asked the owered to do me a favor and use his experience and let me know the screen name and password to a computer that I had.When I went to pick up the computer he gave me a bill for $45.00 for services I did not ask for. You see I am A plus Certified thru TIAA and I have extensive knowledge of computer operations. The ower told me that he was not able to provide me with the information I asked for because the computer did not turn on. So I asked why are you charging me for something you were not able to do? He explain that is is just part of the services be provides. In short I was riped off for:1. Charged for services I did not ask for.2. Charged for services that he was not able to preform becuase thecomputer did not work.3. He lied to me by telling me that he told me about the services he was goingperform in beginning.All in all he did not return my computer back to me because I was not pay him for something I did not ask for. Be careful when you do business with this owner because I assure you he will charge you for things he did not do or ask for.

Service is absolutely horrible. They have had my laptop for about a month now. And ive called about 10 time in total between today and yesterday and they havent picked up. Went to the store and the doors are locked, while I was there the store sign said that they were open, yet no one was in there. Absolutely horrible.

They took my laptop and said my gpu was fried after a week and a half of them looking, they have sent it out apparently, and its taken them over three weeks now and I still dont have my laptop.
