Went to this location earlier today for an oil change. Leo was so nice and very professional. Right when I arrived he was there to greet me. Told him I just needed an oil change. He got to work right away. He explained everything he was going to do and everything he did. Leo was awesome. I will definitely be back for an oil change/other services and will tell my friends to go to this location.

Came to jiffy lube today for an oil change. Patrick took care of us. He is a very nice guy! He was very professional and kind.

Every time I come here, I get the best service for my oil change! Plus, I like that they are always honest and when I say honest I’m talking specifically about Leo. He is not like other places that just change oils to make money from you! Nope! If I come in and I am still good to go he will tip me off and tell me I am not due yet! I get the synthetic which also helps it last longer. The honesty is what keeps me coming back. Oh and I also get coupons via email and they’re always happy to get me my discount. Been to this place in the past and they did a great job. Ive now been there 3 more times and each time the guy who works there makes an excuse to not help me. First it was their systems were down so he couldnt work on my vehicle he also added he didnt have my cars filter anyway. Second I go, again he didnt have my filter. Today I go and he says theyre doing inventory and because of that he cant work on my car. I need my oil changed so I had to drive 4/5 towns over just to get it done. This guy just didnt want to work Ive confirmed at two other locations that even during inventory they can continue to work on cars. Get someone else this guy is losing this place money. I will never come here again.

The Franklin Park location doesnt seem to have been open in more than 2 weeks. It was inconvenient and puzzling. I called their number and any Jiffy Lube would answer the phone within the first couple of rings but this location would go unanswered. Furthermore, there isnt any signs that say closed or any other notices posted anywhere. When you look inside through the windows, it looks clean and neat with stuff on the shelves and some tools on display. I have no idea what is going on.

Leo must have Alzheimers because he forgot how to do an oil change. My engine is now so far gone it is now completely unfixable and I have no other way of transport. Thank you so so much in these troubling for doing your job correctly. Have an amazing holiday season, smooth brain! Embarrassing.

There is no power steering fluid on a 2005 Chevy Malibu. -its an assist. Nice try Jiffy Lube. Engine flush? It would of ruined my engine. Air PSI different on all 4 tires. Lastly, $83.00 for an oil change. Never again will i send my son there. Dishonest.

Great and fast service

Tire pressure light came on (which it does every time it gets cold out). I put air in myself at the gas station, but the light wouldn’t shut off. I went to a quick stop place and it was a 2 hour wait! I decided to go to a local shop to get an oil change and check the pressure, and the light was still on! Finally took it to Jiffy Lube and the attendant Leo checked the pressure, filled the tires, and didn’t even charge me anything! He wouldn’t even take a tip! I was in and out in 2 minutes and the tire pressure light is off now 🙌🏼 Wish I wouldn’t of wasted my time going other places and just came here right off the bat! Great job!

This guy Jeff working here is turning away customers because he doesnt want to work. First I walked in and he said they were too busy to help me. There was only one other car in front of me. I waited anyway. 15 min later when he was done with the guy in front of me I pulled in. He looked under the hood. For 5 seconds. Said I had a leaking gasket and told me I had to leave. Even after the other kid said there were no signs of a leak. I go up the street to Firestone. Everything is fine. No leaking gasket. They will get my business from now on. Ive always gone to jiffy lube. Not after this though.

I am in absolute amazement at the staff, they were EXTREMELY helpful and pleasant. My car battery died while I was in the location getting an oil ​change and Byran went out of his way to bring his car around to jump my car off. Bryans customer skills at A1, it not too often that you run into people who go out their way to ensure they’re customers are satisfied. Excellent Service! They worked very efficiently in trying to get cars in and out. They adjusted my tire pressure which I didnt even know was low. Cleaned my windows and vacuumed my car, I didnt even know they did that

Duane and Leo was great at service. But car was left with lots of finger print stains all over car, dropped oil on the hood, headlight and gas tank we will take this car to a car wash hopefully this come off.
