Great company! I have used them three times across a four month span. They are extremely reliable and their cars are always in great condition. During the lockdown in New York City they were absolutely useful with the ease of renting a car for a substantial amount of time. Not to mention that the customer service is impeccable. Worst experience ever. They had me come in at closing for two possible cars they never had. One was for a preexisting customer. The other broken. This reply of theres is very funny. Because I never rented anything. I went there for no reason thanks to them. And I dont smoke weed. They basically make BS responses to peoples valid complaints.

We organized a trip to Florida, and we needed a good, affordable vehicle. We came across Easy Wheels Auto Group. We rented a nice Nissan Altima that we drove to flrdia and back. No issues with the car, very clean, great service in general. We recommend this business.

Very bad experience. Felt like they tricking to take the deposit saying car smell like weed when I never smoked inside.

The car was smelled and I instantly threw up after getting out of it. The car wobbled and shakes whenever you hit 50mph. Best believe it’s not worth the rentals💯

My family planned a vacation outside the state and we needed a car, i saw Mario on the FB with his AD, I immediately called him and without hesitation he answered all my querries, i asked for a sedan and he gave me one, we travelled and the car did not gave us even small trouble. We had a good vacation. Thanks to Mario and his staff.. Definitely recommend this company.

I needed a car from Friday to Monday I requested drop off and pick up service. The car was supposed to be dropped off Friday morning I got the car after two o’clock in the afternoon no problems on Monday I receive a text asking what time am I dropping off the vehicle I call the company I spoke to emon who said they are short staffed and can’t do pickup I understand that but they wanted me to pay for an extra day so they can come pick it up on Tuesday I explained i work on Tuesday and was told by Mario in a Very negative tone I would have to pay for pick up and an extra day or he would report the car stolen receipts were never emailed to me and I just got a copy of the rental agreement this is a very sketchy place I would give zero stars if I could and the car radio did not work Mario valliamizars is very rude

Have been renting from Renaissance Auto for almost 6 months, very good customer service would highly recommend to friends and family. 10/10!

The whole car came to us stinking. We also found some trash from the last family that used it. i wouldnt recommend this place to be use.they would have you wait a whole hour for you to talk to someone there also the people there are so rude. NEVER USE THERE SERVICE AGAIN. if i could give them zero stars i would thats how bad this place is. such a shame

DO NOT EVER RENT A CAR FROM THIS SKETCHY PLACE!! I rented a car with my “friend” UNDER MY NAME for 3 days the car got brought back and THEN they re rented the car in MY NAME to my “friend” so now I’m getting tickets for him going through red lights, going thru the tolls and speeding tickets from the cameras in Brooklyn. I REPEAT DO NOT EVER RENT FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE SKETCHY. They will let other people use your information NOT WORTH IT!!!

The worst car rental company Ive seen company makes promises that they do not come threw on . They will offer to covme pick up the vehicle cancel at the last minute and then say you have to pay an extra days Rentals at your expense . The owner will send text threatening to call the police if you do not return the vehicle completely unprofessional

The cars is not suitable for anyone safety 💯 it will get you sick and a waste of money and time DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY 🤮
