I went there to have have my Classic Mini wires tucked. There is nothing wrong with my Classic Car, I just want a neat and clean engine bay. Norman, the owner- promised me that the car will come out very clean, and show winning car, etc. I’ve known this guy for a very long time and would never expect him to treat me the way I was treated.To make this long story short, I was told that my car will be done from the minute I take the car in to two weeks and he will put his best guy to work on my Mini. Two weeks later, I asked when I should pick the car up, and he said he was short handed and having all these personal issues that he was dealing with. Another week has gone by, I called and no answer. One more week and I’ve decided to go over at Racing Results to work on my own car.I did more than what they ever did in a day than my car being there for a month. Granted, they installed the skid plate but that was just a drill and 4 holes they put. They bolt on the horns, but that just replaced the air horn and used the same wires, they installed my fog lights that they drilled it on the bumper instead of using the bracket. Now I have to l👀k for one of the rarest bumpers only made in England or Australia, $300 shipped to the US. They put my car on a lift and created lots of creases and bumps on my floor pan, that I have to pay $400 to a body shop, oil leaked inside the and soaked up all my wirings and heater box.For all that, I did, I still have not received my refund. At first he told me he doesn’t really need the money coz he has lots of businesses. But I insisted on paying him half coz that’s what a “good Christian” is supposed to do. Not to TAKE ADVANTAGE anyone. But he did that to me.When I took the car out, there are so many scratches on the roof, oil leaked out, they can not figure out how to start it, and mostly lots of things were messed up. I pretty much have re did everything that I asked them to do including re-wiring of the fog lights installing the new dash and re do the things they did. Oh, and the best part is the “Best Guy” who is to work on my car is not that guy, it’s the complete 180° of the best guy. Too much disappointment.From a 2 weeks work went to Three months, many days that they hung my calls, and calling them from another number and they picked up right away that quick, they want your business but the delivery and promise isn’t there. I was told that I am annoying and messing up with his business.I still have not yet received my refund back from their shop.I am copying this to all the reporting agencies including BBB, FB, and many other social network.PS: you should read what they say on Facebook.

Terrible customer service. Almost a year Im waiting to get my light replaced through my warranty and I keep getting the run around. I call they hand up then dont answer the phone. First they sent it back because I changed my number BUT it took them months to even try and get ahold of me.... THEN I go in person to see whats going on and they claim they had to reorder the light. They gave me an appointment finally but then I was called into court soon asked if I could move it back an hour the guy says call first before coming because it depended on how busy they were. I called several times no answer then left messages no response. Now I call today and the same guy from day one picks up then places me on hold and says he has to go to the office but instead handbag up on me. I called back about twenty times to receive no answer. I am sknoissed off that I cant even go there right now or I will certainly act a fool!TAKE YOUR CARS SOMEWHERE ELSE. BBB IS NEXT! This is unacceptable! Horrible treatment. If it werent for my warranty I would have gone somewhere else long ago
